The third brain… immersion: the secret to mastery of life and growth

There are, in my experience, three thinking brains, at least potentially, in every human…

The first thinking brain, the mind, that is in cahoots, in collusion, working against you with the selfish gene. That is what creates a life of reactivity, full of fear, full of anxiety, full of sharp turns and devastating jerks. I’ve lived there… and I hated it.

The second thinking brain, the one that evaluates, reasons, figures stuff out, is slow and plodding, and hard work. Creates real solutions, keeps you out of trouble… but not fun.

And then there is the third thinking brain… the work of thinking is done in the background, on the back burner, while the foreground is silent, resting, or busy learning something new..

That is where I live now.

I am getting a few questions about that, and I decided to tell you as much as I can see… the mechanism is largely hidden from my view… It is in the background…

I’ll use myself, and clients’ and students’ stuff as illustrations…

In the past month I saw more maturing, more “going to the next level” than I had seen in all my career as a coach.

Want to become competent in life? Competence is rare… even professionals are not very competent

I watched, mostly listened to the “masterclass” selling Eric Edmeades’ Wildfit course.

The truth value of what Eric Edmeades said was 30%. There was nothing in it that was untrue… it just cannot go higher when you have a product for mass consumption, a one size fit all product.

Eric Edmeades’ vibration is 200.

As in every masterclass, he was having a conversation with Vishen Lakhiani, who looks fabulous, but is insufferable, for the most part. His vibration is 150. Continue reading “Want to become competent in life? Competence is rare… even professionals are not very competent”

Go beyond where you normally stop… But where? How? Show me the path…

Prologue

I woke up disgruntled… almost ready to go into devastation (which is my “home page”) but it all changed as I sat down and began to write. What was going to be a rant, became a celebration.

I guess I wasn’t stuck with or invested in resisting being someone who rants when I feel beaten, or slighted, or hurt… It seems that I accepted, embraced, and it got out of my face… All unconscious competence, by the way. I didn’t have to sit around and analyze it… it just happened. …and I could look and see the whole picture… as much as I can see from it.

This is exactly what I teach in the Playground… this is the goal: unconscious competence in getting unstuck, and being able to see the whole reality, with all its beauty and all its ugliness.

Go beyond where you normally stop… But where? How? Show me the path…

Feelings, emotions… what should you do with them?

Most people have one or two tools in their tool box… And what is even stranger: they don’t want any more. Why?

Some of you cannot deal with complexity, and therefore you will deny your right to feel feelings. And some of you will indulge your feelings and never look, never ask any probing questions that could let you see what is really going on…

What am I talking about?

In the Playground program, always starting new groups, we attempt to bring clarity to life, we attempt to reclaim our power over our lives by separating what life seems to be, what seems to be happening in many different ways. One of these is having a “reality” side, everything a Martian could see or detect, and another that is all words. Continue reading “Feelings, emotions… what should you do with them?”

Cancer: The unexpected results of positive thinking

think-positive-collage2Whoever thought that the well-meaning positive thinking will become a prison and a sentence to a ‘no joy life’ for most who become a “practitioner” of it, about 80% of humanity at this time.

Whether you know it or not, your powers of comprehension depend on your powers of distinguishing.

In the old est training, the trainers came to the room on the first day blasting: “for you Everything is the same as everything else … except not always” and they were as accurate as accurate they would be today: you can’t tell your ass from your elbow.

This is true for everybody, including yours truly… the difference is only in degrees. No one is exempt from it.

The capacity to see differences clearly is called astuteness. The capacity to tell apart similar things, to name them and claim them.

How high can you go from where you are?

I monitor visitor behavior on my site… to see how they treat my articles… I spend a few minutes a week, in the morning. It often gives me an idea of what to write about, what to teach next.

This article is a result of that few minutes of looking today.

Oh, I mostly look at people who signed up to get an email notification each time I publish a new article… by the way. Those people have expressed interest, so I want to see what people who say “I am interested” are doing.

There are two kinds of “readers” that I have detected.

  • The first kind reads the whole article, reads the footnotes, and then returns later and reads the article again.
  • The second kind skims the articles. Skims 2-3 articles per minute, looking for something interesting to read.

What can a one-track pony teach you?

I have been, I am just noticing, making myself miserable.

What got me out of that direction down to desperation, ultimately, a Carlos Castaneda 1 quote: Continue reading “What can a one-track pony teach you?”

Is it true that you can attract money to yourself if you match its vibration?

The first question needs to be answered is this: does money have vibration?

And the answer is: no. Neither the pieces of money, bits, bytes, paper or metal… they don’t have any “vibration”… and neither does the idea of money, the concept of money.

The second question that needs to be answered: do YOU have a vibration? And the answer is no, you don’t have “vibration” either.

So what are we talking about when we assign a certain number to a person? We are talking about what they can see accurately, and what attitude they have towards themselves, the world, and other people.

We compare them with the Ideal Man, the godlike being that was predicted in the scriptures… what is possible for a human on a higher level of evolution. A Human BEING.

Now, does your “vibration”, the height matching your personal evolution with the scale of the Ideal Man, have anything to do with money?

Hell yeah. It does. Continue reading “Is it true that you can attract money to yourself if you match its vibration?”

Do generic health programs, like the Bulletproof Diet or Wildfit work?

Normally either someone uses these expensive and generic programs or opt to use my individual muscle tested diet for themselves. But it seems I got lucky, and one client first started to do the Bulletproof Diet… and then came to me for his individual food list and eating type.

The client got their Starting Point Measurements, that include their hydration and their health number.

His health was rated at 10%. He ate a vegan diet, which means no animal foods, not even eggs, or milk.

When he shifted to the Bulletproof Diet his health number jumped to 20%.

Encouraged, he asked for a full health consult… That was a few days ago… and now his health number is 30%. The new rise is partially still due to the Bulletproof Diet, and partially the new food list/eating style.

What is the difference between his standard Bulletproof Diet and his individual diet?

Spiritual pattern recognition, spiritual principles… Should life have rules?

One gift my father gave me is he encouraged me to not resist. I went through several interpretations of what he meant… I thought resisting made me a person, but I was wrong. Resisting gave the power over to others, and kept me stuck… stuck, stuck stuck.

This is a spiritual pattern, a spiritual principle…

What he didn’t say that he meant: life, reality is built of patterns, and all unrecognized patterns lead to inaccurate, unworkable, or misleading conclusions. Thinking resistance, fighting, pushing back is a good thing kept me miserable for decades.

Through that he had a huge career, and a long happy life… after very humble beginning.

But your life is based on unrecognized patterns that lead to inaccurate, unworkable, or misleading conclusions. That is the story of your life… but you may not even be able to track what I am saying, and I am not condescending, I am stating a fact.
