Many of you don’t have a Self… here is how to find it

We all have two selves. One is real, the other is made up.

The bigger the distance between the two, the less authentic, the less happy we are.

When you love yourself: you love your life… said in another way: when the two selves are in harmony, you love your life.

The soul’s (the real self) job is to cause character, the soul’s job is to help you find out who you are. The Self. The person you are…

Many of you have not managed to distinguish a Self from all the ideas of who you should be, who you want to be, who you fancy yourself being… The precious I, the delusional self.

A Self is your ‘I’ that is independent and defensible from other people’s opinion, and from even your own opinion of you… when you make mistakes.

I know this is a mouthful, so let me elaborate:

What gives you juice in life? what could give you juice?

What gives you juice in life? what could give you juice in life? What is your unique way you can enter the flow, the zone at a moment’s notice?
Juiced vs. Driven (Juiced here means: turned on, excited, alive)

The most difficult attitude to take on or even comprehend is “desire to receive for the sake of sharing”. The opposite of that is “desire to receive for the self alone”.

Why is it so hard? Because… I actually don’t know…

I’ll kick it around in this article, and let’s say if I can say anything that resonates. With you.

Why wouldn’t? Well, it hasn’t. Not with you, and not with others.

If you are new to my articles: my self-assigned job is to ferret out, test out, experiment out what would take humans back to the evolutionary path they abandoned about 30 thousand years ago. They went deep into the current level of “homo sapiens” you could also call: the man who lives in the cave of their mind.

The alternative was to become human being, but that hasn’t happened, and cannot happen through the mind.

Selfish, selfless, wanting, forcing, pushing on a string…

When you are a value recognizer, you see value, for you, everywhere.

Seeing value, recognizing value, is a very high vibration capacity, and I literally don’t know anyone who has it fully open… meaning the DNA capacity.

It’s Tuesday, and I had no idea what to write about today. The way it was looking, life was going to be mundane, maybe even boring today…

But I opened my horoscope from Rob Brezsny, and it all changed when I read it. It brought back yesterday, and the whole past month.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): How sexy is it possible for you to be? I’m referring to authentic soul-stirring sexiness, not the contrived, glitzy, counterfeit version. I’m alluding to the irresistible magnetism that wells up in you when you tap in to your core self and summon a reverent devotion to your life’s mission. However sexy it is possible for you to be, Virgo, I suggest you unleash that magic in the coming weeks. It’s the most reliable strategy for attracting the spiritual experiences and material resources and psychological support you need.

In the 30 dry days… that seemed to pass through the land of commerce, I learned a lot about scarcity, about abundance, about being Selfish and being selfless, wanting, forcing, and pushing on a string. Continue reading “Selfish, selfless, wanting, forcing, pushing on a string…”

It may be true that the key to the kingdom is gratitude and appreciation, but just like humility, gratitude is rare

There is pretense gratitude… just like there is pretense humility. Ultimately your actions tell the real story.

I have been having shorter or longer conversations with people who ask for their Starting Point Measurements.

It’s, as it is usual with me, an experiment. I ask for my time at $200-$250 an hour, and I give away 3-4 hours a week in strategy sessions. I am starting to feel the tiredness… in fact this morning I woke up exhausted.

For most people time is just time… not any currency… but for me it is the most valuable non-renewable resource. It is not just time, it is all I have… And it is hard on my brain, hard on my body, hard on my nervous system as I am giving all I have to a client.

Normally, when I talk to someone, they politely thank me for my time. Each time I get a stab of pain, sadness, when someone thanks me for my time. Continue reading “It may be true that the key to the kingdom is gratitude and appreciation, but just like humility, gratitude is rare”

Can I feel you when I look at you and hear you? An empath’s struggle… A bandwidth issue

If you observed me, you would say that I don’t do myself what I suggest that you do: expand my life, expand my cone of vision, expand my social whatever… But what you see and what is are vastly different. Most of what matters happens in the invisible.

I am going to explore this difference, this seeming or real gap in this article.

I mentioned in an article that the exercise class has introduces sideways motions of my body and as a result a pain that limited my movements for 20 years eased to such a degree that today I can lie on my back and both legs will be lying on the bed. Previously I could not do that. For 20 years. Why? What was wrong? I don’t know.

A student of mine, a massage therapist wrote back to share that she had been, instinctively, using techniques that allowed her to stay on her feet and be well…

In one of your recent articles you were talking about how side movements help with joints. It’s a very interesting observation.

For years I’ve struggled with back pain. I am tall 5’11” so if i fall it’s a long fall and i fell a few times in my 20’s.

Anyways I have noticed even when I massage for many hours a week my back is doing good. When I massage I am on my feet and my movements are always sideways so i rock back and worth sideways. After I read your article several days ago I became a little more conscious about how I massage and how I move.

5-ways-to-pinpoint-your-strengths so you can move

5-ways-to-pinpoint-your-strengths so you can move towards the good life: success, health, happiness

Politically correct living, living for someone else’s sake robs you of seeing who you really are.

I am talking about everybody. Empaths are a special case… they really don’t know much until they become conscious empaths.

Life cannot be lived authentically, unless you know who you are.

Authentic living means being the same inside and out. The more you are authentic, the higher your vibration.

So finding out who you are is mandatory if you want to be well, feel well, and do the best with what you got. This is what this article is helping you to do.

Capacities, constructive attitudes. How do you create them?

Capacities, possibilities, new constructive attitudes…

  • What these share is that they are words first and foremost.
  • The second thing: saying the words will not make you that…
And unfortunately, it turned out that turning on the capacities in the DNA won’t create permanent changes… unless.
So what is the technology of inventing and making these capacities, possibilities and attitudes real?

This is what this article is about. It’s about you learning how to have what you want.

Let’s first talk about what people want… What you want. Continue reading “Capacities, constructive attitudes. How do you create them?”

What’s the opposite of fear? The opposite of stinginess?

raucous-laughterWhen you ask someone: what is the opposite of fear, they say “courage”. But they are mistaken. Courage will never take you to the other side of fear… fear won’t disappear with courage.

The opposite of fear is neither fear nor courage, it is abundance.

Fear is like a flower closing its petals. Courage is still trembling, still closed, still fearful. Continue reading “What’s the opposite of fear? The opposite of stinginess?”

What is the opposite of entitled?

what do I deserve?Every generation is more entitled than the previous one. Why? Let me explain…

If appreciative is the opposite of entitled… does that mean that all those people who are not appreciative are entitled?

Entitled 1 is a worldview. It is a ground-of-being phenomenon, invisible, like the floor. An unexamined truth. To you. But for the other, it is quite obvious… 2

So how do you know that you are not appreciative? that you are entitled?

This is how:

  • Even when you thank someone, they frown…
  • You may even be diligent in thanking someone, you may even feel a stab of thankfulness, but those thanks are the waves on the waters, not the bottom of the sea… The bottom of your sea is entitlement.

What are beliefs? And what keeps you from what you want?

Is there really such a thing as a belief?

One of the things that keep you stuck is the language that you use.

One of the words that definitely hand over the reins to someone else is the word belief.

I, personally, argue that such a thing even exists.

Approaching life, approaching reality, approaching tasks with inadequate tools, antiquated tools will lead to disaster, and that is where you, most of you, find yourself.

Lots of words, lots of books, lots of talking, but no advancement. Neither personally, nor as a race.

As a true empath, I actually see why.

You and everything you read is stuck on the surface. On the seeming working of the Universe, or in this case, the seeming working of a human.

If we dealt with computers, or cars, or even houses the way we deal with, try to fix, etc. humans, ourselves, our thinking, our behavior, we would go back to the stone age. Continue reading “What are beliefs? And what keeps you from what you want?”
