What is the negative energy you are trying to eliminate?

Please email me if you find a typo or something unclear. Thank you. Sophie sophie@yourvibration.com

Before i say anything else, all the illustrations about negative energy, negativity I use in this post are b.s. and harmful… The Hungarian Christmas pictures… I remember being a child…

Yesterday I was on a group coaching call where a so-called energy practitioner…

…(here are the starting point measurements and some guesses of this person…
1. your vibration (1-1000): 100
2. your overall intelligence, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, body, relationship, etc.: 50
3. the number of spiritual capacities you have: 1
4. your soul correction (your machine): https://www.yourvibration.com/sc I don’t know here date of birth, so I am guessing: “Building Bridges”
5. do you have attachments? no
6. the level of your health (1-100): 7%
7. the level of your cell hydration (1-100): 5%
8. your relationship to feedback and instruction: huge inner disgust… self righteousness
9. The level of discomfort you are willing to allow w/o trying to fix it. This is your TLB score… 1
10. The size of your vocabulary: the number of words you can use accurately: 300
11. To what degree you think of yourself: 95%
12. # of fixed mindset: 10%
13. Ambition: 20%
14. Desire: 97%
15. Degree of inauthenticity overall: 60%
16. Level of integrity 1-100: 4%
17. how enslaved are you to memes? (what percentage of your life is run by memes?) 98%. The main meme if I can guess is “this should work!” with a begging tone
18. do you have a bridge between your precious “I” and your actual I? your level of delusion 99%
19. To what degree you have access to your adult capacities % 7%

20. Recommendations:

if she asked for it… I would encourage her to start building a bridge between her two personas… the 100 vibration one and the one she fancies herself as: magnificent, powerful, deserving. Her 20% ambition is encouraging that if she took it on, she would succeed. And start to do something that is not fraudulent, misleading, and harmful to people.
Want the name of this person? Send me an email…) got some marketing advice while others, including me, listened in.

She was discussing her marketing to sell her almost a thousand dollar course on clearing negative energy.

I have to admit that I have never sold a course for that much money. Never even though I could. Never even thought it would be fair…

I spent the day after that call not wanting to do anything. Not even walk… lol. That is so rare, it is worth mentioning.

I slept well, I am taping my mouth shut again and I sleep a lot better.

I woke up somewhat revitalized and invigorated… = revigorated.

What do I mean revigorated?

Your first sign of getting dead is having less or no question.

When curiosity dies, you feel dead. You are dead.

What is there so that curiosity dies is a certain hopelessness, a sense that it will never get better, what’s the use.

I could also call it discouragement that when festers, when you feel powerless, becomes that quiet desperation Thoreau talks about.

And that is the time when people go to “energy practitioners” like the woman with the thousand dollar course.

When they see (falsely) that they can’t do anything, that the cards are stacked against them, they go to miracle workers who will do it for them.

And when you look around, there are plenty of those.

  • Mindvalley Academy is rightly pick those as their experts… because
  • Mindvalley Academy is the home of the hopeless, powerless, magic-seeking segment of the population that still has money to burn.

The best thing ever happened to me is that I ran out of money. 2

Why? Because I need to rely on myself. In everything.

When you can say to yourself: there are no shortcuts. Everything takes as long as it takes… then I can change the one thing that is in my power to change: my attitude.

Attitude is words. It has a feeling component, it has a behavior component, but what causes it is words.

So when I say “I can change my attitude”, I mean: I can change what words I listen to.

The air is full of words… we call them memes.

I am Jewish, but yet, we had Christmas in our house.

We decorated the tree together, on Christmas eve… no standing tree before that! Christmas is not a season, it is an event!

Our tree was decorated with edibles, mostly, and burnables. And one thing, the star on top the only thing that repeated from year to year.

The edibles were macaroons, chocolate covered sugary goodness, I don’t know enough English to describe them to you. wrapped candy… yumm.

And the smell of oranges…

Sparklers and candles… yeah, Christmas was magical.\

Also the gifts were not ALREADY under the tree: parents and children alternately left the room so the other party can place their gifts under the tree.

And we also opened the gifts, sitting under the tree, on the floor.

It’s nobody’s business what you got, it is between the gift giver and you…

I hate the way Americans make it all public…

Why am I sharing this Christmas with you? Because your life is lived, entirely, in the world given by words. And the words were crafted by people.

Crafted, I say, because to be really disempowering, really discouraging, you need talent with words. And most of those wordsmiths were hired by the powerful who benefited from you believing in miracles, waiting for miracles, having your hand out. Blaming, acting like a victim, dead.

I like cooking used in metaphors.

Tai, who actually can’t cook, lol, uses cooking as his main analogy to becoming worth a damn.

He says that even a master chef can’t create great dishes with just two ingredients. So you need to get more.

But the even truer statement is that someone with no knowledge of the chemistry of cooking will make dishes with the best ingredients that I won’t want to eat.

I am a picky eater. Unless it is made well, I don’t like it, and won’t eat it.

Your ignorance about the chemistry of cooking is passed down from mother to daughter.

I watched a video the other day on how to make an Irish Stew, I think it was…

I have traveled to a lot of countries and ate there. Very few have a culture of cuisine… Cuisine means: they have a large role of the chef… not just the fire.

The more, the larger role the cook has, the more talent, knowledge, curiosity, experimentation, skill, and attitude matter.

And the culture of cooking of a group or a country reflects largely on the inventiveness, curiosity, and attitude of its members.

There is no such thing as American in this regard. Or if there is something, it is having someone else cook for you… 🙁

But no matter where you are, no matter what culture you hail from, no matter what is your curiosity, education, knowledge level, you can start where you are.

It won’t be fast. You want it fast, you want it yesterday. You resent having to earn it. You resent having to become someone who will…

And if that is your attitude, you have to work on your attitude first… the words.

Or you may be from a culture where people prize work, but you want everything… You can have anything but not everything. Spreading yourself thin means you’ll never amount to anything.

Because energy and time are finite resources.

A dull knife won’t cut well, not even butter.

In my experience, The 67 step coaching is the best retraining program there is. It implants new memes, and attacks old ones.

Of course it is most effective with coaching.

Changing your attitude, changing your world view, changing the words is painful.

Why? Because your whole “I” is based on the old words, and what hurts is the damage that is done to your precious and delusional “I”.

The “I” that can have everything without ever working for it.

Without changing WHO you are, even the best results will leave you the same… delusional and miserable.

Joy, happiness, fulfillment will elude you.

The woman with the thousand dollar course claims that she can erase your negative energy or the negative energy of your environment.

She is lying.

Pam Ragland, who I think started this erase negativity b.s. is bankrupt and wretched.

No one can do it for you.

And even if it worked, the energy you consider negative, is words… and your world is densely full of those words… inescapable.

Unless you can tell what the words are, unless you wade through a mountain of those words, and learn to disengage them from your decision-making, they will fill you up again.

It’s a conscious process, and no one can do it for you. No magic, no wiping, erasing, removing… none of that.

The process goes like this: you bring awareness to your emotions. If there is an emotion, there was a sentence right before that.

All emotions are marker feelings…

You learn to hear the sentence… you learn to speculate what the sentence must have been… you learn to hear it as it happens… and then you learn to not take it as the truth.

One of the ways you know it is a marker feeling, aka words you are dealing with is this: you can see that the emotional reaction is disproportionate.

My next door neighbor’s anxiety gets triggered 10 times a day. The size of her anxiety is as if the house had caught on fire… fright.

That is you. Maybe not as serious a case as my neighbor, because there are degrees to this.

But you are there, and this, the disproportionate size of the emotion is a good clue that you are reacting to some words you hear in your head.

It is a meme. Not true. Not even remotely true.

Life is rarely a life or death situation… Mistakes are normal. Not knowing something is normal.

Your reaction indicates that the memes talk about Life or death…

No voodoo will get you out of this… but having done, diligently, the Amish Horse Training Method, hearing and identifying the individual voices and sentences, aka memes will get you out of this fast and painlessly.

The Starting Point Measurements, now with 20 discrete measurements

The starting point measurements will pinpoint what needs to get unstuck so you can move towards the strait and narrow path to having a life worth living. Where you can be proud of who you are. Where you can love and respect yourself and others.

And the Bach Flower Profile can pinpoint the one Bach Energy that can give energetic support to unstuck you.

If you have the HOE audio, or the Bach Style HOE… you can use that. But becoming conscious of what is your sticky point is invaluable… because, ultimately YOU will do it to yourself… the Bach Energy cannot do it, it just makes it easier for YOU to do it.

Bummer, eh?

Or you can go and buy that course for a thousand bucks, and come back to me crying. Because it doesn’t work, it can’t work.

Not even in fairy tales.

I love Einstein saying: if you want intelligent children, read them fairy tales. And if you want more intelligent children, read more fairy tales…

Fairy tales don’t spew b.s. on you.

Even fairy tales like The Hobbit, or the Ring Trilogy… nothing magical in it, in spite of magical creatures. It is only human courage, initiative, knowledge, awareness, intelligence that wins the day.

Or the other famous fairy tale, Harry Potter’s story… courage, discipline, inventiveness… shall I repeat the whole list? Or did you get it?

I ask a lot of students if they read the Harry Potter books. If they haven’t… I know now a lot about them. And I know that the chances that I can help them are meager.

Waiting for a miracle is not an intelligent behavior…

Stupid as the stupid does… you can stop stupid behavior any time… Just see what part of your Starting Point Measurements make you keep doing stupid stuff… and you’ll know what to change.

PS: If you look around, the more magic a group, community, ethnicity, nation uses, the less productive, the less prosperous they become.

And this is true for individuals as well… Why? Because behavior consistent with magical thinking flies in the face of physics.

Some religions are more magical than others… Catholicism is leading in that…
