Spirituality uses different tools than the mind, the world

approximationSpirituality, finding your way, finding your self, the path to living a life worth living use different tools from science, schools, the mind, and ordinary thinking.

Not just different tools, but tools used differently.

If you haven’t found what you are seeking… if your seeking has taken you on a wild goose chase only to find nothing of value for yourself… then you owe it to yourself to learn to use the tools and to use them in new ways.

Your two brains… trying to be a creator with the first?

kelli-in-the-rawYesterday I got a request to review Kelli in the raw (Kelli Coffee Sessions – Kelli In The Raw TV)

She is quite charismatic, and looks and acts different than most of the people who are duping people. I went and experienced one of her youtube sessions… an “activation” session.

She generates and moves energy around with her hands, and talks. The energies felt very strong, very unpleasant, in the upper chest and the throat (greed). Continue reading “Your two brains… trying to be a creator with the first?”

That which does not kill us, makes us stronger

strongA few years ago I lost my sense of smell.

Then I changed my diet and the sense of smell came back.

Surprisingly I often smell things that didn’t seem to be there… Bringing up memories of the times I smelled the same… good smell, bad smell, neutral smell.

It’s hot here, unseasonably hot, and to accommodate it I am taking cold showers and I am eating differently.

Does declaring a possibility turn a capacity on?

possibility-of-being-lovingPossibilities in Landmark Education equal DNA capacities… but does declaring a possibility turn a capacity on?

The Landmark Education shortcut that doesn’t work:
“the possibility I declare for myself and my life”
“the possibility I invent for myself and my life”

the words that follow are: the possibility of being prosperous, happy, powerful, free, happy, passionately happy, blah blah blah… inspiring for a moment. A moment. Not even a day. I checked google and a grand total of 4 pages had the exact words… don’t you think it’s telling? I do… Continue reading “Does declaring a possibility turn a capacity on?”

Courage: a paradigm away

nietzsche-quote-paradigmsI had an interesting insight yesterday: you don’t know what it feels like to have courage available to you.

When you apply courage, it just feels like you are doing what you are doing, what you were afraid of. Normal.

Which indicates to me, that courage is a paradigm-shifter.

Paradigm is like a glass ceiling. A one-side mirror. When you are in a higher paradigm, you can see what is below you, but if you are still in a lower paradigm, you cannot see what’s above. In fact you don’t know there is something, anything.

truman show comparison with JesusIn The Truman Show, Truman didn’t know there is a whole world outside of what he knew… He had to get to a point where he suspected, and then where he walked through that door. So it is a process in a way… not a moment.

So, like with everything, there is a period of getting ready.

The anatomy of missing the mark aka sinning

Target-371x250

    1. Have you been wondering why public services and big companies employ semi-morons for customer service? I am wondering. I think to mention this, given how many times it has happened in the past week.

Not every customer service person acts stupid, only most of them.

So what is their stupidity about? They only hear what they know. The filter of their mind screens out everything that is not the three-four basic issues: refund request, payment plan request, return request… you know the kind most people will have.

For every issue outside of the ones that the solution is standardized, the customer rep can’t hear…

The mind did not allow the person to interact with reality, only with what’s in the mind.

Updated: The 3-headed hydra attachment and the “thing” hanging over my head

the 3-headed hydra attachmentI had a remarkable learning experience today

It being Tuesday, I went to my chiropractor, like I have for the past 30 years.

I was out of whack… limping, wheezing, hurting.

There was hardly any misalignment physically, but energetically I was a mess.

It was all the aftermath of my encounter yesterday with the “3-headed hydra…” my name for what happened.

I wrote to a client: Grow Some Balls! Man up!

feminine skills for menIt’s Sunday, and as usual, I had a profound conversation with my friend. We missed one Sunday in this past eight years, I think.

I had more insights than in a normal month… and here are a few:

1. We are bred to become soft.

The question you’d ask if you wanted to know if they succeeded with you is this: Can you take it? Can you take hard, long, exhausting, painful, cruel, murderous.

If the answer is no, or “yes, but I don’t want to” then they succeeded.

When things don’t go your way, when things are not fast enough for your taste, when someone is not kind and encouraging, when something doesn’t taste, sound, feel good the first time, when something takes consistency and consistent effort to reach… then you’ll quit.

Updated: The attitudes of Poverty vs. Affluence…

2013-Manifesto1This article slipped by a lot of people. And today where I keep talking about the small actions that cause and then cement your epigenetic shift, this article is more important than it was a year ago when I first wrote it. Onto the article…

… in Neal Stephenson’s novel ‘Reamde’ he remarks that affluent parts of all cities are similar, but poor parts of cities are miserable in their own way.

What causes success, and what causes failure? Or we could say, what causes affluence, and what perpetuates poverty?

It’s habits. It’s the thing you do (or not do), day in and day out. The things you take care of and the things you don’t.

But if you look, a habit you see are only the tip of the iceberg… maintaining it, keeping it permanently, unchangeably in place.

For the “other” you are the enemy

do you think this is a game?Do you think this is a game?!

In the past five months I have taken all my senses, all my capacities inward, and to sensing and feeling.

The brain plasticity allows you to re-organize what you use to get valid information about your world, and I moved all my available capacities to inner and outer sensation.

You, on the other hand, have moved all your available capacities to the mind, where it intermingles with untruth… but this article is not about that.

Anyway, this morning I was paying attention to the dynamic between the world and me… to the attitudes and feelings of critters around, small and big, and I saw something that shook me up a bit.
