Not everything you feel is an emotion.
There are emotions and then there are the effects of emotions. But
all emotions can cause incoherence.
You know you are incoherent when your decisions are wrong, and take you down the path of self-destruction or hurting yourself or someone else. When you can’t hear what someone is saying. When you find your attention wandering. When you are not present.
Some emotions’ energy goes outward, other emotions’ energy goes inward.
Either type of emotions,
- in a weak person, wreak havoc and cause devastation. A strong person can harness their outward emotions to move mountains, to accomplish, to achieve, to grow.
- And a strong person can accept their inward going emotions as not necessary, not rolevant, and let them go.

The truth value of what Eric Edmeades said was 30%. There was nothing in it that was untrue… it just cannot go higher when you have a product for mass consumption, a one size fit all product.

When you are not well, you are in survival mode. You live in scarcity. Everything seems to be about you. And not much can change about your life… given the focus (me-me-me) and therefore the questions you ask.
In scarcity everything is an is, and the questions you ask are from that “is”. Everything needs to be fixed, and you can’t very well leave things alone: they are wrong, wrong, wrong. Ugh…
You ask why question. Why is this happening to me? Why are you treating me like this? Why can’t I blah blah blah… get rich, understand, be loved, get well… you know those whiny questions that don’t make a difference, they just make you feel even worse.
“They” teach you that you can change your mindset, that you can easily get out of the scarcity mindset, but they are lying. They ignore that your existence is based on your physical well-being (and vice versa!) and unless you get better, nothing will change.
Your whole being comes from your physiology, mostly from your digestive tract, and thus your eating. Bummer, eh?

In spite of The sight, and other capacities newly available to you, You don’t seem to be able to change…
You have been unsuccessful getting their guidance, getting your information from outside of the mind.
This manifests, among others, in your inability to muscle test correctly.
The question is why?
The phenomenon, what actually seems to happen is this: you understand where to look, how to look, and you nod rapidly. You bring great examples to show how you just succeeded in using the new capacity… but I can smell the mischief… you are trying to throw me off my tracking.
Now, I say “you” but who is this “you”? What aspect of a person am I talking about?
In this case, the dominant aspect,
the ego your delusional self, who you fancy yourself to be, your “precious I” you defend at all cost.

OK, the issue: one of the measurements is to what degree your life is about you and your life… the words I use I borrowed from someone else… and the words are “to what degree you think of yourself”… as a measure of humility i.e. how much room you have to learn and grow, how much room you have for the world, for work, for life… for others. Yesterday I listened to step 4 of the 67 steps. I heard something… and turned the audio off. I didn’t want to forget what I heard.
This is the step where Tai talks about the DNA that makes us able to learn, no, makes us have to learn to become human.
He uses language as an example.
Every human has the capacity to learn their mother tongue so they can communicate with the people around them. But there is no separate gene for English and Serbian, for example. There is the capacity to learn language.

In some regards I am still a Twitchy Little Bastard… even though outwardly my behavior has calmed down a lot.
What am I talking about?
A Twitchy Little Bastard is someone who acts without regard to the future, without considering if the action is sustainable or not.
I am looking at this phenomenon from a different vantage point: your quick to react, your high-sprung state.
I am looking to prove to you that your physiology and your psychology, your body and your mind are intimately connected.

This is not a funny article… And actually I struggled mightily writing it… because it talks about something I have never been able to teach… Your beingness.
I am reading a book for the third time in a month. I will read it again and again until I become who I want to become.
Some people read the words in a book. I read the spirit. I align my whole inside with it… if it is worth it.
And if it is worth it: it won’t happen at the first reading, the second reading, and probably the reading either. So I read it until it happens.
