Latticework can be likened to a Christmas Tree.
I once had a boy friend who bought tree ornaments as gifts every Christmas. Even to people who didn’t have a tree… ;-/
One of the barriers to real knowledge, I have found in my students, is compartmentalizing.
The opposite of compartmentalizing is the integrative approach…
I first saw this phenomenon in 1988, when i first read the famous book, What Color Is Your Parachute.
The core of that book is completely wasted on 99% of the readers. The core that talks about portable, transferable skills.
The reason people don’t get it, because they cannot see the integrative aspect…
All in all… if we look through spiritual capacities, the issue is that people look through a narrow cone of vision.

Before i say anything else, all the illustrations about negative energy, negativity I use in this post are b.s. and harmful… The Hungarian Christmas pictures… I remember being a child…
Yesterday I was on a group coaching call where a so-called energy practitioner got some marketing advice while others, including me, listened in.
She was discussing her marketing to sell her almost a thousand dollar course on clearing negative energy.
I have to admit that I have never sold a course for that much money. Never even thought I could. Never even thought it would be fair…
I spent the day after that call not wanting to do anything. Not even walk… lol. That is so rare, it is worth mentioning.
I slept well, I am taping my mouth shut again and I sleep a lot better.
I woke up somewhat revitalized and invigorated… = revigorated.
What do I mean revigorated?
Your first sign of getting dead is having less or no question. Continue reading “What is the negative energy you are trying to eliminate? The energy that blocks you?”
We live as if things never changed. Even though we hear, read, that the only thing that is constant in life is change.
And yet, our minds, the machine-like part of us that cannot learn, won’t learn, and fancies itself YOU… our minds tell us, moment to moment, that life will remain the way it is in that moment.
Is that crazy or what?
- When something bad happens, the reaction is not to the bad thing, but to the idea that the results of the bad thing are life-long.
- When something good happens, the reaction is not to the good thing. It is to the idea, to the notion, to the certainty, that the good thing will last a lifetime.
- When you are well… you are sure you’ll be always well. When you feel sick, you are sure that unless you fix it, you’ll never feel good again. Gloom and doom, or yippee… all is wonderful. The roller coaster, I call it.
So in light of this behavior of the mind: what is the most important skill? Continue reading “What is the most important skill to develop and keep using, daily, if you want to live a life you love?”
We throw about big words, and we pretend that we know them. Even “scientists” just pretend. If they didn’t, they would be explaining, clarifying the words, but they don’t.
In the Starting Point Measurements the vocabulary number is what indicates this. I originally intended to call this clarity, but then I decided that if it refers to words, then maybe it can be instructive.
It hasn’t been.
So this article will be, mostly, about words.
Whenever we say conscious awareness, we are talking about words. No words, no conscious awareness.
Continue reading “Conscious awareness… what is it really? And what does your vocabulary have to do with it?”
I woke up with a question: how do you build a latticework to hang all your knowledge on?
I have built a latticework, but I did not do it consciously. I just noticed that I had it and others didn’t.
As usual I wrote down the question before i went to sleep last night, but the answer wasn’t there this morning. Only the question. Urgently.
So I came to my computer, and the first link I clicked took me to an answer. Maybe THE answer. No accidents there… I clicked on a link on a website I normally don’t click on anything. Continue reading “How to start preparing your brain to build a latticework to hang new knowledge on?”
All mischief and all power comes from the invisible. Invisible to you, and maybe invisible to society.
It’s not hidden. It is just not obvious to the untrained eyes. What your eyes need is training and guidance.
My methodology, observing life through many distinctions, is a winning one.
It drives up, and makes visible what has thus far been invisible.
Racket, frame, memes, voices, states… the distinctions are all opportunities to see another aspect of the invisible, and gain control over yourself, so you can start moving in the direction of the good life, whatever good life is for you.
For example, your soul correction. It is a distinction to look through and see some formerly invisible stuff. Continue reading “The methodology of making the invisible visible”
I am always looking for guidance from whatever is giving guidance.
I am also looking for confirmation. My mind is a meaning making machine, like yours, and I catch myself looking for meaning in everything.
I am like a GPS… in order for the GPS give you accurate actions, it needs to know where you are at.
I am looking for the GPS function, the locating function part of the guidance. I am an experimenter, and I am aware, what can be easier, right? Continue reading “Reframing: Are you happy?”
Frame: Your higher power?
Back in 1988 I had an emotional meltdown. I suddenly remembered things from my childhood.
I was suggested by someone in Landmark that it would be beneficial for me to join an ACOA group. Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families.
I did. I had clear signals that I belonged. #1 of the identifying features of ACOA people is “I don’t know who I am”.
Anyway, an ACOA group is not a fun place. Continue reading “Reframing: What is your higher power?”
Frame: state change. Causing yourself or another to change their emotional state, aka attitude.
The myth of “IS”
One of the invisible tools the memes use, the memes that keep us trapped and unable to take control of our lives is to spew “is” on us.
OK, that was a long sentence. let me see if I can reword it. The memes freeze us into a life where we have no power. It is in the wording. The freezing power comes from the wording.
We have spoken about the having to, needing to, wanting to, and should… these are a group of tools the memes use to rob us of our own power, and render us puppets.
The tool that renders us powerless to change is the improper use of “is”.
- Whenever you feel you need to change, this meme tool is at work.
- Whenever you point a blaming finger at yourself, at the world, or at others, this meme tool is at work.
- It is under learned helplessness. It is under resignation, cynicism, and unless you learn to recognize it, you’ll fight it… like Don Quixote was fighting the windmills. No chance to win.

One of the things that came up in the Muscle Testing Course is ethnicity.
This article is not political. It won’t even address your fear of different people… different from you. It only talks about this frame or the lack of it, that cost you your own personhood… you’ll see what I mean later in this article.
I teach you how to free yourself up to become all you can become, and raise your vibration. Your political beliefs are of no concern to me. Whether I step on toes in the process… not skin of my back. Being politically incorrect is my job. Because politically correct has reduced us to labels, sheep, barely people at all. Continue reading “Reframing… Label of ethnicity or cultural origin”
