The idea for the Muse came from Ariel Garten, personal vibration 120, a Canadian entrepreneur... curiously deserving a Wikipedia entry, while Dr. Joel Wallach hasn't. Ugh. Continue reading "Vibrational Review: Muse – the brain sensing headband… a meditation device, Ariel Garten and Jordan Peterson"
Sometimes when you poke around you find stuff you didn't want to find, didn't want to know, you'd rather not know. But if you know it, if you are willing to face it: you have a new lease on life... So read it.
This article will lose a good percentage of my readers, it's so sacra-religious, it's so profoundly upsetting.
I am guided to watch movies, especially hit TV series. It is hard to tell what I am going to see, while I am watching them, hours after hours, on Netflix, but I know how it works, and I know that unless I start to see stuff that my life isn't giving an insight into, I will not be able to distinguish for you all the ways that the enslavement, that caused you to be miserable, does its job.
This article is about the family. It's about how family is used to enslave you.

Exchanging the dollars for pennies...
This is a second article about procrastination and it deals with an aspect of "not doing what you said you'd do" that needs to be talked about: choosing something easy to do instead.
Something that comes easy to you, something that uses up your time, takes away your attention to what you said you wanted to do... and leaves you with no energy, no future, no self, no integrity, and no gusto, no elan, can't find an English word... real pleasure in life.
So, what are the things you do, I do, to avoid growing, to avoid the discomfort of the action that would take us to where we want to be?

But what is love? Love is a state of total acceptance of what is. Not condoning what is, not succumbing to it, just accepting it for what it is. And that love is the keyhole through which you attain happiness.

At first I was surprised. Very few people want to find out what's the truth about them. It was stunning to me, given what I know about life: Unless you know what you are up against you will shoot in the dark when you want to change direction, or results.
But then I looked again.
People don't want to do the work. And they especially don't want to do the work if it means they have to look at their own ugliness.
Don't be mistaken: we are all ugly inside. Ever since Adam and Eve put on the fig leaves as costume, human being are trying to cover up, hide, and pretend that their shadow side doesn't exist. 1
You learn, real fast, if you live in a country where people wear clothes, that being a girl or being a boy is not a physical thing, it's a behavior thing. It's not that you have a different equipment, it is that you are supposed to play with dolls if you are a girl, and you are not allowed to cry if you are a boy.
And those "privates" become much more interesting than dolls or toy soldiers: anything that is not allowed becomes more interesting than what is allowed.
So, if you didn't start earlier, you start building a whole life of secret fascination with your own privates, other children's privates, other people's privates. And depending on your inclination to be obedient and fearful or proper... you will feel horrible about yourself, a fraud, a fake, a bad person.
