I am running, again and again, into the same barrier with every group, with every person, their lack of faith.
This is especially true for people who had a religious upbringing.
Religion teaches you to ask your deity to do things for you… and your deity doesn’t.
Whether there is a deity or not is everybody’s guess… but one thing is for sure: no deity has ever done anything for anyone. no matter what anyone says. So no wonder, all the religious folks with rare exception, are disappointed. They asked and asked, and expected, and got nothing. Continue reading “Do you need faith to have a transformed life?”
I have a next door neighbor who feels miserable most of the time. As an empath I am forced to feel it. No escape. Can’t cloak myself, can’t shield myself.
Yesterday, at 10 am she went into massive fear mode… So I had the idea to test if I can use the Heaven on Earth to ease her distress. I downloaded and pushed Heaven on Earth, the energies, across the two driveways to her, and it eased her misery considerably. To bearable level.
But then, a few hours later, she had a new wave of misery… this time it was anxiety… so I asked Source “what’s wrong with her that she has so many bad feeling for so much of her day?”
I noticed that my question to Source already revealed a “meme”… there must be something wrong with her to feel so bad. Continue reading “What is the keystone that holds together your life? Invisible to you…”
We live as if things never changed. Even though we hear, read, that the only thing that is constant in life is change.
And yet, our minds, the machine-like part of us that cannot learn, won’t learn, and fancies itself YOU… our minds tell us, moment to moment, that life will remain the way it is in that moment.
Is that crazy or what?
- When something bad happens, the reaction is not to the bad thing, but to the idea that the results of the bad thing are life-long.
- When something good happens, the reaction is not to the good thing. It is to the idea, to the notion, to the certainty, that the good thing will last a lifetime.
- When you are well… you are sure you’ll be always well. When you feel sick, you are sure that unless you fix it, you’ll never feel good again. Gloom and doom, or yippee… all is wonderful. The roller coaster, I call it.
So in light of this behavior of the mind: what is the most important skill? Continue reading “What is the most important skill to develop and keep using, daily, if you want to live a life you love?”
All mischief and all power comes from the invisible. Invisible to you, and maybe invisible to society.
It’s not hidden. It is just not obvious to the untrained eyes. What your eyes need is training and guidance.
My methodology, observing life through many distinctions, is a winning one.
It drives up, and makes visible what has thus far been invisible.
Racket, frame, memes, voices, states… the distinctions are all opportunities to see another aspect of the invisible, and gain control over yourself, so you can start moving in the direction of the good life, whatever good life is for you.
For example, your soul correction. It is a distinction to look through and see some formerly invisible stuff. Continue reading “The methodology of making the invisible visible”
I went grocery shopping today on my own. I was carrying some 20 lbs of groceries up the steps to get home.
I ran into Leo, my musician friend. I explained to him that carrying those 20 lbs of groceries illustrated to me what it was like to climb the steps a year ago, when I was about 20 lbs heavier. In 18 months I shed 40 lbs.
He said: Losing 40 pounds is hard work.
I said “no it isn’t…” He wanted to know how, and I told him that is what I get paid the big bucks for. He laughed, but it got me thinking. Continue reading “Reframing: is losing weight hard? is it hard work? or is it something else?”
It’s Saturday. The only reason I know it is Saturday because tomorrow I’ll have the first session of Version 2 of the muscle testing course.
And I am afraid. Normal. Anything new, anything threatening with unexpected unknowns creates fear. Normal.
So I stayed in semi-sleep mode an hour longer than my normal getup time… Looking.
I looked at all the relevant invisible elements of my life, to see where I can influence this fear… and how. Not that fear is bad… but I prefer life with less fear. Continue reading “How to access the invisible so you can have more power in your life?”
This article is about personal evolution… going from where, how, who you are today to a higher level, a higher organization where you can be, have, do more.
It’s November 10, and the ground is covered with snow where I live. My hands are cold, I am contemplating putting on my typing gloves: gloves that the tip of the finger is cut off so I can type.
I started to keep my house cold in the winter a few years ago, but went all hogs with it last winter: my thermostat is set to 47 degrees (9 degrees Celsius) day and night, and I have a heating pad under my desk and a heating pad on the wall about two meters from my right shoulder on the wall in my office. I also have a heating pad in the bathroom that I turn on when I plan to take a shower.
Part One: Knowing yourself is key to being able to change
We all think that we know ourselves… and then when it turns out to be wrong, we are surprised, but unphased in our certainty that we know ourselves.
Why is it nearly impossible to you to know yourself?
Because self-reflection is an intangible, spiritual capacity that can only open up if and when you look at your effect, your reflection, your feedback from the world around you. Continue reading “Why You Keep Signing Your Future Self Up for Stuff You Don’t Actually Want to Do”
If we didn’t have words, we would have no emotions. All emotions come from words… some are yours, some are not…
The Amish Horse Training Method is to be able to hear all the words that create emotions… and hear them in a way, that gives you a choice to honor them or not, depending of the source of the words, the relevance of the words…
The Amish Horse Training Method returns you to the driving seat of your life…
Not surprisingly, for most students the first step towards mastery is mastering their attention. Unless you can control your attention, you are a putz… and are controlled by someone or something, but not you. And for you to be you, you need to call the shot.
The luckier students admit that they have a difficult time sticking with a book… because they can’t pay attention to it, they can’t understand, or they can’t remember what they read. Or the do a narrative, argue with the book, agree, disagree… but have no idea what they actually read. They remember the arguing. In matters of the spirit a little goes a long way.
One of the most puzzling things about Kabbalah has to do with the proportions of worldly to spiritual. It says it is 1%, as opposed to the 99% spiritual. Therefore if you do your job in the 1% reality, then the 99% reality will to its job. It is like putting in $1 to a self improvement fund, and your company would match it with $99. Good deal, isn’t it.
It may be a good deal, but very few do it.
Why? Because your mindset has to be certainty, instead of waiting for it to come, or hoping, or wishing, or at the other extreme, thinking that you can only count on yourself. Or strong desire… or hoping… or “faith”… or praying… or all the happy horseshit gurus teach.
None of those mindsets activate the 99%. Bummer. Continue reading “Learn Kaizen – Tread lightly”
