I read articles. Mostly from Medium. And I found this one in my inbox today… I could have said: I already know this… and I would have missed a conclusion that is very important to YOU…
Don’t know what TLB is?… It is your Twitchy Little Bastard score… when it is low, you are weak at doing the deed… you run for the hill, you quit, you have no patience, no vision… you are likely a disappointed little victim of life. You can read more here… but you don’t need it. Just read this article. I’ll summarize it at the end.
This Stanford Study Reveals Why Some People Are More Likely To Succeed Than Others.

In the 1960s, psychologist and professor at Stanford University, Walter Mischel, noticed something fascinating about the behaviour of his daughters.
Mischel observed that his three daughters — aged three, four and five years old — rapidly developed the ability to delay gratification.
They transformed from being unable to resist short-term pleasure to having more self-control over their desires.

In some regards I am still a Twitchy Little Bastard… even though outwardly my behavior has calmed down a lot.
What am I talking about?
A Twitchy Little Bastard is someone who acts without regard to the future, without considering if the action is sustainable or not.
I am looking at this phenomenon from a different vantage point: your quick to react, your high-sprung state.
I am looking to prove to you that your physiology and your psychology, your body and your mind are intimately connected.
That you calm down one and the other calms down too. Continue reading “Your physiology and psychology work hand in hand… And how can meditation work for you… finally”
The Integrated Good Life & The Four Pillars Of Eudaimonia
Eudamonia: the fulfilled life. The satisfying life. It’s a how… It’s about how much life you have in your years. Fulfilling the potential that you are.
It’s impossible to have “the Good Life” without Integration… but…
One of the hardest steps for students to complete in the 67 step coaching is the step about creating an integrated life.
Why? Because on the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil, there is no such a thing as integration.

For years I’ve seen that humans, humanity, are stuck in a place where happiness is impossible, accomplishment is not predictable, and health is touch and go.
I’ve had big hopes, selfish hopes, that I will be the one to unstuck you.
Lots of other people have this hope… and the hopes remain hopes, because you have a vested interest to keep what keeps you stuck in place? If we knew what keeps you stuck, maybe we could unstuck you.
This article is an attempt to identify that one thing. The linchpin issue.

Warning: read the footnotes!
One of my students in my coaching program taught me something today that I could not see before.
Every student of mine has had one or more health consultations with me, where I muscle tested their supplementation, their eating style and the foods that work best for their body.
They also had to set up their water energizer system.
This particular student had her session a long time ago (in October of last year), but she didn’t make the changes I suggested. She kept emailing me with her doubts: can I trust that these are the foods I can eat? So, here I am, again, with tears dripping from my chin. Not from sadness, although there is sadness there. Not from happiness, not from grief, although there is grief there.
I have been watching videos of TED talks, all grouped, themed, around practice. Around getting better at something.
All are great, but the one by Carol Dweck and her findings is when I started to cry.
I may be smart, I may be an empath, but I am no educational scientist, even though I teach. And I struggle… struggle with what I call TLB and what she calls yes/no mindset, or “now” mindset.

First off: about the Tree of Knowledge.
The purpose of the Tree of Knowledge is to keep you from doing your own assessments, to take ready ideas and swallow them whole. Ultimately the aim of the Tree of Knowledge is to keep you in sheep state.
If you ever visited a mental institution, you have seen the zombie-like patients, that whenever they started to act as people, they were injected with chemicals, to make them comply.
The Tree of Knowledge is the larger than a psychiatric ward solution to the same “problem”. The Tree of Knowledge controls you with words and words that carry emotions.
Easy peasy… Continue reading “Let’s talk about balance: The myth, and reality… and Self that is more important than balance”
I look at my dreams as guidance.
Now, you need to know that I almost never dream a whole story… I dream moods. Some situations.
Last night I dreamed about going back to Israel, meeting people I had known, experiencing their attitude towards me. Wasn’t pleasant.
And just before I woke up I was shown the theme I am going to write about.
You see, everyone wants to know what they are supposed to have as a purpose to their lives. Even some students, inexplicably ask this question after years of studying with me. Boggles the mind.
The answer to the questions is simple. Ask a better question.
A better question would be how to live life that it’s enjoyable, fulfilling and financially rewarding at the same time.
That question has a lot of potential.

I saw something today that can be important to for you to learn, because I don’t think you know.
It was prompted by an article by James Altucher, a blogger (personal vibration: 170) who I like and feel disgust for at the same time.
Continue reading “The essence of teaching is that someone learns, not the act of teaching. So if I learn, then he taught.”
Not surprisingly, I hope, the difference between homo sapiens (thinking man) and Human Being is this elusive “thing”: beingness.
Beingness does not respond to words.
- Beingness does not respond to words. Not even “declarations!”
- It doesn’t respond to force, not even to force of will.
- It doesn’t really respond to feelings either.
- And: IMPORTANT! is not created by doing
It is a whole different ball of wax. The secret is on the seed level… whatever that means, right? lol
You can give a lot to charity, but not be charitable. You can smile a lot, but not be happy. You can fake it but you will not make it… there is ONE of the many misguiding, misleading slogans.
You can observe it, and yet know nothing about it.
