How to keep your vibration high at Christmas?

I am sitting at my computer, observing the emails I get, observing people’s behavior.

It seems that the (Christian) world is disappearing into two main fantasy lands, two main unrealities: Christmas, and making cash infusion into their lives.

All horizontal plane, all hurry, all puppets on a string. All based on the unreality of lack. (I will write about this lack issue in another article… it’s important, so I may even email you to let you know…)

Your life is dominated by the separation of the two selves: the higher self is sent into its room for these last days of the year, and the lower self is throwing its weight around. Continue reading “How to keep your vibration high at Christmas?”

Returning to the fork in the road where you took a wrong turn

If you find yourself on the wrong road… trace your way back to where you went astray… and choose a different road.

Why? Because trying to go across to where you really wanted to go, without going back,  is fraught with death traps.

Humanity, some seven thousand years ago, took a wrong turn. In just a few words: they started to replace reality with word pictures in the mind. Concepts.

This took us to where we are now: not a pretty place. Any and every human is afflicted: no one is exempt.

An “avatar’s” job is to take you backwards so you can find your way from there… They have to have earned the right… by going back personally, backtracking themselves.

You are eating the right foods and yet you are not getting better? Are you eating the right way?

hunger is not the same as appetiteBefore I continue… please know that what the internet says about appetite vs. hunger is not true… what I say here, on the other hand, is true and tried. There must be money in saying the opposite… And you are the sucker.

I am still experimenting. On myself, and often with clients… with their permission.

And I am still getting people asking what is the single most important thing they can do for their health…

I have come to realize that from health’s point of view your digestion is the main concern. You take care of it: you get better. You don’t… you ask me what you should do… lol.

From overall energy, your mental health, your coherence, of course it is still your cell hydration, but from your health’s point of view: whether you digest the food you eat or not is the biggest factor in your well-being.
