Also disturbed sleep...
This spring has hit me differently than all the previous springs, because I have been more aware than years past.
And I also had the feedback from a number of people, people who have done health sessions with me. We all have the same symptoms.
WTF, right? But this is both good news and bad news.
It is good news because now we know. It is bad news because it is not fun.
Your supplements need adjusting
This is what seems to be happening:
As the weather is cycling through hot and cold, at least where I live, Northeast USA, the body is dealing with it with sweating.
And we are sweating out a lot of minerals that when they are deficient, they cause these symptoms.
Here are the major culprits:
- and Phosphorus.
- sodium (table salt)
These are all essential minerals, and need to be replenished regularly.
Our diets are not able to do it, except, maybe, for salt. Mine can't. Yours can't.
So I have been taking these in supplement form. I have each mineral as a one-ingredient supplement, so I can individually supplement them... I work for my money, and I hate expensive pee.
It's not working very fast, but I trust that in a day or two I'll feel better.
In addition to these minerals I have added Vitamin A, because it seems that my eyes are reacting to the much more clear sky exposure than they got used to during winter... I am also contemplating added some bilberry: a plant that is especially for the eyes.
If that doesn't help, I'll start using my famous eye remedy, which is really a Dr Christopher/Dr Schulze formulation, and is incredibly effective at eliminating eye trouble. I have even been able to maintain my ability to read small print without glasses... and I am 70 years old. I am also using the same prescription I have been using for the past 30 years.
If you are a health client: maybe you want to schedule a follow-up call? Or if you learn muscle testing, you can save yourself a bundle... The muscle testing course is good, and it includes me checking your accuracy, so you can finally start trusting yourself.
Some people take to it faster than others... it takes practice, and a switch in mindset. Learn asking the right questions, interpreting accurately the dubious answers.
PS: My famous eye remedy is hot as hell... I foolishly put too much Cayenne in it. But it works like gangbusters. You can buy a weaker version on Amazon... and you can buy some from me... if you want.
