Winning an election vs running a country…

American citizens, eligible to vote, are divided.

But whether you will vote to Obama, McCain, or you stay at home and let others decide, one thing is certain, no one is looking at the real issue:

The skill it takes to win the votes of the majority, i.e. win an election is a very different skill from the skill of running a country. Unless running it to the ground qualifies as running it…. 😉  as we have experienced, time and time again.

Just like in politics, the same is true for teaching anything, including internet marketing. The skill it takes to be a successful internet marketer is a vastly different skill from the skill of causing another person’s success.

We all look to our guru to teach us what to do and how to do it, so that we can be successful like them, and we all get very frustrated and very weary, because what they say and what they do are often different, and even if and when we did exactly what they said to do, we meet with meager success.

How come? We seem all very surprised.

Well, let me ask you this: have you ever heard of a successful football or basketball coach who played real well?

Or the reverse: have you ever heard of a successful player that was also a great coach?

Most successful players play from their “other than conscious mind.”

Who Were My Teachers in Transformation and Mindset… ?

Originally posted 2007-11-20 07:26:31.

Well, this could be a real long article, even a book.

I won’t go there! writing a book is way too long for my ADHD personality.

But there is one teacher, who I admire, Colin Wilson (of ‘Outsider’ and ‘The Mind Parasite’ fame, who wrote a book, ‘The Books In My Life’ where he strung about 15 essays into a book, and I learned more from the writers he speaks of than I would have learned, had I read the original books. Law of Attraction vs. Victim Mentality… Choose!

I wrote this article back in 2007, when I was in Pam Ragland’s course…

I want to address the phenomenon of the “Law of Attraction” vs. “victim mentality” in today’s post.

Most of us interpret the Law of Attraction as a kind of “Cosmic Soup Kitchen” where you sit at a table, a waitperson comes and takes your order, and then you wait for your order to come.

Sometimes your order comes, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes you get something totally different, something that you didn’t want.

Some people’s order comes faster than yours, some others’ slower, or never.

It all seems random, and capricious. Like the Universe is playing a game with you.

Frustrating to most, happy and great for some. It seems like there are chosen people, or lucky, and something invisible marks YOU as the one who should never get ahead, never get what you want.

How does your past get into your future…

…and make you repeat the same life

I have an older blog that is attacked by hackers every week. They install malware… so I don’t want you to go there…

It’s an old website, more than 10 years ago it was my main blog. Most of it is still useful.

I read an interview with Jeff Bezos the other day, or was it a youtube video, can’t remember. He was asked a question about the future. He said something incredibly insightful, and something most people can’t even hear!

He said that the question to ask is this: What will remain the same?

Most people try something new, something shiny, something that is a new trend.

But real winners learn what works and what will work now, ten years from now, a hundred years from now. And that is what makes them a winner…

I am seeing now that I am re-reading my old articles, that I am putting my efforts into teaching the timeless, what will not change. What can transform you into a winner, if you adapt it.

I have learned about the timeless from Kabbalah. I am also seeing that the predictable success of Jewish people is inseparable from this principle: learn to do what is not going to change.

If you look through this distinction to the history of the Jews… you’ll see it everywhere.

This is just another proof, that if you don’t have distinctions, then you can’t see. And you won’t ever be able to model after what you can’t see… And most choose to hate those darn Jews… they must have make a pact with the devil that they are so darn successful…

Whereas if you knew the principle, you could live like that too… no kidding. YOU. Jew or not Jew.

I have started to move the old blog posts, one by one, to my yourvibration.com site.

One of those posts reminded me, that until you get what I am writing in it, your future will be much like your past.

While I was researching for pictures, I found that what I am teaching is against the mainstream ineffective, all in the visible… the mind is powerful type of teaching.

Reality, if you watch a person, reality doesn’t work the way THOSE people, those memes, those motivational speakers tell you it works. The nature of reality is that 90% of what moves anything or anyone, the CAUSE, is in the invisible/unconscious domain of life. Continue reading “How does your past get into your future…”
