Eating by appetite… not hunger… but do you know what appetite is?

If you need to eat 1 by appetite, but you seldom have appetite... you are, instead, hungry.

When I mention appetite, I get puzzled silence in return.

Most of you don't know what appetite is.

Your body has a language (like cats! lol) that is nonverbal. If you don't speak the language then you are out of touch with your body, and likely your health is low. You have symptoms that tell you: you are doing the wrong things. Continue reading "Eating by appetite… not hunger… but do you know what appetite is?"

How do you model after a successful person? Do you do what they say? Do you do what you see?

How do you model after a successful person? 1 Do you do what they say? Do you do what you see? It's about modeling to grow, modeling to become all you can be. 2

I do both.

I am most interested in their habitual way of thinking, responding, decision making, and attitude.

Sometimes they know themselves, but more often than not they don't know themselves that well... do not see much into the invisible...

If I see a habit that I want for myself, even if I see it clearly, I still have the difficulty of integrating it... it is not enough to see it.

Integration means it becomes part and parcel with me and my structure. But each habit forces me to find a crack, an opening in my structure, or I won't be able to integrate it. Continue reading "How do you model after a successful person? Do you do what they say? Do you do what you see?"

Success secret: experimentation

If you find that your life, your oceanliner that is stuck in a tight bay isn't turning around, this article will teach you something that the knowing of can make a difference.

Remember, when life isn't working as you expected, there is something that you didn't know... and it is always in the invisible realm of reality... And so is with this one.

As I said before, ess, evolutionary stable strategy, is where humanity finds itself, where you personally find yourself, and when you muscle test anything, it is ess, aka the selfish gene is what answers your question... unless you muscletest while connected to a higher-than-the-genes consciousness.

OK, that was quite a mouthful. Sorry about that...

Wherever you are in life, in any area of your life, you are in ess. In ess your actions, your ideas, your advisement will come from a "source" that wants to maintain that ess... If you are fat... then maintain being fat. If you are inactive, then maintain inactivity. If you are always engaging in bombastic dreams, then maintain that... engaging in bombastic dreams.

If you act in life like you already know what you need to know, then ess wants to maintain that. If you read, then maintain reading, if you don't, then maintain not reading. Continue reading "Success secret: experimentation"

What makes life worth living?

This article could be called a "life hack" which is a fashionable word nowadays. I don't mind... but whatever you'll call it will define it... Because what you'll call it will be a context... What? Yeah...

And context is the ultimate life hack.

Most people don't understand the distinction: context

Why is that a problem? Because of all the elements of life, context is the easiest to change. And when context changes, life changes.

So you don't understanding context means that life cannot change easily, cannot change fast.

Now you are interested, I hope.

Have you ever asked yourself: What am I doing? Continue reading "What makes life worth living?"

Cannot get from A to B? It’s not your fault! It’s the memes

Minerva and chocolate cake proofWhen people speak about beliefs that they want to get rid of, let's say, belief about money, abundance, they always think that there are some personal beliefs there, that they are discreet, and that they can get rid of them.

Back in my times when I was doing Fourth Plane energies, "designer energies", one of the moves I had is to make my hand sticky, and pull beliefs, also called thought forms, from myself and from clients.

It was a long process. Hard on the muscles... Continue reading "Cannot get from A to B? It’s not your fault! It’s the memes"

Can you change? Will you be able to change, even if you never could?

This article is a stream of consciousness... Beware, it is like poetry... you have to feel it, you can't explain it.

Cultural memes, media bias, tell us that change is fast and dramatic.

So when you consider your own change, that is what you are planning for, or that is what you resist.Even if not changing means staying at a place where you don't enjoy being. But of the two bad things: dramatic change or staying miserable, staying miserable is still more attractive, because at least you know that place.

But cultural memes, media bias, are lies.

Actually, all memes are lies. It was, maybe, someone's truth, but it is not THE TRUTH.

Only physical laws are THE TRUTH... Continue reading "Can you change? Will you be able to change, even if you never could?"

Love feedback or else… Make it a feedback loop…

The way to find the strait and narrow of happiness (See The Anna Karenina Principle) is to watch the feedback 1 ... and self-correct. 2

Yesterday I added integrity to the starting point measurements. so far all people I measured ranked on 3 out of 100. Wow.

I had an exchange of text messages with a guy, whose vibration was low, and that is all he asked for. His vibration.

He is a Polish person, part of the Starseed Global Alliance to save the earth or something. To me it sounds like a computer game... to him: it is reality. 3 Continue reading "Love feedback or else… Make it a feedback loop…"

Guidance, oracle… the final interpretation is up to you

It's Tuesday and Rob Brezsny's syndicated horoscopes landed in my inbox.

I read mine, and my blood turned cold.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): In the coming weeks, you might want to read the last few pages of a book before you decide to actually dive in and devour the whole thing. I also suggest you take what I just said as a useful metaphor to apply in other areas. In general, it might be wise to surmise the probable outcomes of games, adventures, and experiments before you get totally involved. Try this fun exercise: Imagine you are a psychic prophet as you evaluate the long-range prospects of any influences that are vying to play a role in your future.

Fear. Fear that I am working on something that is going to turn out not what I want.

Very scary... in spite of the fact that I experiment all the time. That I rarely make a binding commitment to any path until it is already bringing its results.

I don't set goals... and don't commit to outcomes.

And yet, the fear was paralyzingly strong... Continue reading "Guidance, oracle… the final interpretation is up to you"

Regrets, Resentments, and other vicious Life-Killers

regrets-resentmentsRegrets, I've had a few ... .How many of us are stuck in ruts because we cling to past slights, traumas, missed opportunities, and betrayals? The best way to let go and move forward is to acknowledge and accept those negative things you did (or had done to you) as steps on the path that brought you to where you need to be today.

Today, recall the pain of your past. Allow yourself to get to the point where you can accept that they were blessings; the perfect things that helped you build a new you. If you can release your grip on the anger, sadness, and regret, then it will be easier to spot the Light in the darkness. (quoted from daily kabbalah tuneup)

Interesting that this would come up just now.

I am working with a client/friend, let's call her DD. She has been doing great. She has gotten in touch with the light in herself and her power to choose.

She is severely overweight and it's effecting her overall health, but effects more than anything, her self image. Continue reading "Regrets, Resentments, and other vicious Life-Killers"

Do You Think You Can Tell WHAT You See?

Most of us are sure we can. We make decisions based on what we see, and our decisions and actions take us to live the life we live.

Most of us live a life of quiet desperation. It was true at the turn of the last century, and it is true now.

There was a discipline and coaching paradigm I studied and used about 9 years ago. It is based on axiology, the Nobel Prize nominated work of Robert Hartman.

Axiology is the study of value or quality. It is the science that deals with what is good and what is not. Beyond and independent of subjective judgment.

The test (Value Profile) we ran in axiology had 4 parameters by which we could map out the potential for success of any individual.

One of them relates to the title. The parameter is called "clarity".
