The four core default contexts… or Why I stopped participating in Landmark Education?

the four core enforced by booksActually, I continued to participate in Landmark after the incident I'll tell you about... but NEVER intended to contribute any more. Or not really. I was participating from hurt... knowing that what was broken cannot be fixed.

18 years ago, as I was coaching someone, it became clear to me that there are this four core invisibles, that are underneath every issue, every distinction, every weird, unethical, unsavory action a human being makes. Your life is like a boat on sea… Where it’s going is given by the drift 96%

Every learning is becoming. Every action that is aimed at learning but doesn't lead to becoming... is not learning, it is just a pretense. Treading water. The drift.

But becoming is not easy, and it takes longer than you would expect. OK, longer than I expect. Longer than I have been expecting... 🙁

Why? because some of the learning requires you to be "right there", ready for that particular learning. You first need to become ready. Continue reading "Your life is like a boat on sea… Where it’s going is given by the drift 96%"

What is real? What is made up? How can you tell?

I have read all the One minute books... I saw that the One Minute Manager touched on my Achilles' Heel...

Each of these One minute books teaches some attitude, or a thing to do, that makes you and the people you work with happier, more productive, etc.

Except...

Occam's razor says: everything should be as simple as it can be but not simpler.

Pop psychology is simplistic. You find yourself nodding vigorously as you read it. But when it comes to doing it... oops. You cannot do it.

The One Minute manager's job is to catch people doing the right things.

Most people cannot. Most people keep their eyes on what you do wrong, what they do wrong... what needs to be fixed. But most importantly they cannot see what is. Continue reading "What is real? What is made up? How can you tell?"

We all have multiple personalities… How does your delusional self impact your life?

We all have at least two distinct and recognizable selves that we switch back and forth between.

In this article we'll look at intelligence, but we could also look at the character, the attitude, the moral fortitude of the selves... but because I look at the world through the frame of smart and stupid, and only secondarily through loyal/disloyal, I'll write this article on the intelligence level of your two selves.

Now, let me start with a statement: there is nothing wrong with being stupid. As long as you know and embrace that you are stupid. Continue reading "We all have multiple personalities… How does your delusional self impact your life?"

How not to have your spine shrivel up on you?

It's New Year's day. Billions of people give and get strokes... 1 happy new year! Thank you, happy new year to you!

You have to answer, reciprocate, or you create a negative balance with the people you didn't answer to... Weird but is so. Violate this at your own demise...

Humans need "strokes", an acknowledgment (validation?) of their existence, to stay alive. The expression Eric Berne uses is, that their spine doesn't shrivel up.

Any strokes will do... Continue reading "How not to have your spine shrivel up on you?"

The Christmas season water story… standing on one foot…

I live in Syracuse, NY. The city is one hour south of Canada. The energy came from the North Pole... or the Arctic Circle? Swept through Canada... and came as far as Syracuse, for sure.

Over the 12 days leading up to Christmas and up till this morning the water energizing method didn't work. Or more precisely said: the water lost its coherence faster than the energizer could energize... and therefore the people who were drinking the water lost their cell hydration. Me included.

My cell hydration dropped from 70% to 7%.

I hadn't experienced that, first hand, for a few years now. I saw and felt it from others. But not on myself.

When your cell hydration is low, it is like you are living your life standing and hobbling along on one foot. The slightest force topple you over... or threatens to topple you over. Continue reading "The Christmas season water story… standing on one foot…"

For you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…

The second part of the title, "except that not always" is doesn't apply for at least 10% of you: you won't even see the difference when I point it out. 1

The most frustrating thing is, that you are sure you are saying or understanding the right words... but you don't. And you blame it on the speaker saying that what they said doesn't work.

How do I know?

For most people, who become a student in my programs, this is the first hurdle to pass.

You come into my program with a 300 accurate vocabulary, and you only hear the words you think you know what they mean, but that is not what I said.

I only find out what you heard when you tell me my words back to me... wrong. inaccurate. different words. Different meaning. Or Tai's words, if you are in the 67 steps coaching... 2 Continue reading "For you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…"

Are my articles hard to understand?

I have been having a difficult time writing enough about any one topic to finish one article... Meaning I have six articles started, and can't or won't finish them.

What's going on?

I am afraid.

That's new FEARLESS Sophie, tell me more?

Some of the things that are being shown to me recently are polarizing. Dividing people. Will make some, maybe many people angry.

The truth hurts. And when something hurts, it is natural to go to victim mode, effect mode, and point a blaming finger at someone. At me.

So I have been cowardly, and have been sitting on the fence.

But today I think I'll overcome the inertia, and say what there is to say.

OK, it's about vibration, capacities, and what you can get or not get, what you can use, what is going to work for you or not, depending on your numbers. 1When I measure your Starting Point Measurements, I give you a recommendation. It is not cookie cutter... I actually look what would be a step that you can take. Occasionally I say: I don't recommend anything. That is a bad sign... 🙁 Continue reading "Are my articles hard to understand?"

Success secret: experimentation

If you find that your life, your oceanliner that is stuck in a tight bay isn't turning around, this article will teach you something that the knowing of can make a difference.

Remember, when life isn't working as you expected, there is something that you didn't know... and it is always in the invisible realm of reality... And so is with this one.

As I said before, ess, evolutionary stable strategy, is where humanity finds itself, where you personally find yourself, and when you muscle test anything, it is ess, aka the selfish gene is what answers your question... unless you muscletest while connected to a higher-than-the-genes consciousness.

OK, that was quite a mouthful. Sorry about that...

Wherever you are in life, in any area of your life, you are in ess. In ess your actions, your ideas, your advisement will come from a "source" that wants to maintain that ess... If you are fat... then maintain being fat. If you are inactive, then maintain inactivity. If you are always engaging in bombastic dreams, then maintain that... engaging in bombastic dreams.

If you act in life like you already know what you need to know, then ess wants to maintain that. If you read, then maintain reading, if you don't, then maintain not reading. Continue reading "Success secret: experimentation"

Change the context, get a surprising result: the increase of your TLB

I read articles. Mostly from Medium. And I found this one in my inbox today... I could have said: I already know this... and I would have missed a conclusion that is very important to YOU...

Don't know what TLB is?... It is your Twitchy Little Bastard score... when it is low, you are weak at doing the deed... you run for the hill, you quit, you have no patience, no vision... you are likely a disappointed little victim of life. You can read more here... but you don't need it. Just read this article. I'll summarize it at the end.

This Stanford Study Reveals Why Some People Are More Likely To Succeed Than Others.

In the 1960s, psychologist and professor at Stanford University, Walter Mischel, noticed something fascinating about the behaviour of his daughters.

Mischel observed that his three daughters — aged three, four and five years old — rapidly developed the ability to delay gratification.

They transformed from being unable to resist short-term pleasure to having more self-control over their desires.
