On digestion, bacteria, your stool, and your mental health

I have been experimenting. I have also been muscle testing what supplement to take, for 2-3 weeks now. Before I only muscle tested some minerals but took, every night, the stuff that helps me poop.

To my surprise, the muscle test didn't agree with my habits: Intestinal Formula to move my bowels was needed every other day, and my extra strong probiotics was "yes" every third day, and the day in-between the regular probiotics was "yes". Turns out, the regular probiotics has a different combination of beneficial bacteria.

I am still pooping every day, but the stool is firmer, and there are no recognizable food particles in it.

So, I have come to a conclusion that I'd like to share:

Food gets broken down, digested by bacteria in our intestinal track. But each type of food needs a different type of bacteria.

Ear Mites... be ready to be surprised... you may have them!

A yet unknown use for Hydrogen Peroxide, the one solution miracle

As you may know, occasionally I see clients in my home, if they travel to me, or they live in my city.

Having hands-on experience, being able to touch, watch, see the reaction, palpate, is something that I cannot do on my webinars of phone calls, so I need these to keep myself grounded.

Ten days ago a client came to his first ever visit with me. Barely able to climb the one flight of stairs, really in pain.

I found no obvious reasons why he was so weak and in pain, so I started to muscle test different areas, and I also used the diagnostic energy bundle, three major healing energies, bundled, show the origin of issues, not the effect.

It all centered around his left ear. I took out a magnifying lens, and found coffee grind-like stuff in there.

How do you test if you are fructose intolerant or not?

Just like the test for yeast infection is weird***.

The way to test for fructose is to buy fructose and consume it instead of regular sugar however you normally consume sugar.

Lemonade, your tea/coffee, bake with it, make ice-cream, just make sure you don't use more of it than you would use of regular sugar.

Notes:
  1. *** for yeast infection, the only truthful test is to kill off yeast by restricting all carbohydrate intake for a while... if you respond with intestinal pain, gas, general malaise, then your intestines were full of yeast aka Candida []

Water: does it help or does it hinder your body?

tap_waterWater! 70% of your body is water, and every single chemical process in your body requires water. In your cell and in between the cells.

Clean, well structured, good water. Water that lubricates your joints. Water that dissolves and carries the vitamins and the minerals to where they become life. Water that refreshes you, quenches your thirst, and leaves you with more energy than when you started.

Unfortunately to all of us, this is not the case. The water that is available for us, whether it is through the tap, through a "pristine" mountain stream, in a bottle, is water that doesn't fit to drink.

The minimum energy, the minimum vibration, the minimum "consciousness level" water needs to have is 300. That is what muscle test says the body needs to match itself... for the water to neither add nor take away from its state. On the vibrational scale of consciousness. If its vibration is lower, then it robs your body of energy, and it robs you of your life, of your happiness, of your peace of mind, of your brilliance, of your health.

I have measured the vibration of water from different sources, and this is what I found this morning:

Dr Dougherty's Fructose Intolerance video: fructose the hidden cause of bloating and gas...

fructose intolerance

Dr Dougherty shares her view, as a physician.***

As a healer, patient, and independent thinker, I will go way beyond what she is saying. Maybe doctors can't do it, but as a layperson with deep insights into the way things work, I can detect connections others can't or haven't.

One of these is how the fructose intolerance condition develops.

Notes:
  1. *** When you hear her words, you know she has patients with this set of complaints, and that she knows if what she says works or not. This is vastly different from all the people, all the hundreds of videos, that know nothing, tested nothing, understand nothing, just repeat something politically correct, like crying wolf about the corn industry, etc. Don't misunderstand me, I am not saying you should eat high fructose corn syrup... but that is not THE culprit, there is a cultural/societal/money component that is underneath it, and I think killed both my parents:

That it is animal fat that makes you fat. That it is animal fat that causes heart disease. That it is better to eat fat-free, cook with vegetable oil, and all the other happy horseshit that fed us, my hunch, since the second world war.

As a child fed formula, it was sweetened with sugar, was loaded with other carbs, I was born in 1947, in Hungary: no corn syrup there.

All sugars have fructose in them. All fruits have fructose in them. And it is not human's natural eating to eat sweet stuff. I'll write an article about this taste thing that has been tempered with so we eat what is bad for us. []

Bloated, depression, stomach ache, fogginess, is it Fructose Intolerance?

fructose-intolerancefruits and fructose intoleranceHealing is a lot like picking a lock. Or sometimes it is even as complicated as hacking into the computer of a bank... the variables are many, and you have to hang in with each option long enough to see if it might be taking you to someplace.

I've been sick from the moment I was born. Stomach ache, belly ache, nausea, bloating, pain to the touch, disgust with food, overweight, underweight, these were obviously digestion related.

Depression, light-headedness, fogginess, anger, temper-tantrums, dyslexia, being disturbed, being an outsider, being different... these don't seem to have anything to do with digestion.

I was treated with harsh medications for duodenal ulcers for 25 years. Obviously the treatment didn't work. I had no pylori bacteria, I was just in pain and miserable. No matter what I ate, I had pain from eating. At one point I was 96 lbs, considered anorexic. I just didn't eat: when I didn't eat it didn't hurt.
