Transformation is like picking a lock. You need tools, you need patience, you need immense awareness, and the results need to be valuable, or you'll quit before you are done. Partial transformation gives you bragging rights, but no results.
This is going to be an article that, I predict, will grow as we discover or invent (with Source) new tools to bring about the 1,000 Years of Peace, the restoration of the Original Design.
I will not give details of the tools in this article. The details you can find in other articles, or in the glossary. I will link the tools to where you can read more about them as time allows.
Patience, my friend, patience is a virtue. I'll get to it when I can. Start at the beginning... do you know how to connect, yet? I don't mean know about it. I don't mean "I think so" I mean, have I said that you are connected? If not, then please come to a connection call or stop feeding your mind. All this information is worthless there.
I will list the tools in the order I received them, not in the order of importance. This is where the good guys finish first, even if they started last...
Summary: Emotions... without emotions you feel deadened. But you only want good emotions... unfortunately, for you, you can't have the good without the bad, life is a roller coaster, and you would hate to be stranded on the top of the peak anyway...
I listened to the audiobook, Molecules of Emotions some 10 years ago in the car. It's a book written by a scientist, Candace Pert.
I did not set out to be a scientist of emotions... but I was eminently suited: instead of just talking about it, instead of writing about, I can actually verify the "findings", verify or un-verify the theories by feeling.
Our language doesn't keep up with the emotions: just like we don't have words for the billions of colors that can be created with the four base colors of light, red, blue and yellow... and of course white... we don't have accurate words for the feelings that are a combination, an energetic combination of base feelings. Summary: some six thousand years ago a mind virus was introduced. It lead to the rise of a strong ruling class and a sheep-like plebs. In this article I introduce the first ever remedy to the mind virus: the Unification Energy.
You see, humans have a strong inner connection to wisdom through connecting to All-Knowledge, but the mind virus severed, blocked the connection between the part of each human that connects and the part that they consider themselves to be... the part that has the mind, the subconscious, the body, and the Ego. The part that will look for nourishment, guidance, leadership, meaning, outside: on the horizontal plane.
A trauma is an incident. The significance is in your emotional response, not in what happened. The same incident is no big deal for others, but it is, or was a big deal for you.
Here is an example from my life:
I went on my biweekly grocery shopping trip with the old folks van yesterday.
They asked what's new, and I shared that I asked the Community Center to give me a chance to do a short lecture on water. The answer to that was a groan. Audible, and coming from a deep reluctance and distaste.
It wasn't the right time to deal with it then and there, so I stored it away for analysis later.
And this is "later"... let's do it now.
First off: the groan awakened a whole series of memories, unpleasant memories of earlier similar incidents.
Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When you feel threatened, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol, which rouse the body for emergency action.
You probably think that stress is the same for everyone, that stress is a physical reality, but it doesn't seem to be that way.
I had an interesting insight this morning. I woke up with the wicked vertigo back... I moved my neck the wrong way in exercise class... And I didn't experience the despair, and the urgent desire to fix it. Or will it away. I observed it, and the secondary symptoms that go with it.
I live a goal-less life.
I don't get frustrated, I don't get excited, I don't push, I don't force, I don't rush. I don't do things for a reason either.
