I have been toying, playing with the idea of teaching the Effortless Abundance Course...

What has been blocking me is the kinds of people who want it.

You see effortless is a lie... although efforting, per se, 1 is unnecessary.

Efforting is a concept. But doing things, learning things, unlearning things, is sometimes hard work. And for most people, who are attracted to the Effortless Abundance idea, work is a dirty word. Continue reading "I have been toying with the idea of teaching the Effortless Abundance Course…"

Getting to the bottom of the iceberg… It is like the One Ring that controls all

I had an impromptu (unplanned) conversation with a long time client yesterday. Unfortunately my recorder decided to run out of battery... so I didn't record it.

This woman is one example of the perfect client for me.

So what is a perfect client? A perfect client is one who is able and willing to do what they need to do to fulfill on my promise to them.

"My aim is to take you to a place where you are able to be well and stay well, make money and keep on making money, and feel good about yourself and keep feeling good about yourself"

Joel Salatin said: "I don't mind carrying a man, but I don't want them dragging their feet!"

I make decisions really slowly. One may even accuse me of procrastination…

slow decisions vs fast decisionsLet me correct that: I consider most decisions I make a test. Experiment. Rough draft. 1

Huh?

Yeah, I thought so. I thought it will sound foreign... But you will learn something, through this article, that is not common knowledge... and it is even new to me!

Decisions are an expensive activity for the brain. Any choice is. Important choices and unimportant choices equally use up a renewable resource, for ease of language, I'll call glycogen, although it may not be that.

You wake up with more of that glycogen... it replenished itself during the night... If your sleep is restless, then you won't have your full stores of glycogen: ever since that nurse moved to the next house, my sleep is restless. Even with the audios... Mind you, I have tried to sleep without the audio, and slept a total of 58 minutes that night. With the audio I wake up a few times, and dream or solve puzzles, or write articles in my mind, but I sleep and wake up rested. So...

And yet, I have less glycogen than if I slept through the night without working in my sleep...

But I digress... What I really want to teach you is... Continue reading "I make decisions really slowly. One may even accuse me of procrastination…"

Why only 1~2% of participants produce results in a course? Any course… And why you are not among them?

It's Sunday. I hung up my Sunday Rants call 90 minutes ago. I spent these 90 minutes watching marketing sales videos... as I would like to get better at marketing.

And it suddenly hit me... It hit me why no course, no program, no video course, audio course or group coaching can get much result, my program or others'.

I remember a few years ago when famed marketers, like Frank Kern, approached Tony Robbins to get some coaching on how to make people actually achieve the results they promised them in their sales letters. The meager results were bothering them. No matter how good, how detailed the course was, how much handholding they gave, only a fragment of the participants produced results. When it comes to your life, Are you a race car driver or…

race car driverWhen it comes to your life, Are you a race car driver or a hop-into-the car grocery shopper
Said in another way: If Your Life Were A Car, Who Is Driving Your Life?

This article is about your relationship with your life. It is fundamental, it is at the root of you never amounting to all you can be, it is at the root of why most people can only evolve a little bit in a lifetime (many go backwards!)

Mastering this area of life is the difference between a winner and a loser, and it is so subtle, that without someone pointing it out to you, you would notice no difference.

Let's start at the beginning: in life you accomplish some stuff (right?) and don't accomplish some other stuff. You win some races, and you lose some others.

Let's call all the stuff that you get done an accomplishment, and all the stuff that you don't (but would like to have done) stuff that you don't accomplish. OK? Continue reading "When it comes to your life, Are you a race car driver or…"

Context, Mindset, Backdrop… why should you care?

Context, Mindset, Backdrop... why should you care?

This is going to be a mind-bender, and at the end of it you'll come up a lot smarter, and with a lot more power over your life... interested?

It is all about mindset! Context is decisive... and what the heck is a backdrop?

Let's start with backdrop. Why? Because it's the easiest to see what's going on.

I say that the backdrop is more important than what happens in the foreground.

  • Someone says something to you and you are hurt.
  • Your boss assigns someone else to an important assignment.
  • Your experiment at making money with your first product is a flop.
  • You continually have trouble and emergency in your life.

The above statements are the foreground.

Depending on your mental attitude (mindset) you say it's bad, or it's good, or you have no opinion.

So far so good... are you still with me? Good. Continue reading "Context, Mindset, Backdrop… why should you care?"
