Dear Cow letter… I fell in love with A2 milk

Dear Cow,

You've changed a lot over the years ...

I can't tolerate you and you make me sick.

You're just not my type anymore.

Maybe in a few 100 years when your mutated genes get back to the way it used to be

I hate to say this but ...

I found someone else... A2 milk. It doesn't make me diabetic. It doesn't clog my arteries, both in my heart and in my brain. I am not depressed any more...

Regards,

Sophie

Muscle tiredness, muscle ache

A few years ago I started to have pain in my calves. I had a tendency for varicose veins. I inherited that from my mother.

So in these past few years walking has been a painful activity. Then it got worse... and even climbing up from the first floor to the second was a big undertaking.

I started to get curious and ask questions.

I have added Magnesium to my supplements. I have added Rutin, a Bioflavonoid, inespensive and potent. Continue reading "Muscle tiredness, muscle ache"

Macular degeneration? Cataract? Age related loss of sight?

Exercise. ...
Get a good night's sleep. ...

I still wear the same strength of glasses I first received at age 9... and I am 71 years old.

What's the secret? Almost all women I know have had cataract ((A cataract is a clouding of the lens in the eye that affects vision. Most cataracts are related to aging. Cataracts are very common in older people. By age 80, more than half of all Americans either have a cataract or have had cataract surgery. A cataract can occur in either or both eyes.)) removed, macular degeneration ((Macular degeneration, also known as age-related macular degeneration (AMD or ARMD), is a medical condition which may result in blurred or no vision in the center of the visual field. Early on there are often no symptoms. ... It is due to damage to the macula of the retina.)) , and can't read without glasses. I read without glasses...

But recently I have been having difficulty seeing.

This has happened before, and Dr. Christopher's eye formula, of which I made a few gallons(!) a few years ago, to the rescue. Continue reading "Macular degeneration? Cataract? Age related loss of sight?"

Why You Should Soak Your Nuts and Seeds

High in vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats, nuts and seeds are little powerhouses of nutrition. However, nuts and seeds also contain phytic acid and large amounts of enzyme inhibitors which protect them from sprouting until they have the rain and sun they need to grow. And unfortunately, these natural chemicals are quite hard on the stomach.

So, if you’ve ever had tummy trouble after eating nuts and seeds, don’t give up on them yet!
Why You Should Soak Your Nuts and Seeds

In nature, a seed or nut normally gets enough moisture from rain to wash off the acids and enzyme inhibitors so it can germinate and produce a plant. By soaking nuts and seeds before you eat them, you imitate nature by neutralizing these toxic growth inhibitors, releasing the natural enzymes and vitality within them. The fallacy that anything that is Indian is good for you

masala teaI have a new client. 35 year old male from Central Africa.

I suggested that he posts his food diary and mood diary every day, so we can figure out how to get him well.

So far there are intense symptoms of yeast die-off, once we removed sources of sugar and starches.

Going deeper, I found out that the Masala tea he is drinking is regular tea with Indian spices.

One of my friends is an Ayurvedic pulse reader, and as such he recommends spices to his clients.

We may eat a lot of food additives, but most consumers know very little about them. These often misunderstood substances go by unwieldy names like "diacetyl" or "azodicarbonamide." They are in everything from salad dressings to Twinkies. But how many of us actually know what they look like or, more important, what they're doing in our food?
