My soul correction is Forget Thyself… arrogance, and already knowing it all… so the biggest missing capacities for this soul correction are the sight, seeing the consequences of your actions.
The second ability is consistency: actually remembering that there is a sight, and one must look before one can see… very hard for me to learn and be consistent.
Now, what is the usefulness of a “diagnosis” like that?
What can be activated? Can intelligence be activated? Does your IQ change your results?
Intelligence cannot be activated because it is NOT one gene… it is a lot of genes.
A client of mine recently inherited a company where he had been working for some 20 years. He wants the company to stay as successful as it was under his father’s direction. Some unexpected fallouts and insights from activating the newly discovered abilities to all those people…
Suddenly this client thinks, for the first time, to ask how to speak to her mother in law who goes to her house, picks up her ironing and cleans her house…
Here is the whole conversation… this is an issue that SHOULD come up for everyone, because the idea of being interested in how a communication lands is one of those things, being able to see the consequences of your action. Communication is action!
So here is the email conversation where I teach her how to 1. be appreciative 2. be kind 3. be effective without forcing, without blaming, without making the other person defensive, and yet have a good chance to have the result you want… eventually.

Unconscious Incompetence: the missing itemLike knowledge, capacities are either conscious or not.
When a knowledge, a skill, a capacity is conscious, you know to reach for it when it would be useful. It is like you know you have a Phillips screwdriver… and you reach for it.
But if you have, as far as you are concerned, never had a Phillips screwdriver, you have to substitute other methods to screw in a screw. Imperfect tools for an imperfect result. Or you can give up. Or as most do, get a big hammer. lol. Makes sense so far?
To reach for what is not conscious, a skill, a capacity you have… It won’t be not automatic, because you didn’t know you had it.
When I activate a formerly inactive DNA capacity, when I switch it on, you still don’t know you have it. You paid for it, but you don’t know what got activated. In its absence you only see that life is not quite working in a certain arena. Just like the natives supposedly saw the ripples in the water around the Santa Maria, but could not see the ships. Seeing something they had never seen, a ship with sails, was a missing capacity for them.

I have been studying learning styles, thinking styles, teaching methods to make my teaching more effective. And while it wasn’t a waste of time, because it brought me to this day and this knowledge, it was putting the cart in front of the horse.
Today I recounted some effective teaching methods to a friend… They were effective to me. But when I looked at all the people who were exposed to the same teaching, same teaching method, same teacher, at the same time as myself, I found that those other people didn’t get the same results I got, in fact, most of them got no results at all. 1

About two years or so after I graduated from architecture school, I was assigned to manage a project. A big one. A university in Oran, Algeria.
I wasn’t assigned because I was so good. Looking back I was green. I didn’t have the vision. I didn’t have the big picture. I didn’t have even the small picture.
Then a new person came to manage the department, and he sent me back to be a draftsperson to prove myself from the ground up.
As any self-respecting arrogant person would, I said that I didn’t have to prove anything… and I quit.
It was arguably the worst thing I could do for my career as an architect, and it created irreparable damage inwardly too… I damaged the trust between me and me, I damaged the trust between the ego and me. I now had quitting as an option… and it set me on a path of floating unhappy leaf… damaged goods, for a few years.

Have you ever noticed that if a character in a movie or on a TV show is a good actor, you can bet that the person is from another country.
In the United States and Canada there is a wideheld belief that you should already know. That learning something is for other people, who don’t already know, and if you admitted that you need to learn something, it is akin you admitting of being an imbecile, or a lower type of person.
Now, in some rare cases people decide to learn something, and they go as far as getting an understanding, a surface understanding, and then they stop. I already know.
I don’t know of a profession that can be done well with no knowledge, but I can tell you, spiritual growth, causing your own evolution isn’t one of them: it takes more work than getting a Ph.D. and you can’t copy your paper from another… you actually have to do your own work.
If you every want to unhinge yourself from this commonly held detrimental belief, obviously Dark Side suggestion, you need to take pride in doing the work, and doing it.
One of the beingnesses you could take on is curiosity.
I know you think you know what it is, but consider that you have no clue.
You know asking for answers. That is not the curiosity I am talking about, that is a strategy to wrap up life in a neat package, so there are no more questions… Not what I am talking about. Continue reading “To expand the field where you live, take on curiosity”
A client had his attachments pulled in March. He came back after seven months for a checkup. His vibration dropped 60 points.
I checked him for attachments, and he had nine, two of them healer attachments.
These are the people he bought classes from, or watched their videos.
1. Henna Datta, the wealth alchemist: personal vibration: 100.
2. Kristeanna Alfonso: “psychic” Personal vibration: 70
3. Belinda Davidson: personal vibration: 130. powerful dark energies. casts darks attachments on you
4. Michelle Lowbridge: erase money blocks… personal vibration: 160
5. Andrrea Hess personal vibration: 120
6. Teresa Dietz: can’t find her
7. Rose Rosetree Personal vibration: 170. even her videos distribute attachments. beware. the attachment on your forehead is from her. By the way, she calls herself an empath, but empaths connect without an energy cord… so she isn’t an empath. She is a witch… of the worst kind.
He asked how he could avoid getting more attachments in the future. I recommended that he asks me first… but given his attraction to low vibration people I don’t think I can hold him back: he is attracted to Dark Side, to shadow.
