I have been writing about methods to raise your vibration: appreciation and gratitude, and now it’s time to write about the easiest method: validation.
To be able to get into the vibration of appreciation (300 on the map of consciousness) or get into the vibration of gratitude (above 300 on the map of consciousness), you would need to be a vibrational match to either, and 99.99% of the population isn’t.
The good news is: the act of validation will temporarily raise your vibration to that same vibrational frequency and that is the vibrational frequency where you can truly activate the Law of Attraction and have your desires be fulfilled. You can start exactly where you are.
If you diligently practice validation, you will be able to keep your vibrational frequency at this high level. You will experience first-hand what having a higher vibration is like: pure bliss. You must have heard that problems with one of the senses are usually compensated for through increased sensitivity of other senses or organs. For example, persons that had lost their hearing may delight in particularly acute eyesight or the sense of smell.
You can hear better in darkness where your eyes are disengaged, or with your eyes closed.
Our mind tells us, even, to hold our breath when we want to feel or hear… big mistake. We spend a lot of our life not breathing.
Now, given that this article is about low self-esteem, let me tackle it for you, and let me combine this topic with another one: self-discipline.
What is the origin of low self-esteem? You will be surprised to find out that the origin of that is not that your dad yelled at you, it is not that your mom called you names.
No, the origin is that you expected yourself to be able to do things well that you weren’t equipped to do well.
Now, I am not saying that your parents weren’t stupid, I think they were stupid of expecting you to do things that you could not do, but their stupidity doesn’t take your self-esteem, it is your mistake that does.

What is your self-worth?
And I don’t mean how much you want to make an hour, a day, a week, or a year. What you want has nothing to do with self-worth!
Self-worth also has nothing to do with what you know, what you can do, what other people think you can do or can’t do. This article is about your relationship with your life. It is fundamental, it is at the root of you never amounting to all you can be, it is at the root of why most people can only evolve a little bit in a lifetime (many go backwards!)
Mastering this area of life is the difference between a winner and a loser, and it is so subtle, that without someone pointing it out to you, you would notice no difference.
Let’s start at the beginning: in life you accomplish some stuff (right?) and don’t accomplish some other stuff. You win some races, and you lose some others.

Success or Failure in life… where do they come from? Do you ever ponder that question? How come some people are successful and others are not, even though seemingly they do the same things?
Consider this: The mind is a pattern creator. It is not interested, fundamentally unconcerned about your thriving or success, it is interested in surviving itself and once survived, staying the same. It creates the beginnings of a pattern every time you survive. And it continues to do so till you die. That’s why behavior scientists say it takes 21 days to change a behavior: a new pattern needs to be created.

What are intrinsic values?
Intrinsic values (I use this as an ethical term) are the many qualities, capacities and feelings one would strive for, although they do not produce or provide anything tangible and fly in the face of self-interest.

How To proactively beat the top regrets of the dying?
Yesterday I gave you an exercise to imagine yourself on your deathbed.
Many people get all emotional about that: so it may not have worked for you. I love that exercise, but here is another exercise:
Imagine that you are on the riverside fishing. You see that the line is tout, the rod is trembling, so you do what fishermen do, and you pull out a fish.
As you take the hook out of the fish’s mouth the fish starts to talk. It says: My good man (or woman, if you are a woman), please release me back into the water and I will reward you handsomely: I will fulfill three wishes for you.

I have read articles about dying and I have read poems written by old-old people expressing their regrets. They are in death’s anteroom, and the view of their life and themselves is special from there: they are to the side and slightly elevated position from where they can both feel and see. Reprogramming Your Mind
Huh? Reprogramming? For what? Why? How?
The biggest issues I encounter in my practice is the monkey mind. The noise. The morass. The voices you heed.
What am I talking about? I am talking about a busy mind, stuck in constant chatter, and unable to concentrate at the task at hand. Even to hear! When you are in this state, if you are like me, you are dreaming of reprogramming your mind.
