Are there statements to read for the 100 or more activators like with the unconditional love activator?
I was wondering if reading these regularly while using the effortless abundance activator, would it help?
Just that i read the unclove statements and listen to the audio most nights quite reliably.

Will, the statements are in the members area of the second phase activators. Reading the statements is problematic, because it goes to your mind, and the energy in the effortless abundance activator is bundled... doesn't have enough specific push for each statement. This is why you only have 20% of the unclove and 8% of the second phase... Not enough energy accompanying and pushing the individual statements

I assumed it was working because i yawned a lot and got watery eyes when reading them, a poor assumption it seems.
I was crap with the second phase and connecting and missed the last half so that 8% doesnt surprise me.
In other news i tried the freecell while watching 9 long falun dafa lectures and did experience an occupied mind and was able to listen at the same time, great.

It was reviewed on the site and i am interested in the exercises only which was 300 if connected?
Not interested in what goes with it but would like to find a high vibration qigong exercise routine above 500 if possible, do they even exist?
I think the cultish crap in the lectures, of dont practice other things has gotten to me, a fear of doing the wrong thing, I'll shake it off.

try tai chi instead of chi gong. (qigong). Tai chi doesn't have any claims, so it doesn't have to be right. Chi gong, on the other hand, needs to insist that it moves energy... a position that needs to be emphasized and protected... thus chi gong's vibration is 200
Everyone can move energy, that is true. But the myth built around it, the different styles of moving energy is a lie: because now it is competing opinions, styles, and now it is not about moving energy, it's about whose style is the true style... do you see, that the natural ability to move energy now became something sacred, and bullshit.
On the other hand, the millions of people who do tai chi learn to get lost in controlling their movements, their timing, their posture, and it is so hard, it will keep you busy till you die. good busy. limbering up, becoming a person who is in control of themselves.
Now, that is something to strive for.
No need to join a group, you can do it yourself, by yourself. And win big.
You see, the reason the activators can't reach you is because of your lack of self-control, your self-importance, your insistence of wanting high vibration... too much wanting, no self-control, no allowing, no melting into...

Self-possessed means: you own yourself. You and nothing and no one else. No concerns, no desires, no pain, and no fear. You, instead own those concerns, own those desires, own the pain, the fear, own what used to own you.
You have the say, the final say, the only say.
Now, what you don't know is this: as long as you live your life identifying with the mind, then identifying with the body, then identifying with the soul, the ego, your history, your stories, your convictions, you are possesssed, and not self-possessed... no hope for that.
The only PLACE from where you can own it all is the position of the Witness. That position, that place is outside of the influence and the reach of all that is now possessing you.
It is actually not hard to get there. What is in the way is the loving of the drama.

The truth is: the idiot is you. You tell the tale, every moment, or more precisely, the mind, the meaning making machine, the drama queen.
There is no you other than the mind, that idiot, when you live your life from that hubbub, from that drama.
But you think the more drama the better. You detest boring, slow, you do.
From the Witness position you can watch the drama, you can be entertained by it, but you won't be jerked by it.
And you can alternatively put your attention on things of lasting value, things that build, things that are worth your time, worth your life.
Without the drama.
That is self-possessed.
I did a search on my computer for the word self-possessed, and to my surprise and dismay, I found it in The Fountainhead... Ayn Rand says that about Toohey... she uses the word instead of self-control...
Self-control is NOT self-possessed.
Self-control is suppression, forcing. You need self-control while you are in the middle of drama.
Self-possession is light, easy, full of light. It is a very high state.
Shaolin Monks, warrior monks are masters of that.
And as I said, tai chi can be a path to it. Because it's so slow... it's maddening while you are in the drama. It is a dance while you are in the Witness position.
You'll do it or you won't.
PS: I finished watching the Netflix series "Marco Polo" yesterday. The "unbeatable" "unflappable" chancellor of the Chinese, who was practicing a style of fighting, he called the fighting of the mantis (an insect) was obviously not living from his Witness, because when he was knocked on his ass... his face betrayed surprise, and he didn't get up.
He lived inside the hubbub and was fully invested in winning imagining himself invincible... So he, although practiced marshal arts, practiced for winning, not for becoming a "human being."
Very educational. Winning is a concern that fully possesses you.
