Growth, change is an epigenetic shift… The first phase is plugging the leaks

Genetics is hardware. Epigenetics is software. Loosely speaking.

Capacities, in the DNA, can be expressed, switched on or switched off.

When you change, you do more than just surface changes: in effect you change how the DNA, capacities, etc. get switched on or switched off... you are creating epigenetic changes. And not just physical, the aspect "science" is talking about, but the whole person. Not just fat/skinny health conscious, life-unconscious aspect... but really the whole intelligent person who you are or... ahem... not.

The first phase of growth is to plug the leaks of energy, life force, glycogen, time, working memory... eliminate the mistakes, sloppiness, etc.

I am currently working on changing my sleep schedule, to get up around five... So that I can get more done before I have to talk to anyone, or have anyone around with strong emotions, hijacking my attention. I have the ascension process… it’s ready… but… can you do it?

I woke up with a question this morning:

Have I succeeded to create a system that can put a human onto the path of becoming a human being?

The answer was "yes but". And the proverbial search for the needle in the haystack began.

It's a lot like the hot/cold game we played when we were kids combined with the game where you could ask questions that the answer was yes/no/bad question

I am quite good at those games.

It's a capacity that's missing... but it's a capacity you need to turn on.

It's the capacity of understanding, comprehension of words.

And unless you read and read a lot, your comprehension is insufficient to understand clearly what you are supposed to understand so you can do the things it takes to turn yourself a higher level being... to cause an epigenetic shift. 1

I cannot do it for you. But YOU can do it for you... 2 Continue reading "I have the ascension process… it’s ready… but… can you do it?"

Reframing: is losing weight hard? is it hard work? or is it something else?

I went grocery shopping today on my own. I was carrying some 20 lbs of groceries up the steps to get home. 1

I ran into Leo, my musician friend. I explained to him that carrying those 20 lbs of groceries illustrated to me what it was like to climb the steps a year ago, when I was about 20 lbs heavier. In 18 months I shed 40 lbs.

He said: Losing 40 pounds is hard work.

I said "no it isn't..." He wanted to know how, and I told him that is what I get paid the big bucks for. He laughed, but it got me thinking. Continue reading "Reframing: is losing weight hard? is it hard work? or is it something else?"

Reframing… Label of ethnicity or cultural origin

One of the things that came up in the Muscle Testing Course is ethnicity. 1

This article is not political. It won't even address your fear of different people... different from you. It only talks about this frame or the lack of it, that cost you your own personhood... you'll see what I mean later in this article.

I teach you how to free yourself up to become all you can become, and raise your vibration. Your political beliefs are of no concern to me. Whether I step on toes in the process... not skin of my back. Being politically incorrect is my job. Because politically correct has reduced us to labels, sheep, barely people at all.
