Your vibration and Copenhagen zoo kills 18 month old giraffe

did the giraffe have to die in copenhagen zoo?

Copenhagen zoo refuses to hand over 18 month giraffe to other zoos, and kills giraffe and feeds it to other animals.

That is the news. Now, obviously, I am not in the popular news business, but without spending my time finding out what exactly happened, I may have some useful things to say to those readers that aspire to become a human being.

Watch the majority. The majority is always wrong. When they go left, go right.

When they are upset, be understanding. It is a much healthier emotion.

Consider that you can’t see the whole picture. Consider, that even if you could, wrong, bad, etc. are human constructs and they are cultural. Consider that God didn’t hire you to be the judge, so let go and don’t get involved.

Easy vs what works. Illusion vs reality… how to tell the difference?

bending spoon illusionWe are living in the matrix. We eat make-believe food, have make-believe relationships, fight for make-believe causes.

The main weapon of the illusion that it convinces you that it doesn’t exist. They used to say that about the devil… but the real devil is the creators, the pushers, the promoters of the illusion. 1

25 years ago I participated, briefly, in a 12-step program: Adult Children of Alcoholics. As you may know, the first step of joining a group like that is to pick a higher power. Why? I am not sure, I have done no research. I am going to share my own way of using “higher power” because it is relevant to this topic.

I am an atheist. I do not believe that there is a higher power, per se. I do feel that there is a certain order in the Universe, that it is even intelligent, but Higher Power?

And yet, what makes AA and other 12-step programs work, is this higher power thing…

How does a spiritual practice raise your vibration?

self-awareness-2Spiritual practices are the tools we have to activate our capacities, including the new capacities just received on September 4-5.

The expression, spiritual practice, has two parts:

  1. Practice: something you do again and again, until it becomes second nature to you. Like driving. Like touch-typing, like reading. First it is chunky, you need all you got to perform the task, and you experience more failures than successes, like in learning to ride a bicycle… in learning to walk.to-insist-on-spiritual-practiceOnce you rise on the levels of learning, from unconscious incompetence, to conscious incompetence, to conscious competence (you still need to think about it!) to unconscious competence, you need to pick another spiritual practice, otherwise you will be stuck with thousands of capacities not used. Still in the basement of your being.

Why are people so low vibration? Including teachers, healers

If you read one of my previous articles, your answer (most of it) is there: our upbringing is based on the interest of the “powers that be” and not on the interest of the individual, or the interest of the human race: the Original Design, evolution, being an expanding personality.

Our lives, what we are allowed to do, see and know, is not that much different from what you see in the movies “The Truman Show” or “The Matrix” and we are policed, rigorously, and incessantly.

And the policing forces are also “sheep” and have no idea about the truth, about their own status…

So, humanity, in lack of real information, to understand and make what they see easier to handle, easier to be with, invented an imaginary world of explanations, gods, spirits, angels… just to be able to make sense of what they needed to deal with.

Vibration, your vibration, your consciousness level and the ability to be with stuff that is not easy to be with are correlated: meaning: once one gets high, the other gets high as well.

Get out of your mind, the home of misery and lack of intelligence?

i can__t get ou of my mindAll those courses that teach mind power are teaching you something that doesn’t work.

The mind is a slow, clunky machine with only one purpose: to own you, to reduce you to its own slave.

I am not speaking against the mind: I am speaking against slavery.

You, the conscious you, the Witness, the Observer, the higher intelligence You is the boss… and every aspect of you is supposed to serve the will of that YOU… so what happened?

What happened is that your human enemy started to teach you that your mind is superior… blah blah blah.

So you started to abandon feelings, intuition, instinct, ego, soul, and retreated into the mind, where you don’t have a clue about reality, where you don’t know what’s going on, and where you can never call the shot, be happy, joyful, fulfilled, and all the stuff that life could be about… but yours isn’t.

So while one group of “teachers” teach you to put all your eggs in one basket: into the mind, the other group of teachers teach you to meditate so you can get out of the mind.

Meditation rarely teaches you anything useful: most people that I have tested, never get out of the mind.

Rob Brezsny’s horoscope as context for spiritual practice

One excellent use of Rob Brezsny’s weekly horoscopes is to set a context for the week. The context that he recommends is always outside of the ordinary for you, and therefore it will have the potential to dig into the beyond, where all the power you lack and want comes from.

This is my horoscope for this week…

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): “This morning I walked to the place where the street-cleaners dump the rubbish,” wrote painter Vincent van Gogh in one his letters. “My God, it was beautiful.” Was he being ironic or sarcastic? Not at all. He was sincere. As an artist, he had trained himself to be intrigued by scenes that other people dismissed as ugly or irrelevant. His sense of wonder was fully awake. He could find meaning and even enchantment anywhere. Your next assignment, Virgo — should you choose to accept it — is to experiment with seeing the world as van Gogh did.

Now, how do you use a horoscope as a context of your life? Remember, this whole month will probably be about context…

Your key to this context are the sentences: “His sense of wonder was fully awake. He could find meaning and even enchantment anywhere”

The Guru Myth, Its Destructive Power and A Cure.

Sophie’s notes: I do not necessarily agree with a lot what’s written in this article, yet it’s a good piece of writing, and I want you to read it.

I will add some notes when I have time… And some vibrational measurements of the people he mentions… Patience, it’s coming.

The Guru Myth, Its Destructive Power and A Cure. (Now w/Videos!)

The Word and The Myth.

The word ‘guru’ has taken on a life of its own in Western pop culture. The media and advertising talk about ‘stock gurus,’ ‘marketing gurus,’ sports gurus’ and on and on – the characterization being someone who has a particular insight into their chosen field and is trusted by others as being able to solve certain problems or provide a highly effective strategy on how to be successful.

We know of course that the word originates in India and simply means ‘teacher.’ In India one’s schoolteacher, dance instructor, parent – really anyone in an authoritative or instructive role might be considered your guru in their particular domain.

But when the word is used in a spiritual context it has a very specific meaning and is located within a very particular Hindu belief system. A guru in this sense is a cut above ordinary human beings. What distinguishes the guru from us mere mortals is that they are ‘enlightened’ or ‘self-realized.’

Basically the claim is that there are certain very special people who have crossed a very specific threshold in their spiritual awareness – and they know the ultimate truth about the nature of reality.

The First Step To Find Your Own Self Is Distinguishing What Is The False Self, What Is The “Not You”.

The First Step To Find Your Own Self Is Distinguishing What Is The False Self, What Is The “Not You”.

Here is a spiritual practice I’d like you to start:

A character in Herman Hesse’s novel ‘Demian’ says the following: “I live in my dreams. Other people live in dreams, but not in their own.”

Whose dreams do YOU live in?

What is the source of the fantasies that dominate your imagination? Are they the authentic outpourings of your own soul Self? Or did they originate with your parents and teachers and lovers? Did they sneak into you from the movies and songs and books you love? Are they the skewed result of the emotional wounds you endured or the limitations you’ve gotten used to?

Now is an excellent time to take inventory.

Find out how close you are to living in your own dreams

So, what is this spiritual practice?

As I say in all my articles about the Self, and I say in everything about say about the Avatar State audio activators, it is most important to shed the fake self by distinguishing it.

But, of course, unless you have some relevant questions to ask, you don’t know which aspect of the person you think you are is fake and which aspects may be real.

For the most part, for a starting point, it is safe to declare that everything that’s going to show up is your fake self.

Darn, Sophie, aren’t you exaggerating? No, I am not.

What is consciousness? Higher states of consciousness?

Experiencing higher states of consciousness… This has been the desire of millions of people. You have taken drugs, they have done seances, turned to sex, turned to racing, gambling.

Ordinary consciousness is not very attractive. Ordinary consciousness is boredom, sameness, or misery. It is also a kind of sleepwalking. Continue reading “What is consciousness? Higher states of consciousness?”

Playing Freecell As A Spiritual Practice: Soul Correction and Fulfilling Your Soul’s Purpose Becomes Possible Now!

freecell as a spiritual practice Playing Freecell as a spiritual practice

One of the issues that plague humanity is their unawareness or misunderstanding of Soul.

I won’t go back to the whole creation story again, you are probably sick of it… lol.

Just let’s re-iterate the fact that humanity is the host for the soul and the vehicle for its correction.

Now, imagine a vehicle that you operate energetically, but the steering wheel is held by someone strong at cross purposes with you.

Your chances of getting where you want to go are minimal. Right?
