Dr Wallach says: what you don’t put in your mouth is more important to your well-being, than what you do put in your mouth.
An article I just looked at says: what you don’t do is more important to your productivity, money, well-being, than what you do…
It makes no sense… after all yes should be more important, but it isn’t.
Let’s see how it works in the area of health:
You get up. You eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, some snacks. At the end of the day you consumed about 25% of your daily essential nutrients. The food can be organic, expensive, and yet…

I see the so-called distance healers the same as the people who use coat hangers to perform an abortion. They may kill the child, they may kill both.
They pretend to be on your side, but really they are all about “desire to receive for the self alone”.
Distance healers leave their “channel” in you… like coat hanger abortioners leave the dirt and pathogens in you. And then you are on your own… suddenly not well. Suddenly carrying the proof of their guilt.
I was directly attacked by a “distance healer” today. They aimed at my tangerine spot but they don’t know where it is, so they missed it by about an inch. I pulled the attachment right away, but the skull where the attachment hit is now sore. Very sore.

Can context be cause?
Note: I wrote this article three years ago, but it is as timely as ever… It moved me then, and it moves me today… Enjoy!
This question doesn’t sound like it could make much sense, does it? But when you find out what it means, you’ll be thrilled to know that it is the panacea, the cure for most of what ails us.
By the way, Nature’s fundamental law is: Like causes cause like effects. If something you consider “cause” doesn’t work reliably, it is not a cause, it’s an effect. Like prayer, like certain remedies, like the “Law” of attraction, like thinking positively, like placebo…
The Second Phase Activators Course just finished on Sunday, and I am working on the next course. Making decisions, creating some new stuff. And a big change: I will not allow everyone to sign up, just because they want to be in it.
There are some current students who, because of their attitude, lag behind. This creates tension in the group: I spend more time trying to unstuck the unwilling or lazy ones than actually teaching stuff. (The main unwilling attitudes ‘it’s good enough for me the way it is,’ ‘why rock the boat,’ or belligerence or even hostility/resistance are the attitudes I have been experiencing and won’t tolerate in my next courses.
These people also don’t have a big enough desire to change or even to experiment, and change and experimenting are mandatory if you want to create a shift in your life to the better.)
I also needed to create changes in MY attitude to be able to believe that I can pick and choose who I want to teach. That is a long shot from where I started: accepting anyone who was willing.

Can you be with it? Can you have that thing there, threatening as it might be, and just be? And observe? And do nothing? None of your buttons pushed, none of your usual anger, or whatever… just silence, just peace, just emergence?
It is the most evolved state. It looks similar to ignorance… like all of Germany ignoring, turning a blind eye to the genocide of undesirables, of which Jews were just one group. Homosexuals, gypsies, communists, intellectuals that didn’t cooperate…
Ignorance comes from not caring. Ignorance is an animal state. It is the ultimate “desire-for-the-self-alone” because if you didn’t see it you don’t have to do anything, you don’t have to feel anything, including fear, oneness, you can just continue being sheep.

In one of the posts from last week I asked people to put in the comment box the three characteristics they are most proud of having.
One of them, persistent shows up repeatedly. Yet, the people that are persistent are not successful, not by a long shot. Why? After all it seems like a desirable characteristic, doesn’t it?
I’ll show it through falling asleep and maybe other examples, haven’t decided yet.
Imagine the scenario, night after night you have a difficult time falling asleep, or maybe going back to sleep after you woke up in the middle of the night.
Night after night you have the same thing: you are tired in the day, need coffee to keep you going, and in spite of the deadly tiredness, you have a hard time falling asleep.
