Energetic liver cleanse or liver flush

liver_cleanse_digestive-systemI believe that energies don't actually heal, even healing energies don't heal.

But they do something that few other modalities do: they restore circulation, gently, without side effects.

Liver congestion, liver malfunctioning, toxic liver, gall stones are all results of blockage in the flow of "stuff" going through the process in the liver to detoxify the body in the process.

And the gently energetic push, the gentle acceleration caused by the introduction of Source energy, this flow is started again, and with repeated application, restored to healthy levels.

In many cases even debris, small stones can be removed by the increased flow caused by Source energy, this happened on many calls.

Find out if you have enough energy to heal... send a donation and ask specifically that question: do I have enough energy to heal?

Fructose: Fructose Intolerance, Fructose Malabsorption and Irritable Bowel Syndrome: are they connected?

irritable bowel syndrome and fructoseIrritable Bowel Syndrome is much like a puzzle. We discover pieces that look like pieces of the puzzle, only to later find out that they were just similar to the real piece...

Fructose malabsorption looks very promising in solving the IBS puzzle.

Fructose is a type of sugar that you can find in most plants. Fructose, the table sugar we know, is a mixture of different sugars, one of them being fructose.

For quite some time the word in the street has been that fructose is good for you, especially to people struggling with their weight, and people with hypoglycemia. New research proves the word in the street wrong: instead of fructose being good for you, it is, by itself, a true poison.

The body doesn't know how to use fructose! The digestive system can't deal with it effectively, when it is by itself, or when the proportion of the fructose is over the proportion of other sugars, like glucose. Instead of it being able to use it as food, it just feeds the bad bacteria and the yeast in our gut, causing horrible symptoms, both inside and outside our gut.

If you have digestive symptoms, like bloating, flatulence, or abdominal pain, it is worth looking at the idea that the fructose in what you it is causing the symptoms.

And if you have depression, mild forms of hallucination, sleeping disorder, confused mind, dyslexia, high blood pressure, headaches, then you may be dealing with the effects of the alcoholic fermentation and its results: leaky gut syndrome, GAPS, and mild alcohol poisoning.

What Is Fructose Malabsorption or Fructose Intolerance?

Bloated, depression, stomach ache, fogginess, is it Fructose Intolerance?

fructose-intoleranceHealing is a lot like picking a lock. Or sometimes it is even as complicated as hacking into the computer of a bank... the variables are many, and you have to hang in with each option long enough to see if it might be taking you to someplace.

I've been sick from the moment I was born. Stomach ache, belly ache, nausea, bloating, pain to the touch, disgust with food, overweight, underweight, these were obviously digestion related.

Depression, light-headedness, fogginess, anger, temper-tantrums, dyslexia, being disturbed, being an outsider, being different... these don't seem to have anything to do with digestion.

I was treated with harsh medications for duodenal ulcers for 25 years. Obviously the treatment didn't work. I had no pylori bacteria, I was just in pain and miserable. No matter what I ate, I had pain from eating. At one point I was 96 lbs, considered anorexic. I just didn't eat: when I didn't eat it didn't hurt.

What is in milk that is addictive for some people? Like me… lol

I have been addicted to milk, sour cream, half and half, all my life.

How do you know that someone is truly addicted?

There are two symptoms:

  1. They can't be satisfied with a normal amount to consume of something they are addicted to. They have to go hog wild, until they can't do more. That describes my relationship to milk to a T.
  2. If they don't have the "stuff" they will go to get some over broken glass... this isn't quite true for me, maybe 40%

In the book I mention in my previous article, I learned that my gut flora changes the protein in milk and milk products to opiates.

To your information: opiates are the addictive ingredients in opium, in heroin, in pain killer that you need a prescription for.

What is Healing?

The portion of the Bible we read this week, Pinchas, contains the energy of healing. And so let's use this week to ask the question: What is healing and how do we go about bringing this energy into our lives?

According to the kabbalists, healing begins when we make the internal changes that the universe asks of us. Whether we realize it or not, every time we perform a negative action, we move ourselves closer to the energy of the Desire to Receive for the Self Alone and death; while every time we perform a positive action of sharing, we move ourselves closer to our soul and life.

Healing happens when we consciously bring ourselves closer to the Light, especially when it's difficult or when we don't want to or when it is easier to fall prey to our negative thoughts.

What do I mean by this? Basically, when we are not at our best—say, when we've gone into bankruptcy or when our best friend has just dumped us—these are the times when we must say to ourselves, "I have certainty that even though I don't have the position I had before or I don't feel as good as I once did, I know that the sun is shining." These are the times when we have to say, "I know with certainty that I am part of the Creator's spirit, and even though He has taken me through this unhappy process, maybe it is to help me jump forward with the Light."

The truth is what most of us are looking for is that inner peace that comes when we can go to sleep at night after saying to ourselves, "I've done what I could today to make myself a better person and the world a better place." However, we do need to realize that all the things that go smoothly in our lives are just stepping stones to take us to another challenge, another level, another platform from which we can grow. Peace is not just the absence of chaos. Absolute peace comes only when we know that we have tried our best to reach our spiritual level. Yes, maybe we have failed, but nevertheless, we tried—and it is the trying that is important.

There are people who take perfect care of themselves physically but still manage to fall ill. Sometimes we can do our best for our body, but if we forget our soul, we will never achieve the growth that brings our body and soul into balance. So how do we get there?

The Mini Energizer

mini-energizerThe mini energizer

Of all the nutrients we take in to keep our well, keep ourselves sharp, and live long, the two most important nutrients are air and water.

I have been concentrating on water, because I have no idea what one could do with the air itself. I know there is less and less oxygen percentage wise in the air we breathe, and I know that there are impurities in the air. I also know that air is a carrier of nourishing thought or destructive thought, but I haven't been able to crack the puzzle how I can influence it.

So I am dealing with water. After all 70% of our body is water, and if there is something wrong with our water, the water we drink, the water we bathe in, then we'll be less than we could be.

Dumber, sluggish, pimply, and maybe even sick. Our hair will lack shine, our eyes will lack a spark, and our mood will be downcast.
