Power tools: Human Evolution is powered by hate

Power tools: Human Evolution is powered by hate

I searched google to see what others have to say. But every article, every site only talked about the physical evolution, and none talked about the inner evolution: where humans conquer their animal nature and truly become human.

And the sites, books, etc. that talked about spiritual evolution, all touted love as the strongest energy to cause it. But love is only available AFTER a considerable level of spiritual evolution is achieved. Until that point what we call love is craving, lust, urge, but not love.

Whereas hate is readily available. Not hate of another. Not hate of another human, or group. No. Hate of not being enough. Hate of stupidity, bad feelings, misery. Continue reading “Power tools: Human Evolution is powered by hate”

It’s not in what direction you start but how you take turns

I was reading a Lee Goldberg book, Fast Track, about illegal car racing in Los Angeles. (In the movie it is some German town, not Los Angeles…)

One of the drivers says: it is not how fast the car is… it is the driver that matters.
It is not how fast you can drive, it is the turns that make the winner.

It is a principle…

An object already in motion can change direction. But an object at rest cannot be easily turned into the ‘right’ direction. Continue reading “It’s not in what direction you start but how you take turns”

Worldviews: Tree of Knowledge winning over the Tree of Life?

conflict of worldviewsYour worldview is invisible to you. It’s like the floor you walk on… the foundation of your life.

You need to understand that your dislike of certain people makes you a moron if you also decide that THEREFORE what they say must be stupid…

Or you like how someone looks, and therefore they must be smart. Ugh. Continue reading “Worldviews: Tree of Knowledge winning over the Tree of Life?”

What is the opposite of courage? It’s not fear, it is…

There are two main ways to live. It is the closest to black or white I have found in nature.

Living things that have their eyes in the front… the predators that go ahead and discover, that live through risk. And prey animals, that are hunted and killed for food.

Of course humans want to be very smart, so they added the categories: philanthropist and supporter, but in this b/w categorization philanthropists and supporters are also prey animals.

So what? you could ask, but there is something important to know here: Continue reading “What is the opposite of courage? It’s not fear, it is…”

The uncatchable ball… did you just let it slip away?

uncatchable ballWe are definitely dealing with something that feels like an uncatchable ball.

We find something and it turns out not to be THE BALL… and we need to go and find another ball to catch… but instead of being able to catch it, it slips out of our grasp.

Why are we even trying?

Because unless and until we catch it and have it in our grasp, firmly, our lives cannot change, our performance cannot change, we cannot really get to where we love ourselves, love our lives, and live it powerfully.

This uncatchable ball is small, slippery, and evasive.

And we want to catch it… If nothing else, I am tenacious… And so help me god, I’ll catch it. Identify it, if it takes me a hundred articles… I will. For you, and for me.

This article is an attempt to catch it… The next article is already written and will come out later today…

What Is The Mindset That Activates The Light of the Creator?

What Is The Mindset That Activates The Light?

Why Being A SecondHander Is A Real Deactivator Of The Light?

When I say ‘The Light’ I mean inside and outside. The inner Light is the spirit… the outer light? is there anything outer, or your access to the Light is entirely from within?

I don’t know. I do know what deactivates it or keeps it off…

Most of the people on planet earth are secondhanders. Chances are that you are too. Continue reading “What Is The Mindset That Activates The Light of the Creator?”

There seems to be a certain order in the Universe.

There is a certain order in the Universe.

I know it looks random and capricious, but it looks that way because of your lack of respect, lack of looking again.

Human nature is to think that what you do in one area, like fixing what you think is wrong, doesn’t effect the whole, and it will be OK.

But human interference in the order of things forces a kind of phenomenon that is a lot like wounds in war… Some are mortal. Continue reading “There seems to be a certain order in the Universe.”

Where do your worldview, expectations, beliefs, come from?

I just listened to a Frank Zappa song and I loved it.

Most people I know listen to music. What they call music is songs. You listen to them. And you are put in a trance. The songs are  hypnotic in nature. They implant b.s. in your mind about HOW IT SHOULD BE. About the order of nature. Ugh. (aside: movies too)

I don’t understand the words in American or British songs, but I do understand them in my mother tongue, and those lyrics, although I haven’t heard those songs for 40 years, reverberate in my head. Continue reading “Where do your worldview, expectations, beliefs, come from?”

Poetry? What does poetry have to do with happiness?

poetic mindPoetry, poetic, poetic mind… not part of the fabric of culture in our times.

JFK was inspiring. Trump, Biden? coarse or boring.

At the same time there is a  quirk to human nature: A result that is not poetic, a result that is not uplifting, a result that is not inspiring doesn’t register as a result. So people are left with a sense of nothing important got done. No happiness, no fulfillment. Nothing to be proud of, nothing to be inspired by.

And then the second quirk: that the skill people have for poetic language is completely undeveloped. Continue reading “Poetry? What does poetry have to do with happiness?”

The curse of being clever… Painting yourself into a corner

capacity capabilityAs I have said before: I play Freecell, a solitaire, to take me below the visible… all the time.

This morning I did a clever move… a few minutes later I saw that the clever move in fact painted me in a corner.

And that is, surprisingly, true about cleverness. At least if you use the word correctly… a rare phenomenon really… using words correctly. Continue reading “The curse of being clever… Painting yourself into a corner”
