I found this article on the internet on vibration, and thought if fitted into my blog, so I am reprinting with full reference to the author.

I want you to read it and pay attention to something important: Although every word he says is true, and high-minded, there is still an underlying blaming, and the vibration of victimhood, a certain impotence that permeates this article and the people I speak to when they speak of a conspiracy.

Now, why would I not want you to be upset, angry, hostile while you are talking about something as evil as reducing you to sheep, or beeing fleeced? Why on earth would I advise that you don't go there? Did I go crazy?

Not quite. You see, your vibration is your key to what life brings you, to the level of happiness you have, the level of self-respect, and value in your own eyes.

Now, though, on the surface it seems to your untrained brain that being upset about an injustice should make sense to you, it does not. It robs you of everything you ever wanted, including peace of mind, self-respect, self-esteem and the joy of life. What do you think of someone who impotently throws their way about something that they have no power to do anything, or they are not willing to do anything? You despise them, right? So if you are that person: even worse... so don't do it.

It is worth reading for many reasons, but most importantly to train your ears of the vibration of the speaker: truth spoken takes on the vibration of the carrier: and it always lowers the vibration of the truth. is the technique of using mental images to realize certain objectives. It can help you achieve success and to accomplish your goals. It is a process that requires creativity, visual images, and a sharp and inventive way of seeing what the finished product, behavior, or result looks. It is a mental strategy, meaning it uses the resources of the mind with creativity to make ambitions come true. Creative visualization can be described as a self-help method which uses your thoughts to manifest what you long for in your own life.

Creative visualization is the strategy of utilizing a person's capacity for thinking to picture specific behaviors or occasions taking place in a person's life. It is the art of using mental imagery and a positive emotional relationship to that imagery to produce positive change in your reality. It is a way of utilizing little energy in the moment of constant practicing, to create yourself in harmony with the universe and the object of your desire. It can bring about abundance, happiness, joy, greater performance. The constant visualization re-calibrates your vibration to the level of vibration of what you want, be it material or emotional result. What does it take to attract your desire?

In January, people make resolutions, that address some of their deepest desires.

Weight, relationship and money are the three most frequent wishes, and most of them never go anywhere, no change, and yet another year makes hope lost a little bit more, confidence lost a little bit more, self-esteem lost a little bit more.

Why would this be?

There are many reasons, but I'd like to address one: it takes several inner and outer changes to bring about the capacity to change any of the three main areas.

And because we weren't told how to change our inner world, little by little, one tiny change at a time, we never actually do it, and unless your inner world, your being changes, your outer world, your weight, your relationships, your money situation can't change.

Examples to this what happens when there are sudden and unprepared-for changes that came from the outside.

You Can Beat Depression... if you recognize it as depression

I found this article when I searched for the phrase "beat depression."

Many of us are depressed. Depression can be low-grade or raging... I am most interested in the low-grade depression, it is easier to beat depression that is low-grade without medication.

The writer of this article uses valid arguments for self-management, but misses a lot of factors, like what did he do, exactly, that allowed him to beat depression to begin with.

He says he took responsibility for his feeling down and out, ad he kicked the medications... so far so good.

But what he isn't saying is that depression is a sign of something.

What is it a sign of? In my experience, as a once depressed person (for 40 years!) I have noticed a few common characteristics with my coaching clients.

  1. I lacked desire.
  2. I was not happy with myself
  3. I could not see myself clearly doing what I thought I wanted to do... the picture was there like fuzzy patches, but not like a movie.

So, how do you get out of these three interconnected and synergistic (negatively) states of mind?

I think that the easiest is to start with number 2.

Why? Because it is easier go get happy(er) with yourself, especially because you need energy for the other two, and having a good feeling about yourself will give you energy.

Keep Your New Year Resolution? they say they are broken so often, they seem to be made to be broken.

Here is an article that I'd like you to read if your overall sense of life and your important areas of life is that they are stressful, and that you are never getting ahead. When you re-evaluate your projects with the method taught in this article, you will feel good about yourself, because you will keep more of your resolutions.

The method in this article can make a huge difference, and the time it takes is very small compared to you being stuck for a long-long time.

Joe (not his real name) made a new year resolution to stop smoking. He set the date, and he made a plan. Then he started to implement his plan. The plan was to gradually cut down. Then he kept on smoking.

We had our usual coaching call on Wednesday at noon. I asked: what would you like to accomplish in this call?

Joe started to talk about his weight... that one day he lost a pound, the other he gained 2... He weighed himself upon awakening every day, and he was mortified at the up and down nature of his daily weight. He was spending a lot of time worrying about that, he confessed.

The Wall, The Ladder, and Your Life’s Purpose: How do you get Guidance from The Soul?

Many people walk around with an immense amount of knowledge. Yet, in their professional life, they jump from one thing to the other. They're directionless because they zigzag. They go to this direction and then they go to that direction and they go in the third direction and then they return to the first one, and on and on it goes.

That's how my life looked for years after I finished publishing the magazine and this is how my friend's life looks.

He's my chiropractor friend. He has a business, he's a chiropractor. He has been a chiropractor for 23 years. He knows a lot about how to adjust people. He has added energy work and Ayurveda but his heart isn't into it.

So he publishes a newsletter, he does self-improvement work, he volunteers, he follows a guru, he goes to India, he goes to ski, he does all kinds of things. He even recorded an audio-book for me, but after all this doing, you can see, that he has no direction, he has no path.

He has a lot of knowledge, a lot of possibilities, but no direction, no 'Guidance from The Soul.' Just restlessness, and a sense that it's all fun, and it's all good, but it isn't going anywhere.

What's your purpose in life?

I hear this question and derivations like "what's my purpose in life?" "What was I meant to do with my life?" etc.

We, human beings, want to do the right thing. It feels that if we did that, then all ADD, all restlessness, all depression, all jumping-around and inconsistent behavior would disappear.

We would joyfully do what we are meant to do, finish what we start, jump our of bed with eagerness, right?

Only if we just could find the one thing we are supposed to do. Be certain, stop doubting ourselves, settle down...

Now, though this is almost the truth, it is not the whole truth, and there is also a lie hidden in its midst.
