18 years ago, as I was coaching someone, it became clear to me that there are this four core invisibles, that are underneath every issue, every distinction, every weird, unethical, unsavory action a human being makes. Continue reading "The four core default contexts… or Why I stopped participating in Landmark Education?"
One night, the Shah dressed up as a peasant to enjoy the evening air undisturbed by his rank, and to wander through the streets of his empire unnoticed. He walked through town and reached the poor section of town. The street was quiet, but suddenly he heard singing from a little cottage. As he peaked through the window he saw a man sitting at a table.
He was amazed that such a poor man would be in such good spirits. He knocked on the door and asked if he would be welcome to join the man as a guest. They ate and drank together. After the meal the Shah asked the man how he earned his living.
"I am a poor Jew, I fix shoes in the street, and with what I earn I sustain myself for that day." answered the man. Continue reading "How to Live More Abundantly… a Jewish Story"
It sounds meager... but it is all I ever wanted... really.
If you have one student who actually does what you teach, you can tell if what you teach works or not. Or tweak what you teach to accommodate the difficulties they experience. And watch if the changes you made will make the results match what you intended to accomplish.
What do the rest of the people do? I mean the students in the same program? I am not sure. Apple polishing? Feeble attempts to fake me?
Humans live this fake, apple polishing lives, thinking that life should respond to their feeble attempts, to their intention, to their desire, or whatever the heck they were taught should change reality to what they want reality to be.
This, humanity, humans, include the millions of writers who dish out advice... Continue reading "The Enchanted Forest, Fairy Tales, and how to start living like a person"
The view is different from the foot of the mountain than from the top
They don't even suspect that there is a different view from different points.
This is why almost every otherwise worthless therapist or coach can cause temporary results... because all they need to learn is to ask you to look a different way, through a different perspective, and voilà... magic happens.
The problem is that when you are left to your own devices, you rarely if ever think to activate the magic. The magic that is magical, but isn't magic.
Things look different from different perspectives, because that is what perspective means. Duh.
And because your life is given by what you see, if you are stuck, which seems to me is always, all you need to do is change the perspective.
I hardly know anyone who volunteers to do that. Continue reading "What you see… is it reality?"
I just watched two episodes of a Korean series where most people were dimwitted.
Dimwitted is just another word for "not smart"... but it is a good word because you can see that something is dimmed... as in "it's dark here... you can't see much".
I like this word because it is more accurate than most. Continue reading "Why you can’t tell if somebody is smart or not… Because in the dark all cats are gray"
I am interested in talking to the second group, the tiny group.
You see, knowing that you should become worth a damn is nice and dandy... but knowing with pinpoint accuracy where you aren't... what it is that you need to do next to increase your worth a damn factor is crucial.
Life is holographic. Maybe it is the Universe... but who am I to just repeat something I heard... I don't know about the Universe. But I do know about Life. Continue reading "Pinpoint accuracy or shotgun method?"
She was discussing her marketing to sell her almost a thousand dollar course on clearing negative energy.
I have to admit that I have never sold a course for that much money. Never even thought I could. Never even thought it would be fair...
I spent the day after that call not wanting to do anything. Not even walk... lol. That is so rare, it is worth mentioning.
I slept well, I am taping my mouth shut again and I sleep a lot better.
I woke up somewhat revitalized and invigorated... = revigorated.
What do I mean revigorated?
Your first sign of getting dead is having less or no question. Continue reading "What is the negative energy you are trying to eliminate? The energy that blocks you?"
- Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else’s opinions. Their lives a mimicry. Their passions a quotation. ~ Oscar Wilde
- Two possibilities exist: Either we are alone in the universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying. ~ Arthur C. Clark

Remember, when life isn't working as you expected, there is something that you didn't know... and it is always in the invisible realm of reality... And so is with this one.
As I said before, ess, evolutionary stable strategy, is where humanity finds itself, where you personally find yourself, and when you muscle test anything, it is ess, aka the selfish gene is what answers your question... unless you muscletest while connected to a higher-than-the-genes consciousness.
OK, that was quite a mouthful. Sorry about that...
Wherever you are in life, in any area of your life, you are in ess. In ess your actions, your ideas, your advisement will come from a "source" that wants to maintain that ess... If you are fat... then maintain being fat. If you are inactive, then maintain inactivity. If you are always engaging in bombastic dreams, then maintain that... engaging in bombastic dreams.
If you act in life like you already know what you need to know, then ess wants to maintain that. If you read, then maintain reading, if you don't, then maintain not reading. Continue reading "Success secret: experimentation"
Many people use one word for many different things...
I have this "friend" who climbs the same steps I climb, except that he climbs it seven times each time, I climb it once or twice. He is a little younger than me.
I am fond of him: he is one of the handful of people I regularly talk to, eye to eye.
I often walk with him as he walks home: I guess I am hungry for human companionship: 10-20 minutes at a clip. Continue reading "Opinion? How should you hear what someone says?"
