I started my journey with the Harmonize your Vibration audio. Then yesterday I noticed that although everything is better, I am still fat.
I decided to give the Self-Discipline audio a try. Then I watched myself stuffing, unconsciously, food into my mouth. I gotcha! I decided to do an intermittent fast diet, where on certain days you only eat dinner only... And although I planned to not eat before 4 pm, and it was tough, I managed to hold off till 2 pm today... about six hours past my regular time I start eating on any given day.
