...when things are fast
And all resistance in the chest, in the pit of the stomach and in the shoulders... whatever the reasoning.
What is the opposite of greed?
I mean, if you knew that anything with any element of greed in it works to your detriment: it makes you miserable, and it repels what you are greedy for... You would get curious what is the opposite of greed, wouldn't you?
Talk about double punishment!
Empathically (feeling your feelings) looking: greed is a tightening. The shoulders try to get closer to each other and want to meet in the middle. Why? I am the reporter, not the theorist, sorry.
Your upper body is like a bow and arrow: designed for attacking, set for killing. All energies are outward directed, propelled away from the inside. The inside is ignored, de-valued, dis-respected, emptied. All that is valuable seems to be on the outside of oneself. The desire is to fill the empty space, the de-valued self... is misdirected.

The first thinking brain, the mind, that is in cahoots, in collusion, working against you with the selfish gene. That is what creates a life of reactivity, full of fear, full of anxiety, full of sharp turns and devastating jerks. I've lived there... and I hated it.
The second thinking brain, the one that evaluates, reasons, figures stuff out, is slow and plodding, and hard work. Creates real solutions, keeps you out of trouble... but not fun.
And then there is the third thinking brain... the work of thinking is done in the background, on the back burner, while the foreground is silent, resting, or busy learning something new..
That is where I live now.
I am getting a few questions about that, and I decided to tell you as much as I can see... the mechanism is largely hidden from my view... It is in the background...
I'll use myself, and clients' and students' stuff as illustrations...
In the past month I saw more maturing, more "going to the next level" than I had seen in all my career as a coach.

The method that is easiest to use is to drink coherent water, water whose vibration is raised to 653... not an easy feat. You have to start with additive-free water that you cannot find in nature... so you have to find water that you can filter down to energizable level.
Filters are factory made, and are made with chemicals... so they may add chemicals to your filtered water rendering it not energizable. I have found only one company's filters that both filter and are not leaking too much chemicals into the filtered water... DuPont's whole house filters.
But put two of DuPont's debris filters... and suddenly the water won't energize: too much chemicals...
In addition to the trouble with making your tap water energizable, there are a host of other hurdles you need to overcome... 1
The process, after your base water is energizable, is to wrap your container with headphones playing the energizer audio... or alternatively use a high quality mini speaker in small closed place, like a refrigerator, with walls that don't absorb the energy, but reflect it.
There is a saying: watched pot never boils...
It's an idiom, but there is a lot of truth in it.
When you watch the pot waiting for the water in it to boil, you don't have a lid on it, do you?
If and when you put the lid on, suddenly the water starts to boil. Continue reading "If you are looking for a fast way to raise your vibration: energizing your cells can do it."
1. a stupid or worthless person.
2. vulgar slang: a limp dick.
verb: putz; engage in inconsequential or unproductive activity.
origin: 1960s: Yiddish, literally ‘penis.’
I meant to share student essays on how self-created rules keep them alienated from themselves, keep them playing safe and dead... not joyful, not accomplished, not living a life worth living.
Then I changed my mind.
I had two calls, where I was training, each, a person to take on a practice to activate the capacity to be with unpleasant, bothersome, disturbing feelings and actions. To be a MAN...
This capacity used to be active in humans... but because of the widespread positive thinking and comfort: society now deems these situations, these feelings, these actions undesirable.

As I have written before, the book I am reading now is the Metaskills.
The author is a designer, and looks at life through a designer's glasses.
The article "You live in a world of your own design" is one of the favorite articles on my site. People want to design their lives.
The popularity of the program, Mind Movies builds on that desire to design... but the requirements for design are not there, not there for 99.99% of humanity... What is there is something else, something that doesn't allow for design.
The basics of being a designer is what is most missing in life... if you really look, you can see it. Continue reading "How to find your real self… instead of honoring your false self as yourself"
I am talking about everybody. Empaths are a special case... they really don't know much until they become conscious empaths.
Life cannot be lived authentically, unless you know who you are.
Authentic living means being the same inside and out. The more you are authentic, the higher your vibration.
So finding out who you are is mandatory if you want to be well, feel well, and do the best with what you got. This is what this article is helping you to do.

The Amish Horse Training Method is to be able to hear all the words that create emotions... and hear them in a way, that gives you a choice to honor them or not, depending of the source of the words, the relevance of the words...
The Amish Horse Training Method returns you to the driving seat of your life...
Not surprisingly, for most students the first step towards mastery is mastering their attention. Unless you can control your attention, you are a putz... and are controlled by someone or something, but not you. And for you to be you, you need to call the shot.
The luckier students admit that they have a difficult time sticking with a book... because they can't pay attention to it, they can't understand, or they can't remember what they read. Or the do a narrative, argue with the book, agree, disagree... but have no idea what they actually read. They remember the arguing. He didn't actually write any of his books, they are collections of his spontaneous daily talks in his ashrams to his devotees, answering questions.
One of the most intriguing concepts is this:
You want freedom. Freedom of choice.
And you find out that once you have chosen, anything, the scope of freedom gets reduced, diminished.
He suggests this experiment:
Stand up. Now raise one of your feet and stand on the other leg.
Now lift the other leg...
You can't, can you?
This is how choice and freedom are connected.

Much like having a six-horse carriage, and the horses pull in the same direction.
Incoherence is like herding cats... hopeless.
I am rarely incoherent. And when I am: I am acutely aware of it. Very unpleasant.
The truth is: I used to be incoherent most of the time.
What is the cause of incoherence? I think, for me, too many choices. And an inability or unwillingness to narrow them down, and maybe choose. Continue reading "From time to time I get incoherent."
