Why those successful people became successful and not you?

1673296-poster-physicsYou are Stuck…

Stuck without a solution, stuck in a tight spot, stuck in a relationship, stuck with an irrevocable promise, stuck in a job, stuck behind… Stuck. And stuck is stuck.

This is the landscape of our life. NORMAL.

Whether we verbalize it or not, we feel stuck. life seems to work against us, and we feel we are a poor match to deal with what we need to deal with. Continue reading “Why those successful people became successful and not you?”

Your current core identity. Is it serving you well?

Your current core identity. How to find it, how to build a better one?

I have written in a previous post that I discovered that my hidden identity is ‘worthless piece of junk = unwanted’. I use the word junk, because this expression is a translation from my native Hungarian. In the original the expression is closer to ‘nothing’ than anything, by the way. But in English, I am afraid, that won’t communicate. ‘I am nothing’, does it communicate? It doesn’t seem to have the same emotional impact on me…

From time to time I notice it ‘informing my mood, informing my actions.’

The rudderless, directionless, low energy, and the floater

I had a conversation the other day with my core group. They felt to me rudderless, directionless, low on energy… like a floater.

What’s a floater, you ask? A floater is like stork sh!t… floats in the air and occasionally drops on the ground. Storks are known to poop while in the air… their poop dries out and starts its own rise and fall journey with the air stream… no innate motive power. A floater is like that. Of all the programs for transformation I have ever lead…

break for freedomOf all the programs for transformation I have ever lead… and I am not talking about programs that were energy supported, like the 2nd phase activators, and many others that were mostly about activation…

Of all the programs I have ever lead the most effective in terms of personal transformation, it was the Soaring Method

I am sharing what I learned from leading that course… quite significant. Continue reading “Of all the programs for transformation I have ever lead…”

Getting along without giving up who you are…

getting along without giving up who you areGetting along, working along, creating side by side is very hard… often hopeless. This article points to the right way that you can learn to get along… and have harmonious relationships.

Some of my students are working on distinguishing conflict… Telling conflict apart from everything that looks like, and maybe even feels like a conflict.

For decades I pondered why the Greek sages said ‘Know Thyself‘. What difference does it make if I know myself or not.

And I wasn’t alone. Approximately 99% of humanity knows themselves to a maximum of 1%, which is as if they don’t know themselves at all.

In my Starting Point Measurements I measure this as ‘self-awareness.’

So in the absence of knowing your self, you make up a self… and that I call your ‘precious I’. Who you should be… not who you are. Continue reading “Getting along without giving up who you are…”

2 ‘Getting Things Done’ systems, and what people really do

getting things done. get rid of the ball and chainI have always liked getting things done.

I like getting things done. Why? Because everything that doesn’t get done is like an energetic attachment, like a ball and chain on your ankle, slows you down, and prevents you from soaring… having a good time, feeling free and unencumbered.

I don’t like feeling heavy, burdened, or guilty, so I learn, test, experiment with methods that allow me to be free.

I even like to be lighter in weight because I don’t like to be heavy in any way, including physically.

I handle problems, issues, doubts, the same way… handle them so the weights can disappear.

What is the difference between forcing and certainty?

effortingNo Efforting **

Efforting describes times that you are not in the flow of either your  business or your personal life. It’s when you are slugging through the day and dreading tasks that you don’t feel connected with. It’s when you are pushing yourself to do things that you aren’t ‘feeling’. It’s the Have To list of life…

Yesterday in the core group meeting, that happened to be also our Getting Guidance from our Future Self, something magical and very educational thing happened. Continue reading “What is the difference between forcing and certainty?”

Depressed from oversleeping… and recovery

oversleeping depression side effectsSome days start out like this… I don’t know if you can relate… I oversleeping and suffer from the  resulting depression

Today I overslept. Some fascinating dream was more important for me to continue watching than getting up.

It’s now three hours later, and I am till groggy, unmotivated, and I have a fear that is playing hide and seek with me: I can’t really see what it is afraid of. Continue reading “Depressed from oversleeping… and recovery”

Can you be soaring when you are anchored?

Why some cultures honor the soaring eagle as their symbol?

soaring methodAre you in harmony with Life? If you aren’t, you likely cannot soar… And soaring is the key to living a life worth living. This article shows what’s in the way and suggests how to remove what prevents you from soaring.

This article is a meandering journal entry: just walk with me… it will be worth your while. I promise.

The more in tune you are with the Universe, inner or outer, the more what I am going to share here applies to you.

My core group students are going through the grief of what it was like to be a child with a violent father, or a father who didn’t like the way you were, or having been an unplanned unwanted pregnancy…

The deeper you can go into the despair of it, the easier it is going to be to create a new name for you… and to create a new reality around that new person. Continue reading “Why some cultures honor the soaring eagle as their symbol?”
