What do I call drama?
Every negative, uncomfortable, unpleasant feeling that you feel, experience, indicates drama. A story played out inside you. While you are involved in that drama you are not involved in life, you are taking an entertainment break: your relationships, your health, your work will suffer as a result.
Some of us are even addicted to that drama: for all I know it creates a sense of aliveness for the morbid, especially for people whose life is otherwise empty, void of purpose.

Most people, to one degree or another, are ruled by fear. Most of that fear is fear of nothing-in-particular, just fear. And some of that fear is being afraid of getting hurt, of being laughed at, of looking foolish, of making a mistake, of losing face.
But fear is fear, and on the horizontal plane, for the horizontal self, there is nothing more important than to listen to the fear and avoid doing anything that awakens fear.
Result: your life is stagnant, your self-respect is disappearing, and you shrink, and shrink. It doesn't feel good.
Fear is getting stronger, and you are getting weaker.

Knowing, being, causing, or being the victim of things.
In the Bible the verb "know" meant: knowing intimately. In bed, as a matter of fact. Or in hay... lol.
Today knowing means, for most people, is that their mind has heard about it. We are growing backwards.
Knowledge is power, information is poison. Why it's poison? Because it fills you up, and you are never hungry for real anything... the poison, the make believe, the fake fills you up.

We must admit there are people who do LIFE better than we do, they get ahead, they live well, seem happy.
How do successful people do it? They have good judgment. But where do you get such good judgement from? Good judgment comes from bad experience. And the bad experience comes from pain. What you do with it will make all the difference, what is your attitude towards it, will make you win in life, or stuck in life.
