To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong.

The fear of being wrong is often seen as the most inhibiting factor of unsuccessful people. One cannot hope to succeed let alone do anything if they are not willing to overcome their fear of being wrong. Have faith in yourself and your ideas.

I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.9. “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

Nothing comes without a payment of some sort. The people you see on T.V, for the most part, worked incredibly hard to get there. They worked on their craft and making a name for themselves until they MADE their own success. You must always be willing to put in more hours, take more steps, and grind harder then the other guy who is also trying to make his dreams a reality. It’s all a matter of who wants it more.

Don’t be afraid to give up the good to go for the great.7. “Don’t be afraid to give up the good to go for the great.”
~John D. Rockefeller

If you are afraid of losing what you have for what you could have then you will probably never make it to where you want to be. Some of the most successful people in the world got to where they are because they had no other choice. They risked everything and as a result didn’t accept failure as an answer.

Seriously. If you have ever told yourself “I can do that”, then you probably can. The truth is, everyone has the potential for success in one form or another. It’s the decision to follow your passion which can turn potential into reality.

There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.5. “There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.”

This realization will make all the difference in your mindset. Why are you listening to the people around you who may or may not be older on whether or not your idea is great? Or whether or not your going to be successful in whatever your doing? You are actually listening to advice from those who haven’t reached success themselves. If you are going to listen to anyone, make sure it’s the good guys who have already become successful. I bet they will tell you how many doubters they had to face.

You are not stuck. Why is it that people who are born poor can make it to the top? Why is it that those with roots in the worst situations can prosper and succeed?

Because they all refuse to remain where they are. You have to be so set on being somewhere else, somewhere better, that you have no choice but to end up there.

This is something I am actively trying to overcome. If one is to find true success then they must have no way out. By giving yourself a way out you are actually doubting your ability to succeed. You must be willing to risk it all.

OK, now you probably feel warm and fuzzy inside. You nodded at least 10 times, and it feels that you have just made a few steps towards being that amazing human that you really are destined to be. Right?

And even if you only nodded a few times, after all, maybe you are not an entrepreneur, or you enjoy being with the majority, your best bet is to follow this link to read more about the inner dynamic that just happened.

I could write it up myself, really, but I want you to get a taste of Andy Shaw’s writing, Andy Shaw of the Create A Bug Free Mind fame… Please. Whether you buy his book or not, I want you to be exposed to his style.
