Your core strength and spiritual growth

I am 70 years old… or to be exact, will be in two more months.

The biggest concern for older people is falling. Falling and not be able to get up. Or break a bone. My sister in law broke her thigh bone…

So many communities across the United States offer free exercise classes to older people to make us more self-reliant and not fall easily.

The exercises are directed at strengthening the core and the leg muscles.

I am mentioning this, because the work of becoming a human being needs a strong core. Otherwise one may get dizzy, scared, or fall.

Just like in real life.

What keeps you from having a strong core?

  • 1. Fear. Fear makes you narrow your cone of vision and either start pretending you are blind, or fixate at your feet… missing where you are going.

The world becomes a scary place… in your imagination, of course, because you are not even looking.

It takes courage to look.

  • 2. Agenda. Agenda is also fear based, but from the other end.

You are trying to make life behave the way you want it to behave, so you can feel the way you want to feel.

Rich, secure, free, loved, whatever.

And just like older people… you need to strengthen your core. Because becoming a human being is a process inside which you need to look far and wide, and have the ability to actually see what’s there.

Everyone comes to my program at a different level of fear and agenda. The more you have it, the longer it will take to build a strong core, but no matter what stage you are when you come, if you are persistent enough.

The main components of learning come from yourself, from what you see. A second part comes from me: guidance.

You won’t accept my guidance and you won’t follow unless you manage to get yourself into a Father-child relationship with me.

You need strong core for that too… if you don’t have a strong core, you’ll be afraid to surrender to the father. You may pretend, you may give lip service, but you’ll override the guidance and do things your way.

The process of strengthening your core is very similar to what exercises do: what makes a core strong is when you move it left, right, backwards and forwards, pull it out of balance, and it snaps back.

It is not the solid, hard core that is strong.

Just like in nature, the unbreakable is the reed with the hollow core, not the mighty oak with the solid core.

You need to be able to be resilient, bendable, and supple.

The more you protect your imagine core, who you think you are, the weaker your core. Only when you get to a place where you see that your core is empty, that you can be truly free and free to be yourself in life.

It sounds like an oxymoron, but it isn’t… it is the Tree of Life…

What makes one to weather the storms of life is flexibility and changeability.

So how do you achieve it?

The best exercise I have ever found is the Amish Horse Training Method.

In that exercise you start to observe the inner drama of The Voices and the resulting emotions.

And because you are the observer, none of it is actually you.

As you continue to observe all the voices and all the emotions as not-you, you start to look wider and further, and eventually you are able to see the world fully… and all of it is not you. And all of it is not personal. And you will be that strong empty core… and then the real life can begin. The life of creation, the life of a human being.

Now, there are some conditions that unless they are met, you can’t do this work.

You need to be well. If your body lives in scarcity, in survival mode, you won’t be able to do any of this work. The minimum requirement is to have 30% on both the health and the cell hydration scale.

There are no ifs or buts about that.

Obviously you need to want the freedom to live as a human being, however you define it.

  • Your agendas and your fear will melt away as you do the work…
  • Your vibration will rise, as you do the work.
  • You’ll develop spiritual capacities, as you do the work
  • You’ll trust yourself enough to surrender to the field Father-child, so you can be guided, as you do the work.
  • But without health and cell hydration… you cannot do the work.

All my energies are here to support you.

But none of it is possible without having the 30/30 minimum health and cell hydration foundation.

The reason the Water Energizer is $60, because it comes with help… help to set your water up, help to know how long it takes, in your system, for the water to get fully coherent.

Use it, and get well.

Oh, the health number is a whole other can of worms… that you probably cannot do alone.

If and when your cell hydration is reliably at 30% or above, you can request a health consultation. Not before.

Keywords:Description:
find your authentic self When you find your authentic self, you find that empty core that allows you to be truly  human, to adapt, to change, to learn. To become a learning machine. And you can invent, you can create what direction to go, how to be that amazing human being.
true self In common parlance, your true self is defined by what you are up to. Using a picturesque metaphor, what is the wind you are leaning into as you walk.
full self-expression People throw around this phrase, self-expression, without every giving a thought to the true self… so it is a non-sensical phrase without first defining what is the self you are expressing. What is the self you have invented for yourself?
