On being trainer, a leader... allowing someone to upset the apple cart _1 and what YOU can learn from that.

It's Sunday, so I permit myself a little more time to find out what is other people's agenda... i.e. I read some emails in my inbox.

I do it randomly: I allow the spirit to move my hand that holds the mouse.

I think my conscious mind is completely disengaged: I am not looking for anything in particular: I have more on my plate than I can handle, thank you very much.

It auto-starts... I scramble for my headset. I catch the tail end of his introduction... I am drawn into the video... and then, suddenly, I need to go to the bathroom, blah blah blah.

Hm. I always pay attention when something is "suddenly".

Remember who you are

In 1981 I got a letter from a man from Israel. He claimed to be a second cousin to me. He was coming to an educational symposium (big conference) in Hungary. He came with his wife.

We spent time together, they were staying with me, in my one-bedroom high-rise apartment in Budapest. He visited with every member of my family, and experience their contempt for me first hand.

He offered to be family to me if I decided to go to Israel.

I year later I packed a suitcase and left Hungary illegally. It was winter in Hungary when I left, in fact it was below 15 minus, very cold. It was about 80 degrees in Israel when I arrived, penniless. I didn't know even one word of Hebrew, though I had heard the word Shalom, I didn't know what it meant.

I enrolled in an 'ulpan,' a free language school paid by the government as part of the Law of Return: every Jew has the right to get support to return to Israel.

I was horrible at the ulpan. I am dyslexic, and it became worse than normal: the writing is from right to left, and it was a curve ball for my brain... lol. _1

School ended an 1 pm, I walked across town and started my second shift: doing drafting for an architect... I am an architect myself.

1. All my childhood I was called stupid by my parents because dyslexia wasn't, and still isn't recognized in Hungary. My younger brother is also dyslexic. I can read well in bed where there is no distraction and I can hold my head in a fixed position. Not well on the computer: I use software that reads what I need to read, if it is longer than a few sentences. It takes an immense amount of ambition and curiosity to beat dyslexia, but it's possible. I am still learning disabled, by the way, I think that is my advantage in life. People who understand things easily never invest the work that is needed to become an expert. [ ↩ ]

Frank and Matt... the two archetypes of seekers in all areas of life. relationship seekers, weight loss, prosperity, mindset, spirituality... seekers are seekers!

I got an email in my inbox from a marketing teacher of mine today.

I liked the subject line. I followed the link. I found a fascinating article.

It is about marketing, or better said, two types of marketers, two types of seekers of success, one is "Frank" the other is "Matt".

Frank and Matt are two different types of marketers. But...

The idea of Frank and Matt fits "seekers" to a T. Seekers are exactly matching the two types, they are like Frank and Matt: grabbing for a quick fix or building a path... so I want you to put aside your distaste for marketing and business, and I want you to go over to that site (nothing is for sale there) and read it. I mean read every freaking' word on it. Map it on yourself. See yourself. Get justified or find out how and why you have been mislead.

Wipe the Slate Clean and empty your cup: A New Energy to clear your self-defeating busy mind

Five times a week we have a connection call where I teach the new people how to connect and then we all do a serious meditation while connected to Source.

A few sessions ago I've started to give people assignments.

The kind of stuff that if they don't know how to do, then they are left with power only on the calls, but not in their lives.

I have given, so far, two assignments: how do you address the Ego, so it knows that you are the boss, and that it will support you, give you energy, give you the get-up-and-go push, and ambition, without which you will continue to sleepwalk like the rest of humanity.

The second assignment was to address the Soul so it will know that YOU finally woke up, understood the Original Design and are willing and ready to do the work of Soul Correction. In return to that, Soul will give you peace, love, and a sense of accomplishment. Sweet.

Great assignments, don't you think? Yes, except. Except that the results were disastrous: which made me think and made me call an urgent tete-a-tete with Source.

What are we going to do? Why aren't they getting it? Why can I do it, why can't they? What are they not getting?

The answer was plain and simple: their heads are full. No new information, no new ways of being, no new concepts fit into the already full heads, the busy minds.

No matter on what level you are on the evolutionary scale, the percentage of knowledge that you didn't know that you didn't know stays at 99%.

Sometimes it overlaps with what you know that you don't know, but mostly not.

All breakthroughs come from that 99%.

There is a certain way of being in the world that triggers the 99% to "release" that hidden knowledge to you. Seth Godin calls that "certain way of being in the world" poking the box.

Most people poke their nose into other people's stuff (gossip) but never poke the box. So the breakthroughs are few and far between, though they could be frequent. I love the sound of popcorn popping: that reminds me of the sound of the breakthroughs.

Anyway, I habitually poke the box, and my breakthroughs are frequent, but this past 10 days I had big breakthroughs, and even one of my students almost had one, though she doesn't know it was a potential breakthrough.

If you were a garden, we could be pretty sure that it would be full of weeds... and all your good qualities, your good aspirations would be threatened by the weeds that want to take over your garden.

Negativity, bad habits, bad thoughts, character flaws... all threaten to drown out what's good about you.

So, if this were your garden and you would need a tool perfect for the job, you would reach for the hoe: a garden tool specifically for removing, unearthing weeds, so what's good about you can start to become dominant... wouldn't you?

It just so happens that the perfect tool to do the same thing in reality, is called Heaven On Earth, and acccidentally the acronym comes to hoe... isn't that clever? It wasn't intentional.

But when big truths are born, they always connect to truths that were already around, they never on their own, a high peak... so to say.

So, what is the hoe, Heaven on Earth?

Heaven on Earth is an energy bundle. Each energy specifically targets a mind/character weed and zaps it. There is an energy for depression, there is one for fear, there is one for quitting early, there is one for anxiety, and one for feeling alone.

There are 39 distinct energies, and so far I haven't found any human weakness that isn't covered by at least one of these energies.
