Humanity can be divided to two groups. The dividing line is the vibration of 200… the level of responsibility and integrity.
Responsibility is a view of life where it is up to you. What? Everything. And when it is up to you, then you are never a victim, although things may happen to you, thing may be done to you, and yet you are not a victim. Because you have something to say in the matter… and you don’t say that you are a victim.

If you want to grow as a person, or grow anything worth growing, you need energy. Lots of it. Continuously.
Physical law says that systems, unless they are very highly organized closed systems, like the brain, will fall apart with time (entropy)… Your life is NOT highly organized, because it is not a closed system. So in order for it to stay organized and effective, it needs a ton of energy to be injected, continually.
Left alone, your life starts falling apart. This is what happens during holidays and vacations.
Injecting energy into your life is going to be a crucial distinction you need to learn.

Success literature, books, articles, movies about success… are they worth following?
Success leaves traces… as in footprints in the sand
If you look at what people did, how they did it, the tracks converge and become the “strait and narrow’, exactly the way Leo Tolstoy says it in the Anna Karenina Principle.
So there is no wonder that I am finding articles nowadays that I could have written myself, if I were a success writer.

You have freedom to create any context you wish. There are only two kinds of contexts:
1. Empowering Context
2. Disempowering Context
Empowering means, simply, that it gives you power to go in the direction you meant to go. It is like the wind behind your back.
Disempowering, as in anything negative, what takes you off your path, hinders you, takes your power away, makes you doubt, etc.
The Anna Karenina principle applies here:
Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.

I just finished reading the book “Diet Cults”.
I mostly hated it, especially when he is elaborating on his non-cult cult’s rules… ugh.
What is most striking in all the diet-cults, to me, is their ignorance of the fact that food, unless it is prepared in a tasty, mouth-watering way, isn’t nourishing for most people.
I had two health calls in the past two days, and both people ate in a cultish way, for health. What they shared are these:
- Their essential nutrients were not fully supplied to the body, even though the foods they ate had them.
- They ate according to someone’s idea of healthy eating.
- Both had a family member with serious health issues.
I came away from both calls with the same feeling: unless I teach them how to cook delicious meals with the few ingredients that agree with them, they will not get better.
And even more important: they won’t get happier.

We want to know what something means, so we can be prepared for the danger or the good fortune that the meaning carries inside it.
But, alas, life is empty and meaningless… intrinsically.

Did you know that if you say: I need healing, what you are saying is that you are sick?
This includes inner healing, faith healing, etc…
And when you start from something wrong… like “I am sick”, you are on your way to create a context that is misery every step of the way.
If I needed to define what negativity is, it’s that “what is is wrong, and it needs to be fixed.”
Yesterday I was leading my Theta State training webinar, and I felt horrible. Partially, because I wasn’t feeling well myself. Partially because my students didn’t feel well. And yet partially because one of my students wrote to me, and I needed to feel their feelings stronger than they felt them… because I am an empath.

If you want the good life, you’ll need to learn some stuff, and unlearn some stuff… but most importantly you’ll have to learn how to and how not to… Remember the how? How you do anything is how you do everything… it is the approach, the attitude, the beingness.
There are a great many ways you can remain unaccomplished, and left behind in life.
Almost as many ways as many people. This is the Anna Karenina Principle.
As with everything, the strait and narrow works.
Most people don’t know that what keeps them off the strait and narrow is ideas they invented, made up, and now consider the truth.
One such idea is that unless you can jump tall buildings in one leap, you should just think about it, grieve about it, and do nothing.

If you go about it the same way you have always gone, you’ll get the same results: not much.
I just got an insight I want to share.
There are all kinds of valid sayings that, as it turns out, only tell half truths.
If you do what you have always done… you’ll get what you have always gotten. Meaning: do something different.
But when you do something different, you get the same dismal result.
So what they are missing is the how.
The how, interestingly, points to your beingness. To your approach, not only to the task, but to life.
Because, please don’t forget, how you do anything is how you do everything.
The how is your approach.

The first phase of raising your vibration is unlearning. Letting go. Getting rid of attachments, the chains that hold you down.
Most people have a few attachments. The ones that don’t have any outside attachments, have the two that everyone has: your dominant belief’s therefore: a behavior or attitude that, like an attachment, ties you to the dominant belief. And your anchor to doom. Your doom is the worst thing you fear. The anchor keeps you swimming around that doom, so the worst thing that your fear defines what you can do, what you can have, who you can be. Horrid.
