Your eating style to keep you strong and clearheaded

With regards to your health, what you eat is important. We all know that. We have heard it a thousand times. We also heard to eat a good breakfast, a light supper… blah blah blah.

But when you eat, what environment you eat in, and how you eat what you eat seems to be as important, or maybe even more important than what you eat.

I just bought and watched two videos on “how to eat according to your type” or the style of eating that seems to be crucial for a sense of well-being, especially for brain health. I have known my own “style” of eating for a while, and it has made a big difference. Most people in the world eat stews, or meats with side dishes, or salads with a lot of ingredients, but a good 20% of the world, with the most ancient style DNA needs to eat like people ate when they didn’t have dishes: one thing at a time. Like a Neanderthal…

I have this most ancient DNA,

…seemingly no intermarriage, no mixing with other nationalities, or other groups. So I do best, my stomach, my digestion, my emotional well-being, when I just eat one-ingredient dishes. When I eat meat, I just eat meat. When I eat, let’s say, cabbage, I just eat cabbage. I am finding out that even just adding onions to the cabbage or to the meat makes me not that well… I can now feel it. Who would have thought it!

One thing per meal.

OK… fat, onions, and garlic go with anything, and it is still considered one food. I have been testing for, I don’t know, ten years?

As a child I felt it.

I would move the meat off the sandwich, I would remove the fruits from the cake, I would eat the sour cream meant to be used in a vegetable dish… I got punished. And I got beaten to submission: by age nine I was “homogenized” onto eating like everyone else, and got fat and sick. Unfortunately society, family frowns at you being an individual and having individual needs, no matter who you are, no matter how your family seems.

The second most ancient eating style, from digestion’s point of view is the style called “consecutive”… I have three clients like that: all got well when they started to eat one thing at a time, but they can eat 10 minutes later something else. I can’t.

No soups, no stews, no side dishes. No cookies, no bread, no chocolate, no candy, nothing with ingredients. In that regard she is like me. But she can eat her next one-thing ten minutes later, I have to wait at least one hour.

Once you get used to it, you’ll love it.

The styles are these:

  1. eating for quantity style of eatingHot – Thirst – eat all food and beverages at body temperature or warmer…
  2. Cold – Thirst – eat and drink cold food
  3. Low – sound – only eat in low sound environment… Noise prevents you from developing an appetite
  4. High – sound – only eat when the environment is noisy, TV, family, restaurant, or music on the ears.
  5. Nervous – Touch – eat only when the environment, inner and outer, are busy… like family bustle. My hunch is that this “touch” is a sensory thing: your food needs to be chewy, but I might be wrong.
  6. Calm – Touch – eat only when the environment, inner and outer, are calm
  7. Alternating – Appetite – my diet. one ingredient dishes… separated by time
  8. Consecutive – Appetite– my clients’ diet above
  9. Direct – light – should eat only during the day
  10. Indirect – light – should eat at night
  11. Open – Taste… eat a varied diet chosen for their taste… If you like the food it is easier to have an appetite for it.
  12. Closed – Taste… eat a monotonous diet, for most people it’s the staple diet of their ancestry, very different by seasons.
  13. Should you eat meat? Fat? to feel satiated… if you violate this one, you’ll be always hungry
  14. Should you eat filling stuff?
  15. Should you eat sugar? and how…

I just did the whole testing work for a woman from my Over 60 exercise class. She is 80, lives alone, and her only complaint is wicked seasonal allergies.

I give away at least one product or service every month, so I quickly muscle tested her before the class started, and the muscle test says that she eats the wrong foods, and she eats the wrong way.

I offered my services and she accepted.

When you have an 80 year old woman, you don’t know what to expect.

This 80 year old woman is a lot healthier than most of my clients were when they first came to me. But…

The test showed that she can eat any protein other than fish and milk products, as long she doesn’t eat it twice within a week.

She has been eating exclusively fish.

The test showed that she can eat any grain as long as she doesn’t repeat it within a week. Same with all the vegetables.

And she can’t eat any fruits, not even lemons…

She was so happy. She immediately found examples in her family for people who got better once they stopped eating fish.

This was probably the most rewarding health session I have ever had.

A full health evaluation session is normally $250, and you need to commit to a follow-up session as well.

But because the part regarding the eating styles is in experimental stage… at least in my practice, has been around and proven effective for the clients of “The Human Design Primary Health System” consultants.

I paid $97 for my report 10 or so years ago. I have seen prices starting at $55… They use the Human Design “science” that I myself am not trained in, even though I have studied it, but I don’t have complete confidence in.

The eating style report I got has proven not accurate… It diagnosed me as a one thing per mouthful… but allowed me to eat another thing next mouthful. Turned out: I am really best when I eat one thing per meal… with some elements added, like fat, salt, onions or garlic… that seem to integrate with almost any food.

To the degree I eat that way, to the same degree I am slim, energetic, painless, and coherent. It is not easy, but it’s worth it.

But you can get it for 30 bucks… if…

PS: There is another way to categorize your eating style: the style of the dog and the cat… I probably would be the squirrel… lol.

If you are looking for a fast way to raise your vibration: energizing your cells can do it.

When you energize your cells, you energize your whole body… including your brain. You get stronger, more resilient, and fare better in life.

The method that is easiest to use is to drink coherent water, water whose vibration is raised to 653… not an easy feat. You have to start with additive-free water that you cannot find in nature… so you have to find water that you can filter down to energizable level.

Filters are factory made, and are made with chemicals… so they may add chemicals to your filtered water rendering it not energizable. I have found only one company’s filters that both filter and are not leaking too much chemicals into the filtered water… DuPont’s whole house filters.

But put two of DuPont’s debris filters… and suddenly the water won’t energize: too much chemicals…

In addition to the trouble with making your tap water energizable, there are a host of other hurdles you need to overcome… 1

The process, after your base water is energizable, is to wrap your container with headphones playing the energizer audio… or alternatively use a high quality mini speaker in small closed place, like a refrigerator, with walls that don’t absorb the energy, but reflect it.

Using just the Energizer Audio is a relatively slow method of energizing your water.

There is a saying: watched pot never boils…

It’s an idiom, but there is a lot of truth in it.

When you watch the pot waiting for the water in it to boil, you don’t have a lid on it, do you?

Often anything can kick you into the horizontal plane 1 . I got kicked into it… the horizontal plane, and now I am working my way off… it is not that easy. I can’t even connect to muscle test… the horizontal plane is sticky. It wants you, all of you. It eats your life for breakfast.

Let me explain: Humanity (you!) lives on the horizontal plane at this stage of evolution. It is both the starting point and the end state…

On the horizontal plane everything is about comparison. More, better, different…

The Second Phase Activators Course or what does cancer have to do with your how?

Human DNA has 160 spiritual capacities hard-coded. These are the capacities that can and hopefully will take humanity to the “human being” level, (and beyond,) where beingness causes action, not greed and other survival energies. At present there are eight individuals on the human being level on the planet. I don’t know who they are… I know I am one of the eight. You need 60 active spiritual capacities to be on that level.

80 of these capacities is activated in the Second Phase Activator Course.

A “normal” human has 2-5 spiritual capacities active, helping them to grow, make money, get along with others and themselves. Be healthy, be wise, be happy. 2-5 is mighty few…

The Starting Point measurements include this measure: how many of the 160 spiritual capacities you have active. And often someone asks me to pay to tell them what capacities they have active.

I never do it… because it’s useless, gossipy knowledge, a way to lord over other people.

The human DNA isn’t a DNA for kindness, caring, or any of the “nice” stuff we are supposed to be.

In fact, it will take changing the DNA to go to the next level, to the level of human being, to be able to be kind, caring. For altruism…

Your own design is like a filter you look through. You can’t see the filter, just like you don’t see the window unless you touch it…

A filter is like a pair of glasses…

A filter is also like a pair of glasses… They can be dark tinted, they can be yellow, green… and the world occurs differently with each pair of glasses. You can’t see that it’s the glasses that make the world look the way the world looks to you… unless you can take it off…

You can see only the ripples. The indication that there is something there…

It’s the ripples that we don’t like… we don’t like the things we do, the things we think, the things we feel. We want to change the ripples. But the ripples are the surface of the iceberg… hidden, invisible…

But you can’t change something that you don’t know. You can’t change something that you don’t see.

We all want to reinvent ourselves, our world. Because what we have now is not working too well, not serving us too well. We can’t have what we want, and we suffer.

Do you get the promised value when you buy something?

I had an interesting insight this morning.

Putting a price tag on any product, service, or coaching is going to be a lie. My strategy sessions. My 67 step coaching. My health consultations. My Water Energizer. My Heaven on Earth

Really, almost any product.

For one main reason:

The buyer creates the value for themselves! Nothing has value without someone saying so, without someone valuing it. So that means, that 1The issue is value or valuation. If we didn’t have different values, if we valued everything the same, the world would be a lot easier place to navigate.

Your deserving factor, your earning factor… How much do you deserve? How much have you earned? Are you worth a damn?

The 67 steps… does doing the 67 steps make you deserving? And if yes, why and how?

I am listening to step 1 of the 67 steps again. The seventh time? Eighth time? I have lost track.

And as is usual for me, I am seeing something that Tai is not saying, and I kind of have been seeing, but not really. In the corner of my eyes.

What you value and in what order…

your load... intrinsicallyA lot of why’s are answered here… why you can’t get well, why you are not happy, etc.

People are the highest value in the universe. Why? Because they are able to be all levels of values, the thinking mind (systemic), the extrinsic (create tools, cook food, provide pleasure), and the intrinsic.

You live, predominantly on one level, and value what is on that level most.

Depending on how closely your valuation matches the valuation that is “godly”, or the Original Design, you fulfill the purpose of being human.

What is the opposite of entitled?

what do I deserve?Every generation is more entitled than the previous one. Why? Let me explain…

If appreciative is the opposite of entitled… does that mean that all those people who are not appreciative are entitled?

Entitled 1 is a worldview. It is a ground-of-being phenomenon, invisible, like the floor. An unexamined truth. To you. But for the other, it is quite obvious… 2

So how do you know that you are not appreciative? that you are entitled?

This is how:

  • Even when you thank someone, they frown…
  • You may even be diligent in thanking someone, you may even feel a stab of thankfulness, but those thanks are the waves on the waters, not the bottom of the sea… The bottom of your sea is entitlement.
