01-livewelllakewoodIt put me into a walk-down memory lane mood, and I revisited some events in my life I haven't remembered in decades.

For example the only person I ever saw as compatible, left after a few weeks, without saying good bye.

I could grieve it, but I think it was fortunate. I loved him too much...

When you love someone or something too much, you put your own self interest on hold, and become a slave to that person or thing...

In hindsight this is why I was so disproportionately captivated and mortified by a "Criminal Minds" episode, where the woman, a promising medical student, becomes partner in crime with a serial killer.

I was always afraid that somehow I have bad genes and they will come out if I gave them the opportunity.

It's very interesting to see how much I have changed. Drama queen, "Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing." Thoughts and emotions racing.

Today: no thoughts. No emotions. No drama.

ALL the emotions that I experience come from other people: the curse of the empath.

But mine or not mine, the body has to deal with it. And emotions create toxins. And toxins kill. Slowly, but kill.

energy-cleansingSo I have been doing energetic cleansing on myself. But I realized that if I am already doing these cleanses, why not invite you to join me on my cleansing healing sessions, live.

There is a big benefit for me: the energy gets stronger with each added person. Why? I don't know. So I get more cleansing done in the same time. Same amount of work, 10-fold results.

How? I am thinking of a webinar, but will experiment with Facebook Live... though I don't think a lot of people want to see me do it. So it will be only open to people who like me, and like my page.

I haven't decided yet. I'll have to test it with the much smaller crowd: my Facebook friends.

OK, so what's the plan?

healing-sessionThe plan is to provide an opportunity for my clients, students, and subscribers, to regularly spend time in my space, in my energy... or better said: in Source energy, and use the space to cleanse vital organs, the brain, the sinuses, and the liver. I do the work, and we all benefit...

Full disclosure: if your health number is low, which is most everybody, then you are kidding yourself if you think that cleansing is what you need, or cleansing is enough.

What you need is to bring up your health number to at least 40-50%. Then you'll benefit.

Also: if you drink regular water, sodas, juices, herb teas, etc, because your water tastes chunky, then most of the cleansing will be actually bad for you.

Why? Because you won't be able to poop out the toxins we remove from the brain, the sinuses, the liver... and you body will have to re-absorb them... not a good thing.

So what would I do if I wanted to get well? Mentally, emotionally, physically...

  1. The first thing I would do is start drinking energized water that actually reaches my cells. Water. Not tea. Not juices. Not herbal tea. Water. About .2 ounces per body weight in pounds. (An ounce is 25 grams.) This is 30 oz or energized water a day for me, because my weight is 150 lbs... I know, it's sounds too much, but this is what it is. Drink it throughout the day. Energized water. Not tap water, not structured water, not alkaline water: energized water.
  2. The second thing I would do is find out how I am supposed to eat, given that I have a body type, an eating type, a blood type, an ancestry, and food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances. And start to adhere to that system, for two weeks, before I adjust the supplements. Which is the 3rd step.
  3. The third thing is to adjust the diet and the supplements to be fully provided what you need for life, so you have the building blocks a healthy body is built from.
  4. The fourth thing is the address problems, issues. Most people want to start here... but it's difficult to get from this step and get well... Most people, after the first three steps, experience a significant diminishment of their issues and problems, diabetes, dementia, fear, confusion, indecisiveness, aggression, whatever you have.

If you are reading this, you have two ways to go, maybe three:

  1. the potshot method: you read this, you read that, you read the third thing... and trying to make sense of it. After about 30 hours of research you are more confused that you were before, so you give up, or pick what you like... you know where that leads.
  2. the medical route: you go to the doctor, spend 1400-2000 dollars on tests, and are told that there is nothing wrong with you or you are told that you are sick. Either way: your chances of getting healthy are between none and zero.

  3. you hope that I'll be willing to work with you... so you ask me. I instruct you to get your starting point measurements. Then I decide.If I take you on, in about 2-3 hours I get you what you need to know, and you are on your way. You need to get the supplements, you need to find the foods you need, and stop the foods that harm you. You need to follow the instructions fully if you want to get well.Your cost is $300-$400, plus the water energizer and the supplements. (If you have attachments, energetic leaks, you'll have to have them removed before I am willing to decide if I'd work with you. This is an additional expense.)

Because I can only do one session a day, and because I can only be well if I don't have to deal with belligerent, argumentative, know-it-all people, or people whose comprehension is below what I consider minimum, I can only give this only to a small fragment of people that want it.

But there is only one of me, and honestly, my own well-being, my own health is more important to me than yours.

The more desperate you are, the less willing I am to "see" you.

But you can always book ahead of time... and eventually the time will come when you can get well...
