This article is about guidance. Not about how you find it, but who to listen to. How to pick your guides… Who to listent to, what to listen to.

What gives you your life depends more on the people you listen to than anything else.

If you want to find out where your life is heading, look closely at the different aspects of your closest guides, TV, gurus, emails, books, movies, friends, co-workers (gossip) and make a note how they live in the main areas of life: fulfillment (vocation), health (physical, mental and spiritual), connections (relationships), and being rewarded and valued (finances).

Your life’s trajectory (that means trend, or direction) is going to be a weighted average of these guides’ life trajectory… More time with the news… the lower it all goes in all areas. More time with high vibration people, the higher it goes, at least in the areas where they are highly vibrating. The more materialistic and forceful your guides, the more forceful, stressful, and the less satisfying your life will become. Creative Visualization: Will it work for you?

is the technique of using mental images to realize certain objectives. It can help you achieve success and to accomplish your goals. It is a process that requires creativity, visual images, and a sharp and inventive way of seeing what the finished product, behavior, or result looks. It is a mental strategy, meaning it uses the resources of the mind with creativity to make ambitions come true. Creative visualization can be described as a self-help method which uses your thoughts to manifest what you long for in your own life.

Creative visualization is the strategy of utilizing a person’s capacity for thinking to picture specific behaviors or occasions taking place in a person’s life. It is the art of using mental imagery and a positive emotional relationship to that imagery to produce positive change in your reality. It is a way of utilizing little energy in the moment of constant practicing, to create yourself in harmony with the universe and the object of your desire. It can bring about abundance, happiness, joy, greater performance. The constant visualization re-calibrates your vibration to the level of vibration of what you want, be it material or emotional result. Are There Some Hidden Blockages To Attaining The Good Life You Could Melt Away?

hidden blockagesAnother difficulty I see in accomplishing any meaningful purpose, including money goals, is that people’s vibration is blocked by beliefs, their own, their inherited beliefs, societal agreements, parental suggestions, that aren’t even spelled out anywhere.

One type of these hidden blockages is agreements that were never made.

This distinction was, for me, half of what I paid %2400 for, when I did the Landmark Partnership Program. It cleared up 50% of what kept me stuck, miserable, and a victim. 4 Stages of Consciousness… where do YOU live?

I read an interesting article on consciousness today that opened my eyes to something:

You can ask a question of yourself, and depending on the answer you can locate yourself on the map of consciousness quite reliably. And you could ask the question “what is your vibrational frequency?” and though you have no numbers, you’ll know in what bracket you are by locating yourself on one of the stages.

The question is: What is my relationship to life? My life? Where is my consciousness?

There are four possible answers.

1. Life is happening to me.
2. Life is happening by me… i.e. I am causing my life
3. Life is happening through me… i.e. you are on this stage causing something to unfold through your special gift, or purpose
4. Life is me1

Now, why is this brilliant? First off, no map can get you where you want to go unless you can locate yourself on the map.

  1. In the first stage you are at the effect of life. It seems that it is completely out of your control, like the weather. Your attention is outward, and hoping that something will happen that will make it better or right.

    To move out of the first stage you need to consider that you co-create your life, whether you see it or not, and you’d better start paying attention to who you are, what you think, you attitude, etc. instead of blaming anything or anyone.

    In the second stage your view of life is that what you make happen will happen. You are driving what happens, and you are driven. You have goals, you have schedules, you have agendas. There is no power other than what you provide.

    To move out of this stage, you need to consider that you are co-creating your life with invisible and visible powers, and your driving is the least significant of these. You need to have the mantra “Let go, let god”

    In the 3rd stage you live your life as if life were happening through you. You are a conduit, life is expressing itself through you. Although this is a beautiful stage, it is still an unreal view of it. It is beautiful because you have talents, you have purpose, you have gifts and you express them as an expression of life. But you, the physical, individual you is doing it. There is a you, and there is life. Distinct, and separate. To move out of this stage you need to be able to relinquish your individuality and the separation.

    In the fourth stage there is no separation between a you and life, between others and you. There is just flowing. You may do things, but they are not your doing, the importance of doing disappears.

    No matter what is your current vibration, you can be called down onto any of these stages, and vibrate, temporarily, on that level. A sudden tragedy, a sudden lack, a newly revealed illness can all act as agents to pull you out of a higher stage. []

Keep Your New Year Resolution? they say they are broken so often, they seem to be made to be broken.

Here is an article that I’d like you to read if your overall sense of life and your important areas of life is that they are stressful, and that you are never getting ahead. When you re-evaluate your projects with the method taught in this article, you will feel good about yourself, because you will keep more of your resolutions.

The method in this article can make a huge difference, and the time it takes is very small compared to you being stuck for a long-long time.

Joe (not his real name) made a new year resolution to stop smoking. He set the date, and he made a plan. Then he started to implement his plan. The plan was to gradually cut down. Then he kept on smoking.

We had our usual coaching call on Wednesday at noon. I asked: what would you like to accomplish in this call?

Joe started to talk about his weight… that one day he lost a pound, the other he gained 2… He weighed himself upon awakening every day, and he was mortified at the up and down nature of his daily weight.
