I am doing a business project with my brand spanking new coach... and...
As it was predictable, this is my fourth day only, I already got to a place, where fear is coming up.
I am glad, because I am so rarely afraid. This will give me an opportunity to notice something Tree of Life for my scaredy cat clients and students.
So I am afraid. IT, the voice, is whispering sweet nothings into my ear, lol. "It's not important." "You are already fine." "What if you lose all the money you've made?" "he doesn't know..."

I am an introvert.
I don't know what that means... but I know that I talk to people a lot... in my head. I have long conversations with them.
So when I find out that they don't know about it: I am surprised.
It is nearly impossible to have an authentic conversation with someone after I already had the same conversation WITH THEM in my head.
So many things never get said.

The second part of the title, "except that not always" is doesn't apply for at least 10% of you: you won't even see the difference when I point it out.
The most frustrating thing is, that you are sure you are saying or understanding the right words... but you don't. And you blame it on the speaker saying that what they said doesn't work.
How do I know?
For most people, who become a student in my programs, this is the first hurdle to pass.
You come into my program with a 300 accurate vocabulary, and you only hear the words you think you know what they mean, but that is not what I said.
I only find out what you heard when you tell me my words back to me... wrong. inaccurate. different words. Different meaning. Or Tai's words, if you are in the 67 steps coaching...

I have said, in another article, that what is "normal" for a vehicle for the selfish gene (a human), is to move to and then stay in an ess.
Evolutionary stable strategy. Where life works relatively smoothly.
If you listen to the genes, you'll live that way, you live in an ess.
Your job, your family, your health, your thinking are all in an ess... You don't grow, you survive. You get up in the morning because you didn't die the night before. It is probably boring, and you are probably sick, dumb, and poor. Or maybe not. It pretty much depends on what you start with.
That is how most people live, and it has a pull that is very strong.
You don't rock the boat. You make do. You may do stupid things, and they likely take you downwards, towards gravity.
Now, it is obvious that this is not the path of creating epigenetic shifts toward living a life worth living. Not for me, not for the spirit, not for the
soul. It is the ideal life for the selfish gene.
But Life wants more life, and the ess way of living results in less life.

I help people become the person who can have what they want to have. Will I be able to help you?
This is really the bottom line promise I have for you. But like every promise, it is conditional. Conditional on you... on you being teachable.

I am a conspiracy theorist. Because conspiracy is everywhere.
I remember when I used to be paranoid... and everyone said that I was wrong. But if you see that people are after you, and they are, is that paranoid? No, it is seeing clearly. It is being factual. A realist.
And so is with this conspiracy, except I am not talking about the conspiracies those stupid conspiracy theorists push, but the real ones, the ones they didn't even notice.

Part One: Knowing yourself is key to being able to change
We all think that we know ourselves... and then when it turns out to be wrong, we are surprised, but unphased in our certainty that we know ourselves.
Why is it nearly impossible to you to know yourself?
Because self-reflection is an intangible, spiritual capacity that can only open up if and when you look at your effect, your reflection, your feedback from the world around you.

OK, I am going to clarify something that myself don't quite know how it works, and why it works that way.
So it may come out incomprehensible, botched up, and useless. But, in my view, it is worth to try...
Note: if you only read one example, make it #5!
OK, the issue: one of the measurements is to what degree your life is about you and your life... the words I use I borrowed from someone else... and the words are "to what degree you think of yourself"... as a measure of humility i.e. how much room you have to learn and grow, how much room you have for the world, for work, for life... for others.

In the exercise, "what do you want to be acknowledged for?" you have a chance to discover what is special about you.
To be able to love life, to do fulfilling work, you need to know and organize your life around what is special about you.
I just acknowledged a woman for what she wanted to be acknowledged for.
I have known her for some time, but it turns out: I didn't know her at all. The organizing principle was missing, so I added my opinion to organize her around in my mind: scared.
But it turns out that she moved from one country to another to start a new life, away from a husband she no longer wanted. Start a new life without a support network, from scratch.
