Why you are fat, tired, listless, dumb, moody, and lack libido (if you do)…

tired, listless, dumbUltimate healing is possible

You are tired, you are fat, you are listless and you are dumb… oh and moody, argumentative, resistant, edgy… Hard to be with… Or maybe you are meek and don’t have the courage to take care of yourself… Maybe it is not only in your head, maybe it is not only your personality… Maybe it has a lot to do with what you eat, what you drink, and this article is about that…

You have pieces of information here, pieces of information there, disconnected, most of it is untrue. In fact, the average truth value of information on the planet is 1%

The market is flooded with information and products that claim that all your misery is caused by a single cause… It’s bacteria! It’s viruses! You simply lack of enzymes! You are not breathing enough! You lack minerals, here is Youngevity! You’ll get well! You lack essential fatty acids, here, take this! You need to move! Start exercising! You are too acidic, you need to drink alkaline water! You lack of this, you lack of that. And, of course, those products will fix that one single cause… or not even that.

These bombastic claims hit a nerve in you, and you buy what they are selling. Then, for a month (or so) you’ll feel better… only to go back to feeling weak and sick, and sore, and sluggish, and depressed… etc. again.

Then comes along another product and you try that… another good month… and then come a slew of other products… but nothing really ever changes. You are tired, sluggish, fat, dumb… however you were before you started.

How do I know? I used to do that myself.

Selfish? let’s look at selfish, let’s look at unselfish

Life is best when it is lived where what you want for yourself is a side effect.

For half of humanity that sounds like liberal nonsense… but this is how life becomes the most enjoyable, and maybe the most ‘life-earning’ as well, in spite of it being counter intuitive.

And this is true in every area of life…

I can’t write a better article on this than Zat Rana on Medium.

What I can write best about is the wretchedness of going straight for what you want, and quitting when anyone else benefits… And I can share how this… getting what I need as a side effect, consciously, has been one of the secrets of my inner peace, fulfillment, and happiness. The human body is not one size fits all or most

what is good for me might not be good for youI first had this thought in the title when I read the book: Eat right for your type, some 24 years ago. That is when after 20 years of being slim, suddenly I grew  four sizes… and became a whale. The blood type diet didn’t make me slim… but the germ of the idea that we are not all the same inside took root in me.

My next time to get this idea to strengthen was the ‘eating styles‘ I got from the Human Design Institute. It didn’t make me slim, but it made me have a lot more energy than I had before, and a whole lot less of indigestion.

And lastly, when about 10 years after that I connected to Source, or whatever you want to call what I am connecting to, and started my conversations with it, through muscletesting, I started to see the tremendous differences inside people, the differences that don’t clearly show on their outside, or even in their attitudes. Are you the bowler or the bowling ball? in the hands of…

Are you the bowler or the bowling ball? A bowling ball in the hands of your pancreas and your thyroid…

One of the enemies you need to work against, and I mean WORK against, is the impression other people give you, that if you can see it, you can do it.

That if you see a result, you can have it.

It seems to be sold and bought wholesale by nearly everyone, and buying that, of course, reduces you to a thing that engages in wishful thinking, but does no productive work.

It is so seductive to think that forcing yourself to do work belongs to lesser people. That to actually learn how to climb the mountain, get the right gear, get the right guidance is something you’ll never have to do… because you are special, you are better.

And, obviously, we are not only talking about climbing a mountain, we are talking about things you want to, you could achieve, but you don’t, in any area of life. Continue reading “Are you the bowler or the bowling ball? in the hands of…”

Let’s repair your thyroid and your pancreas

When I turned 10 I started to put on weight. With starving myself, I was slim for about 20 years of my life, pleasantly plump and occasionally fat the other 40. I am 72 now, and my weight is creeping up. Again. It’s at 145. It was 125 at the start of the lockdown. I am 5’4″, 163 cm.

I am sure I am not alone with weight issues. I move less, and I eat more. Douse nervous energy with eating. The caged animal syndrome.

In these three months I put on 20 pounds.

So I have been searching for ways to slim down: my willpower is low nowadays, so real dieting and going hungry is out of the question. I can’t do it, I won’t do it.

I watched many sales videos and I think I have found what I was looking for… at least that is how it seems.

I started to take this supplement a week ago, so I have taken it seven times. I take three capsules. I muscletested. Muscletest says: take 3.

This is what happened: I have no hunger. None. Not even for snacking. I have been a grazer all my life… I am having no cravings. I checked and I am consuming between 1000 and 1200 calories, because my mind says: you need to eat… but I am not hungry.

I have dropped three pounds. If this keeps up, I’ll be at my normal weight again in two months.

Honestly, being 72 years… this is not about being petty… too late for that… but

My panties are tight
I am tolerating the heat poorly
My ankles are welling, and I don’t want to exercise, or go out for even a brief walk

Want to see out what I found?

But before you go and buy it, let me check if it is going to work for you. I don’t think everything works for everyone.

I need a picture of you to be able to connect to you… So just send me a picture of yourself and a request to measure if the thing will work for you… I’ll do it right away… unless, of course, I am busy otherwise.

That is an affiliate link… I get paid if you buy through it. That is why I am willing to give you a bonus: measuring your health measurements. It’s a $25 value. It will tell you what’s off with your body and what are the causes. If it is an illness, I’ll even attempt to identify what it is for you. You need to send me your receipt from buying.

I am also looking what it is I can do to counter my sluggish thyroid and my misbehaving pancreas… I can’t see myself eating less right now.

Source tells me that I can heal them both with Light energy… the same I use for liver and brain cleanse… But will that be enough? Will I be better and fat? lol.

Source says: maybe. My pancreas and my thyroid gland will work well, but we’ll still have the loss of sensitivity of my cells to insulin. Continue reading “Let’s repair your thyroid and your pancreas”

How to have a different future than your past has been?

What gives you being/acting in the present is the future you live into.

I learned that sentence in Landmark Education. And until today it was pretty much just a sentence, that I could not explain to any of my students. I will write about this until I GET IT! lol… how is that for authenticity?

This morning I was watching a TED video with Benjamin Hardy. He says somewhere: “Since 2015, my articles have been read between 50 and 100 million times. Nearly 400000 people subscribe to my weekly newsletter.” His vibration is 170, he has 2 spiritual capacities open, his stuff’s truth value is 3%: it is all tree of knowledge. But his stuff resonates with people. Continue reading “How to have a different future than your past has been?”

The chip on your shoulder — taking it off and keeping it off

As I am preparing to lead the Inner Authority Course, I see the need to dig deeper and deeper into the morass of human misery so that I can dig you out of there. I have tools, but I want more. And more. And more.

It is not about getting myself out of misery: I am already 70% “clear” of misery… and that is a blissful place, but it took me 34 years, so far, and I don’t know many people who are willing to work on themselves that long… I did it because I was soooo miserable. Most of us have two modes when we think about things:

Most of us have two modes when we think about things:

  • 1. the urgent, the right now, the emergency, the having to, needing to, wanting to, and the should. Pay the bill, pick up the kid, what to have for dinner, what am I forgetting?
  • 2. the some day one day future. Retirement. Summer vacation. Getting married. When I have lost all this weight. When I’ll have my horse farm. When I have my retirement community that I built and I will be significant, and rich. When I’ll be a rock star.

I remember when it was like that for me. And, to be quite hones, it is still work to dislodge myself and think of the in-between.

Without working TOWARDS something, it is natural to fall into the same old, same old, or good enough is good enough. The rut.

I only have to observe myself for a day to see how fast it sets in, and how automatic that is. Continue reading “Most of us have two modes when we think about things:”

I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…

I woke up unhappy.

And you know, when you are unhappy all you can see what doesn’t work. and see it as big, monumental, maybe even tragic.

In my dream I attended a seminar. Lots of things were as I remembered: the people, the teacher, the girl sitting next to me. Only I changed. I got dumber, fatter, and with a whole lot less hair. One dude sitting behind me in the class even remarked me. The teacher called on me and shamed me in front of the class.

In one word: it was terrible.

So this is the mood I woke up in, and, of course, carried it into my morning routine. 1 Continue reading “I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…”

Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.

It is really hard to decide who to trust. Most people, over time, prove untrustworthy. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, friends, spouses.

Oh, and the so-called teachers and gurus.

But Why? It is all because the level of ‘morality’ of homo sapiens is controlled ‘desire to receive for the self alone’ and the ‘fat dog syndrome’. Continue reading “Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.”
