In the All-That-Is vibration, which is the highest accessible to human beings, you’ll find all the intrinsic values, just like in a perfectly polished diamond, all facets of the diamond reflect the perfection of the whole.
What can raise your vibration? The mirror effect
In this article, we’ll need to distinguish three things:
1. what are intrinsic values
2. what you complain about others shows something fundamental about you
3. what you are, you attract
How To proactively beat the top regrets of the dying?
Yesterday I gave you an exercise to imagine yourself on your deathbed.
Many people get all emotional about that: so it may not have worked for you. I love that exercise, but here is another one:
Imagine that you are on the riverside fishing. You see that the line is tout, the rod is trembling, so you do what fishermen do, and you pull out a fish.
As you take the hook out of the fish’s mouth the fish starts to talk. It says: My good man (or woman, if you are a woman), please release me back into the water and I will reward you handsomely: I will fulfill three wishes for you.
Top Five Regrets of the Dying and how to beat them
1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
These are the top five regrets of the dying, and here is how to beat having these regrets, or any other
I have read articles about dying and I have read poems written by old-old people expressing their regrets. They are in death’s anteroom, and the view of their life and themselves is special from there: they are to the side and slightly elevated position from where they can both feel and see. The biggest issues I encounter in my practice is the monkey mind. The noise. The morass.
What am I talking about? I am talking about a busy mind, stuck in constant chatter, and unable to concentrate at the task at hand. In this state, if you are like me, you are dreaming of reprogramming your mind.
Most people ask me what they should do about other people’s negativity… but ultimately you can’t change anything there, you can only change yourself.
So, what can you do with your negativity?
There are permanent and temporary solutions. But even if you do permanent solutions, you will need to maintain mental hygiene, just like you need to wash your hands all the time, or cut your nails.
Temporary solutions work best if you have lots of discipline and are able to be self-aware close to 24/7.
The art is catching yourself in the act of negativity, and of course to do that you need to know all the ways negativity expresses itself. It’s a lot like weeding. Weeds are stronger than cultivated plants and grow faster too. Same is the situation with negativity.
Another similarity with weeds is that you can remove the top of the weed plant, or you can remove it from its deep roots.
A few years ago I took a sabbatical, and all summer I worked on a small patch of ground that was full of weeds. Had I suspected that the weeds spread by deeps horizontal shoots on the roots, I would have probably left the whole thing alone, but I didn’t, and once I declared war on the weeds I stuck with it. It was, for me: it is either the weeds, or me! And I needed all the energy from that battle-cry! Some roots were as deep as two feet, but I got to them, and I was relentless. Most of us seem to know what it is, we feel it, some in their guts, some in their heart, but feel it, especially when other people are negative. When it’s within us, we feel despair, anxiety, worry, we have a sense of dread, or we are sad, nervous, stressed, hyper, manic, depressed, or just listless. We get sick from it.
We do not recognize it as negativity on ourselves and that allows it to go rampant, unmanaged, something that happens to us and all we can do about it is complain, bear it, or take some pills.
In the normal course of events we don’t notice anything special tied to what we think or say, because we are so mired in negativity, it’s normal. Our life is lived in quiet (or not so quiet) desperation, and that’s that. Continue reading “What is Negativity?”
Tithing Or Not Tithing, That Is The Question. Does tithing really work?
Now, why does this issue come up, and why now?
I have a client who asked this question, and because he has given me an opportunity to think this over, maybe even channel a little bit of knowledge, here is what I have come up with so far:
Tithing requires you to give from the seed level of vibration of gratitude. From that frequency you can activate value exchange. A value exchange, from a place of equal values changing hands, not from a place of being a bottomless pit in need, asking for handout, asking for more than you can give back.1 What does that mean? Tithing is a kind of thank-you, appreciation (acknowledging value) expressed on the level of gratitude.2
So when people ask: what is the vibrational frequency of money, they really should say: what is the vibrational frequency of equal trade? I give you this and you give me that, and we are both winners.
Most people live in a place of scarcity, where their experience of themselves is that they have nothing to give that they can do without [↩]
The Law of Giving (I made the name up!) says that you are only allowed to give if what you get in return is the same emotional value, in the form of feeling good about yourself, etc. You are not allowed to give because someone needs it. You are not allowed to give because you are ordered to give. Giving needs to be voluntary, volitional, and SELFish. Everything else is an abomination, designed to rule you, to turn you into a sheep, a non-thinking zombie to perform acts for someone else’s benefit, but none for your own. It is against nature and therefore unnatural. [↩]
As I said in a previous article, movies that you have an unusual affinity with are a great indication of some hidden belief that has an effect on your life.
This past year I have been asking and getting guidance. The guidance happens through movies, books, mostly.
I have Netflix. I don’t know what’s fashionable, what’s hip, and that helps. Ego and the collective ego isn’t driving my actions.
This is how this movie “Gloomy Sunday” showed up on my screen. Horrible title, if you ask me! And it’s a Hungarian movie, dubbed in German, with English subtitles. It was a Gloomy Sunday, and I decided to watch it.
Why do I keep saying that affirmations don’t work?
And how about afformations? And how about subliminal suggestions, etc. etc. etc.
If affirmations worked, I would be long a millionaire. And many of the people I know, that are still struggling.
This is what I know about the development of false beliefs… and if my theory is correct, my theory proves my point.
I want to say though, before I start explaining my theory, that I have found a methodology that in the hand of the right practitioner can do miracles.
It is called Theta Healing, and it can eliminate a false belief in about 30 seconds, from the time of pinpointing it. This is what I am using now, both for myself and for my clients. Continue reading “Do affirmations work?”
