I downloaded the Days Of Power energy yesterday and it knocked me on my butt.
Honestly, I forgot how strong these energies are: I had taken a break from them for a while.
So this article is about the magic of growing. Or what it takes to be someone who can grow, someone who does grow, someone who, through growth, becomes someone more, better, closer to who they can become…
So here you go:
Even while I was up there, I was starting to get intolerant, irritated, overwhelmed, and raw.

Four stages of consciousness
This is another seven years old article…
I read an interesting article on consciousness today that opened my eyes to something:
You can ask a question of yourself, and depending on the answer you can locate yourself on the map of consciousness quite reliably. And you could ask the question “what is your vibrational frequency?” and though you have no numbers, you’ll know in what bracket you are by locating yourself on one of the stages.
The question is: What is my relationship to life? My life? Where is my consciousness?
There are four possible answers.
1. Life is happening to me.
2. Life is happening by me… i.e. I am causing my life
3. Life is happening through me… i.e. you are on this stage causing something to unfold through your special gift, or purpose
4. Life is me

Paris in the spring… nice thought.

I am part of a study group. We go to seminars together to learn integrity so we can live an unpredictably great life.
This past Sunday, when the sun was shining and it was the first nice-weather weekend of the year, five out of the seven members of the group forgot to call our conference line on Sunday. Paris in the spring…
The seminar leader suggested we declare a breakdown. “What’s declaring a breakdown?” Asked one of the members innocently.
I volunteered to write a little essay (that is like a one-page scientific paper, lol) and sent it out to everyone. And then the s-h-i-t hit the fan.
