  1. Thank you! He was traveling, but I finally asked yesterday. He also said he didn’t notice anything, but he wasn’t looking for something to change either and will pay better attention.

    But I must say that just in the last few days I was able to focus better. I guess the reason for that might be that my water is finally coherent, after having trouble charging it for a while. I’ll see where coherent water and the lithium together can take me.

  2. I have been taking Lithium Orotate since several weeks (I got it right after your article about it) and don’t notice a difference yet. It’s tricky: there might be a difference and I just don’t see it, or it takes longer to gradually cause a change. I only take the recommend dose of 5mg, because I don’t really know if I lack the mineral and don’t want to overdose. How can I find out if I need more and what is still safe? Or should I stick with the 5mg and give it time?
