Procrastination is only the tip of the iceberg of a life that is not going anywhere

fear or action, that is the questionOne of the behaviors that can be observed with people who procrastinate is that they are also reactive… not proactive.1

I will talk about that in another article… but for now I am more interested in another one of the “hidden in plain sight” hidden dynamics is: where, on what you are focusing.

Duality is firmly present, omnipresent, in reality where it concerns you. You either do one thing or another. Even when seemingly you are doing both… because you can only do one thing at a time. Because your attention is like a vector, it can be placed on one thing at a time.

You can either be defensive or offensive.

And you are, in your behavior either one or the other… And your mood, your life experience, your results follow as surely as night follows day.

It is also follows, that you either live out of fear or out of adventure.

And this is the point of this article.

What triggered is this sequence of sentence from How Rich People Think: Continue reading “Procrastination is only the tip of the iceberg of a life that is not going anywhere”

What does positive thinking have to do with learned helplessness? what does belief have to do with it?

Why do I fight positive thinking, why am I trashing it?

This morning I got to a realization: the students that are not making strides, not moving higher on the evolutionary scale are the students that are confusing “there is nothing wrong in reality” with positive thinking.

Positive thinking says: avoid negativity. Turn your back to it. Make up something nice to say about things you don’t like, don’t want.

The French has a saying: The more things change the more things remain the same.

This is a principle: true in every area of life. Continue reading “What does positive thinking have to do with learned helplessness? what does belief have to do with it?”

Immersion learning, Holographic reading: the secret of billionaires…

Holographic learning: the only way to human being level

I am reading a book I don’t like. I was told by Source to read it… and I think I found the one sentence (so far) in the 700 page book that I needed to read. One sentence…

Reading, when it creates a world, a rich world to live in, to accomplish in, is holographic. Each book sharpens some area, fills in the missing or fuzzy details.

This one sentence has been that kind of a sentence. It was like a Flash of lightening. Continue reading “Immersion learning, Holographic reading: the secret of billionaires…”

Your vocabulary number is a predictor of your abundance… or scarcity

This post, this audio is a little on the choppy side, because you are witnessing me entering the invisible and making new connections, connecting some dots. Brilliant if I may say so myself… 🙂

Transcript:

Okay. alright, it’s Saturday. I just finished listening to today’s installment of the 5-Minute Mentor Series. This is one of the things I signed up to carry my consciousness around 360 degrees, and alter, with the help of consciousness, what it is that I do about my finances.

Why do I trust it? Because it’s done by the same person as the 67 Steps. The 67 Steps, whether it’s good or bad, it has revolutionized my life. I did all 67 for eight times. I have been doing it since February, two and a half years ago. Because of some slight lifestyle changes, I now prefer to do the five minute a day version.

So in today’s installment, Tai talks about how to pick, or unpick people we associate with. His filter is, are these people going to abuse us, use us, take advantage of us, cheat us, or not? It’s a great way to look at people. Continue reading “Your vocabulary number is a predictor of your abundance… or scarcity”

Going from scarcity to abundance, from stingy to generous, from withholding to surrender

Generosity, choosing, gratitude

Generosity was one of the distinctions I spent years researching and trying to BE…

It is a tricky way to be, the full meaning of generosity, because almost no one ever is really generous.

We normally equate giving with generosity. Some give stuff, others give praise, some give of themselves.

Most generosity makes the recipient suspicious: what is the ulterior motive?

And rightly so: culturally, human culture, I mean, generosity doesn’t make sense… only trade does. “I give you this, so you’ll give me that.”

And yet, there are a very few people who are actually generous, and they are happy. WTF, right?

Here is another important question: just like with love, whose experience matters, the giver or the receiver? Continue reading “Generosity, choosing, gratitude”

We all have multiple personalities… How does your delusional self impact your life?

We all have at least two distinct and recognizable selves that we switch back and forth between.

In this article we’ll look at intelligence, but we could also look at the character, the attitude, the moral fortitude of the selves… but because I look at the world through the frame of smart and stupid, and only secondarily through loyal/disloyal, I’ll write this article on the intelligence level of your two selves.

Now, let me start with a statement: there is nothing wrong with being stupid. As long as you know and embrace that you are stupid. Continue reading “We all have multiple personalities… How does your delusional self impact your life?”

The Christmas season water story… standing on one foot…

I live in Syracuse, NY. The city is one hour south of Canada. The energy came from the North Pole… or the Arctic Circle? Swept through Canada… and came as far as Syracuse, for sure.

Over the 12 days leading up to Christmas and up till this morning the water energizing method didn’t work. Or more precisely said: the water lost its coherence faster than the energizer could energize… and therefore the people who were drinking the water lost their cell hydration. Me included.

My cell hydration dropped from 70% to 7%.

I hadn’t experienced that, first hand, for a few years now. I saw and felt it from others. But not on myself.

When your cell hydration is low, it is like you are living your life standing and hobbling along on one foot. The slightest force topple you over… or threatens to topple you over. Continue reading “The Christmas season water story… standing on one foot…”

How true is your truth? Do your teachers have theory induced blindness… the world is still flat where human behavior is concerned?

This article is about the inner workings of a human… that if you get it wrong, the price you pay for the error is your life.

Is a human like a assembled faucet? When it drips you have to replace the whole thing?

I energize my water in a 5 gallon (20 liter) plastic containers with a spigot.

The spigot is replaceable, but I am not strong enough to unscrew it. I have the replacement spigot… I bought it a year ago, but is still sitting on my kitchen counter. I still need to be mindful that the old spigot, which is just another word for water tap… still drips. Continue reading “How true is your truth? Scarcity, abundance… big words… again. What are they, and how can you get into abundance?

Both are context words. Neither talks about the stuff that is inside the context… inside the wrapper. The wrapper tells you how to look at the content.

It has nothing to do with the stuff, or the quantity of it. It can be great, it can be plenty… the context, scarcity or abundance will tell you what to feel, what to think, what to do.

Why? Because context is decisive.

You can have plenty inside the context of scarcity, and feel that you don’t have enough. Enough time, enough stuff, enough happiness, enough whatever… Continue reading “Scarcity, abundance… big words… again. What are they, and how can you get into abundance?”
