This article has a good idea… it suggests consistency as the way of establishing any new habit and making sure it will happen.
Anything worth doing is worth doing every day… day in, day out.
Meditation, spiritual work, being active, reading, learning… as a campaign they are all doomed to fail… but as a daily practice they build the foundation of a spectacular life.
When established, a daily habit becomes second nature. Just like cleaning your teeth in the morning or taking a shower – it would feel wrong to not do it. However with infrequent habits like music practise 3-6 times per week, or exercise twice per week, taking a day off can cause it to be harder to pick it up again afterwards. Then in one fell sweep your positive habit has been ruined completely, and everyday somehow becomes a holiday from it.
Turn a weekly habit into a daily one.

Living powerfully, what will it take to defy the odds?
Do you live powerfully? If the answer is yes, then I can tell you that you have a strong self-esteem.
What is your self-worth?
And I don’t mean how much you want to make an hour, a day, a week, or a year. What you want has nothing to do with self-worth!
Self-worth also has nothing to do with what you know, what you can do, what other people think you can do or can’t do. Self-worth is how much you think, deep inside, when the chips are down, when life looks hopeless, how much do you think you are worth then? Success or Failure in life… where do they come from? Do you ever ponder that question? How come some people are successful and others are not, even though seemingly they do the same things?
Consider this: The mind is a pattern creator. It is not interested, fundamentally unconcerned about your thriving or success, it is interested in surviving itself and once survived, staying the same. It creates the beginnings of a pattern every time you survive. And it continues to do so till you die. That’s why behavior scientists say it takes 21 days to change a behavior: a new pattern needs to be created.
Some patterns are deeper than others

In the All-That-Is vibration, which is the highest accessible to human beings, you’ll find all the intrinsic values, just like in a perfectly polished diamond, all facets of the diamond reflect the perfection of the whole.
What can raise your vibration? The mirror effect
In this article, we’ll need to distinguish three things:
1. what are intrinsic values
2. what you complain about others shows something fundamental about you
3. what you are, you attract
What are intrinsic values?

Top Five Regrets of the Dying and how to beat them
- 1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
- 2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.
- 3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
- 4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
- 5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
These are the top five regrets of the dying, and here is how to beat having these regrets, or any other
I have read articles about dying and I have read poems written by old-old people expressing their regrets. They are in death’s anteroom, and the view of their life and themselves is special from there: they are to the side and slightly elevated position from where they can both feel and see. What shall I do with my negativity?
Most people ask me what they should do about other people’s negativity… but ultimately you can’t change anything there, you can only change yourself.
So, what can you do with your negativity?
There are permanent and temporary solutions. But even if you do permanent solutions, you will need to maintain mental hygiene, just like you need to wash your hands all the time, or cut your nails.
Temporary solutions work best if you have lots of discipline and are able to be self-aware close to 24/7.
The art is catching yourself in the act of negativity, and of course to do that you need to know all the ways negativity expresses itself. It’s a lot like weeding. Weeds are stronger than cultivated plants and grow faster too. Same is the situation with negativity.
Another similarity with weeds is that you can remove the top of the weed plant, or you can remove it from its deep roots.
A few years ago I took a sabbatical, and all summer I worked on a small patch of ground that was full of weeds. Had I suspected that the weeds spread by deeps horizontal shoots on the roots, I would have probably left the whole thing alone, but I didn’t, and once I declared war on the weeds I stuck with it. It was, for me: it is either the weeds, or me! And I needed all the energy from that battle-cry! Some roots were as deep as two feet, but I got to them, and I was relentless.

Tithing Or Not Tithing, That Is The Question. Does tithing really work?
Now, why does this issue come up, and why now?
I have a client who asked this question, and because he has given me an opportunity to think this over, maybe even channel a little bit of knowledge, here is what I have come up with so far:
Tithing requires you to give from the seed level of vibration of gratitude. From that frequency you can activate value exchange. A value exchange, from a place of equal values changing hands, not from a place of being a bottomless pit in need, asking for handout, asking for more than you can give back. What does that mean? Tithing is a kind of thank-you, appreciation (acknowledging value) expressed on the level of gratitude.
So when people ask: what is the vibrational frequency of money, they really should say: what is the vibrational frequency of equal trade? I give you this and you give me that, and we are both winners.
As such a tool tithing works miracles, but there is a problem. Continue reading “When Does Tithing Activate The Law Of Attraction?”
The Core Belief of Failure – What is Yours?
The seed level of failure – what is yours?
What is the difference between a failure, a never do well, an underachiever, a disappointment, and the “successful ones” Like Tony Robbins, like T. Harv Eker? Like Wayne Dyer?
Are they smarter? Some of them, but not all.
Are they better looking, harder working, better educated, better connected? Some of them, but not all.
Yet, they are successful… what is the difference? What is the difference, across the board, case after case, maybe in every case? Continue reading “The Core Belief of Failure – What is Yours?”
Another difficulty I see in accomplishing any meaningful purpose, including money goals, is that people’s vibration is blocked by beliefs, their own, their inherited beliefs, societal agreements, parental suggestions, that aren’t even spelled out anywhere.
One type of these hidden blockages is agreements that were never made.
This distinction was, for me, half of what I paid %2400 for, when I did the Landmark Partnership Program. It cleared up 50% of what kept me stuck, miserable, and a victim. So please pay attention and allow this distinction to make as much or more difference for you as it made for me. Without having to pay the $2400 and shuffle off to Los Angeles six times, and the expense. Please!? Continue reading “Are There Some Hidden Blockages To Attaining The Good Life You Could Melt Away?”
Feel Good About Yourself
Keep Your New Year Resolution? they say they are broken so often, they seem to be made to be broken.
Here is an article that I’d like you to read if your overall sense of life and your important areas of life is that they are stressful, and that you are never getting ahead. When you re-evaluate your projects with the method taught in this article, you will feel good about yourself, because you will keep more of your resolutions.
The method in this article can make a huge difference, and the time it takes is very small compared to you being stuck for a long-long time.
Joe (not his real name) made a new year resolution to stop smoking. He set the date, and he made a plan. Then he started to implement his plan. The plan was to gradually cut down. Then he kept on smoking.
We had our usual coaching call on Wednesday at noon. I asked: what would you like to accomplish in this call?
Joe started to talk about his weight… that one day he lost a pound, the other he gained 2… He weighed himself upon awakening every day, and he was mortified at the up and down nature of his daily weight. He was spending a lot of time worrying about that, he confessed. Continue reading “How to Keep Your New Year Resolution So You Can Feel Good About Yourself?”
