Validation: The Easiest And Fastest Way To Raise Your Vibration. Even If Your Current Vibration Is Low, It Works. Guaranteed!

I have been writing about methods to raise your vibration: appreciation and gratitude, and now it's time to write about the easiest method: validation.

To be able to get into the vibration of appreciation (300 on the map of consciousness) or get into the vibration of gratitude (above 300 on the map of consciousness), you would need to be a vibrational match to either, and 99.99% of the population isn't.

The good news is: the act of validation will temporarily raise your vibration to that same vibrational frequency and that is the vibrational frequency where you can truly activate the Law of Attraction and have your desires be fulfilled. You can start exactly where you are.

If you diligently practice validation, you will be able to keep your vibrational frequency at this high level. You will experience first-hand what having a higher vibration is like: pure bliss. Intrinsic Values and Your Vibrational Frequency

intrinsic values are like a diamond's facetsIn the All-That-Is vibration, which is the highest accessible to human beings, you'll find all the intrinsic values, just like in a perfectly polished diamond, all facets of the diamond reflect the perfection of the whole.

What can raise your vibration? The mirror effect

In this article, we'll need to distinguish three things:

1. what are intrinsic values
2. what you complain about others shows something fundamental about you
3. what you are, you attract

What are intrinsic values?

Intrinsic values (I use this as an ethical term) are the many qualities, capacities and feelings one would strive for, although they do not produce or provide anything tangible and fly in the face of self-interest.

Do You Feel Stuck?

Do you feel stuck? Are you trying to do everything but you still are stuck at the miserable place instead of where you are your best?

If so, you are not alone.

One of my clients used to be in constant survival.

He could see that he wasn't doing what he really wanted to do with his life.

He knew he loved to learn. He knew he loved to be in conversations about deep issues where he could distinguish, for himself and another what they were looking at, deeply, precisely and in a way that it altered life. He loved that.

And he loved teaching.

Stuck in a rut? Would you like to find your way out?

First off: You are not alone.

My coaches, mentors, teachers, friends, and clients are stuck too, from time to time.

Take one of my teachers: she has been dealing with some downward spirals, that completely felt as something that has no solution.

Their expensive, and almost brand new RV suddenly needed major repair, and the funds weren't there.

To add insult to injury, there started to be some legal issues, then health issues... so it looked bleak, and devastating.

In our conversation I went through a series of tools I have in my tool-box... and when I got to the question: do you know the 9-dot exercise, the light bulb went off for my teacher, and she came up with a solution that, if not solved it, made the situation bearable.
