Depression can be like pessimism, it can be habitual. Habitually depressed. I know it sounds weird, but there is more of that habitual stuff than you would notice.
You KNOW how it is, you KNOW how you are, and any change in that is only possible if you actually LOOK and see how it is, and how you are.
You may have the thousand mile stare. But you never actually LOOK.
You seem to settle into a life KNOWING, as if living in a created little universe, your own, where everything is known. You know how to live depressed… You may complain, but you don’t even entertain the option of looking from outside to see if you are still depressed.
When you live like this, and I think everyone lives like this! then mostly an outside of you energy is needed to kick you in the hind quarters, so you open your eyes, and gasp. WTF?
Like the just born baby who needs a slap on the behind to even consider breathing. Still sure that they don’t have to…
What you are, instead alive, is a walking dead, resigned, and settled for the little that, it seems, life has to offer. To you. You see others, seemingly happy, seemingly alive, and you feel regret, shame, and envy.
Your heart, where rain forests and colorful birds, and life used to live, is devastated. The lush rain forests gone, the birds gone, life: gone.
Your ups and downs are tiny, not like a roller coaster. They are about money, or noise, or that you are fat, or skinny, or that you are aging. Irrelevant circumstances.
Maybe it is about someone being sick, maybe dying… but that is also a circumstance. Storm in a teacup.
This article shows the connection between success, winning in life and the capacity to trust and generosity, the ability to be with win-win. The Selfish Gene prevents learning, prevents success, because the selfish gene is only interested in reproduction success. But luckily (?) both those genes, the gene for trust and the gene for generosity can be turned on. But… from that point on you need to keep them alive…
In the past four months that I have been able to turn on individual capacities for people, I have received no request to turn on trust.
Why is that?
After all people, rightly, asked me for self-trust. But self-trust won’t be enough.
So what can be the current worldview with regards to trust, that trust doesn’t come up as number one to turn on.
Because, whether you know it or not, without trust there is no winning. Without trust there is no flow. Without trust there is no fulfillment.
When I measured some winners in life, for whom it took years to hone their skills with which they won, money, recognition, admiration… trust was there, fully open.
As you probably already know, I use playing Freecell as my laboratory. It is much the way Richard Dawkins, The Selfish Gene author used the computer simulation “Prisoner’s Dilemma”… very enlightening for me.
Attitude is everything. If you take two people with the exact same circumstances, one will thrive, the other will shrink and perish. Attitude is your relationship to things. But not ‘relationship as an outward issue,’ but an internal issue. An attitude is relationship invented and expressed in language. It was invented, chosen, consciously, or unconsciously, in language. Mostly internal language, between you and you… you call them thoughts, but it is really a speaking you did… a decision, a judgment, a conclusion about you, about another, about the world.
There are no good attitudes and bad attitudes, only productive and unproductive attitudes!
“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you… we are in charge of our Attitudes. ? Charles R. Swindoll”
Summary: this article started out to be short and sweet and, because it is so important, became really big. The most important things are said in the footnotes, so don’t miss them. The article reveals what it is you need and probably don’t have, will never have, to become an Expanding Human Being. But it is good to know, at least you will know what you can and what you can’t… and stop deluding yourself, and others.

So I retested her… and here is the original article, I only changed the vibrational numbers.
Raise your Vibration by Connecting to Source Video
For You Everything Is The Same As Everything Else, Except That Not Always
The statement in the title used to be the koan 1 trainers used to scream, whisper, yell, raucously laugh saying… in the Forum, which eventually became the Landmark Forum. 2
Of course it didn’t make any sense, because it doesn’t, no, not really. The moment it makes sense it is a lie. This is the case with every insight: the moment the mind gets hold of it, it turns it into a rule, incorporates into its fix-it paradigm, and there goes the magic of it.
With that said, let me share something that shook me to the core today (I get shaken by insights, that’s how MY machine works… lol)
Whether you know it or not, I have been offering, free, three weekly sessions of a training called “Drill calls.”
Originally these were the “let me check your connection to Source” calls, but I found out that connecting to Source has almost no value unless it comes from a healthy place.
There was no person on those calls that came from a healthy place.
