These are the top five regrets of the dying, and here is how to beat having these regrets, or any other
I have read articles about dying and I have read poems written by old-old people expressing their regrets. They are in death’s anteroom, and the view of their life and themselves is special from there: they are to the side and slightly elevated position from where they can both feel and see. Is There Any Healing Modality More Valid Than Others? Do any of them work better?
Though it seems that the healing modality that works for you is the only modality that would work for anyone, the truth is that the modality that works for you is the right healing modality for you and for people that have an affinity to the same modality.
What do I mean by that, and what the heck is healing modality anyway?
Modality, just like when we approach learning, or self expression, has a tendency to choose us: we don’t have much of a choice in them.
In learning we can be auditory, or visual, or kinesthetic: they are learning modalities. Continue reading “Is One healing modality more valid than others?”
I read an interesting article on consciousness today that opened my eyes to something:
You can ask a question of yourself, and depending on the answer you can locate yourself on the map of consciousness quite reliably. And you could ask the question “what is your vibrational frequency?” and though you have no numbers, you’ll know in what bracket you are by locating yourself on one of the stages.
The question is: What is my relationship to life? My life? Where is my consciousness?
There are four possible answers.
1. Life is happening to me.
2. Life is happening by me… i.e. I am causing my life
3. Life is happening through me… i.e. you are on this stage causing something to unfold through your special gift, or purpose
4. Life is me1
Now, why is this brilliant? First off, no map can get you where you want to go unless you can locate yourself on the map.
Continue reading “4 Stages of Consciousness… where do YOU live?”
- In the first stage you are at the effect of life. It seems that it is completely out of your control, like the weather. Your attention is outward, and hoping that something will happen that will make it better or right.
To move out of the first stage you need to consider that you co-create your life, whether you see it or not, and you’d better start paying attention to who you are, what you think, you attitude, etc. instead of blaming anything or anyone.
In the second stage your view of life is that what you make happen will happen. You are driving what happens, and you are driven. You have goals, you have schedules, you have agendas. There is no power other than what you provide.
To move out of this stage, you need to consider that you are co-creating your life with invisible and visible powers, and your driving is the least significant of these. You need to have the mantra “Let go, let god”
In the 3rd stage you live your life as if life were happening through you. You are a conduit, life is expressing itself through you. Although this is a beautiful stage, it is still an unreal view of it. It is beautiful because you have talents, you have purpose, you have gifts and you express them as an expression of life. But you, the physical, individual you is doing it. There is a you, and there is life. Distinct, and separate. To move out of this stage you need to be able to relinquish your individuality and the separation.
In the fourth stage there is no separation between a you and life, between others and you. There is just flowing. You may do things, but they are not your doing, the importance of doing disappears.
No matter what is your current vibration, you can be called down onto any of these stages, and vibrate, temporarily, on that level. A sudden tragedy, a sudden lack, a newly revealed illness can all act as agents to pull you out of a higher stage. [↩]

The first part, where he brings examples of the sentence: if you tune in deep inside you, you may be able to come up with your sentence, and then you can design your life around it.
That sentence will be your functional expression of your life’s purpose.
