I am reading this guy's book. I say "this guy" because I don't want you to read it. I want you to read my blog...
In a lot of ways he and I teach the same things, even though we use different words. He uses words from psychology and woowoo science... I use words like Amish Horse Training Method, Memes, Marker Feelings.
He is a money/marketing man. His vibration is 200, his accurate vocabulary is 600.
I have at least 2-3 conversations each day that are so profound they should be made public. Sometimes i do...
Here is one from today:
Him: Wow. I realized on yesterday’s call that there are memes and voices when I am on the call and they are disturbing me to get things more than I am doing. Or disturbing me to look, think and not going to the head. These voices are fear based. “What if I say something wrong, what if I can’t do what she says etc.” It went better yesterday because I was conscious of them and could decide to just let them be noises and have my attention on what you were saying instead.
Me: yes. it is the biggest reason people don’t do well. good catch. thank you for sharing.
I have one meme still very alive… “It is too hard!” lol
and another one, a little bit less “It is hopeless!”
If we didn't have words, we would have no emotions. All emotions come from words... some are yours, some are not...
The Amish Horse Training Method is to be able to hear all the words that create emotions... and hear them in a way, that gives you a choice to honor them or not, depending of the source of the words, the relevance of the words...
The Amish Horse Training Method returns you to the driving seat of your life...
Not surprisingly, for most students the first step towards mastery is mastering their attention. Unless you can control your attention, you are a putz... and are controlled by someone or something, but not you. And for you to be you, you need to call the shot.
Your tendency is to remember the story. Not what happened but your story. And to tell the story in a predictable manner... always the same way, always showing you in the same role, the same exact way.
A story is a narrative of reality. It talks from one particular vantage point, and therefore it is distorted. Always. Inherently so.
Your tendency is to remember the story in a way that agrees with your soul correction.
Soul correction, it could be said, is this slant of reality that lets you get away with murder, lies, laziness, blaming, simply said: being less than giving your best.
My story can be summed up with three elements: a hero succeeding in the face of incredible odds, and also complaining: "no matter what I do... I can't this or that". And the third: I don't know if I can trust myself.
Almost succeeding, but never doing things long enough, hard enough, to actually succeed. Why? Because it would kill the story.
Note: body type is not the same as your state. You can be any body type and still have deranged Vata... the first topic of this article...
Ignorance in looking at all aspects of your body and your food can result in unexpected consequences: bad, disturbed sleep, anxiety, tiredness, dry mouth, dry eyes, and unjustified hunger-like feelings around your diaphragm... a horizontal muscle just above your stomach.
Irregular digestion, gas, constipation, intestinal cramps, poor assimilation and fatigue.
Upsetting the apple cart... the standing order of things. In your case: what you can and can't do, have and feel. The misery, the pretense, the must, and the ought to... This is what today's article is about.
Can you feel the ego squirming? Good... keep one eye on the ego... Please.
I have just started to read the first book Tai Lopez has on his 100 book recommended list.
This one is right up my alley, because it is about the genes and their role in the evolution.
If you imagine the DNA as a 300 page book, a gene is a few lines in it.
But those few lines make you behave differently than if you didn't have them.
